Anyhow, I originally went through such a company, only to be let down big time with the poor customer service. Through a recommendation, I was put in touch with Greenwich Heating. An excellent service from start to finish. Josh (the owner) came round, at the agreed date/time, to do a survey. Gave us some great advice on which units to have, where to place them for the best effect, etc., and at no time did we feel pressured. He provided a written quotation, as promised, which was very competitive. Actually, based on the units he recommended (Mitsubishi), he was quite a bit cheaper than others. And "no" this wasn't a warning sign, as he's fully qualified and fits air con on a daily basis. We agreed on a start date, which he kept to, and the whole job was completed within a couple of days. Everything done just in time for the next hot spell. Very happy with the whole process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I spend ages on the web looking for someone sensible and knowledgeable to fit a new gas boiler and controls for my mum and along came Josh from Greenwich Heating Solutions. Josh quoted me a very fair price for the job and was very knowledgeable on the type of boiler suitable for the property, he also advised me on what to avoid, which I though was very helpful. We agreed a start date and work commenced as planned. The installation went smoothly and was remarkably tidy. Josh made a very neat job of the pipework, insulating where they needed to be. The whole job including fitting a new boiler in a new location, remove all redundant pipework, tanks etc. fitting new radiator valves and additional pipework took 3 days and the job was completed in the timeframe. Josh and his Dad who both came to do the job were professional and polite so much so that both my neighbours also requested him to replace their boiler systems. I would have no reservations in recommending this company. Josh fitted a new Vaillant boiler last Thursday. Josh was extremely professional and helpful. The install is great and Josh tidied up all the pipe work leading to the boiler. Josh even had to do some additional work to resolve a gas supply pressure issue to the boiler - and did not change extra for this. I would have no hesitation in recommending Josh and GHS.
Josh never ever returns my calls.i am very disappointed with he's service. He fitted a boiler 2 years ago.and thermostat is not working.i find he never returns my calls.
Josh is a brilliant gas and plumbing engineer, I had a rather large project which incorporated a new boiler, positioned in loft, a new 205 litre hot water pressurised cylinder with a water softener and associated control gear, together with the recovery of an old potterdon cast iron boiler and 8 very old steel pressed radiators, Josh worked on his own run all new pipe work, boarded out part of he loft and incorporated a very neat and professional design in order to locate all the boiler and tank controls, valves etc in the same area, Josh also ran a new gas supply from the meter on the ground floor to the loft with minimal mesh, installed 8 new radiators and a towel radiator throughout the house, pressure cleaned the old pipe work (had mostly new pipe work) under floors etc, and commissioned the entire system. Josh was a joy to have in my house, nothing too much bother, and completed the job as agreed, very little mess, we were only without hot water for 1 day and at no time did we go witho7t mains water, I would recommend Joshua to anyone, Josh has taken some photos of my system, but this only shows the loft, there was a substantial amount of work that in some areas were quite restrictive, yet Josh managed to complete the job with minimal fuss and I would like to thank him for a fantastic project, now we can run 2 showers and have plenty of pressure and hot water, well done Joshua a great job.

I am very pleased with Josh and his two assistants. He came the following day for quote and day after installed the boiler at 2pm was all done and dusted. He suggested and installed a good brand with 35KW and also the best deal out of 4 quotes I had :). Josh is a great person to work with and happy to explain and answer any questions about the boilers. Josh and his team replaced our old cracked boiler, removing the old one and installing a brand-new condensing model, a thermostat and new pipework all in just a day. They worked fast but were happy to answer any questions, explaining what they were doing and why. We're really pleased with all their work - and with the price! :-)

Josh is great to deal with. He gave me a quote to do the work and has stuck to that. He's friendly , knowledgeable and trustworthy. Having had the radiators, pipework, boiler etc installed I'm set for winter and I'll have no hesitation calling him back for any future work. Highly recommended.
GHS fitted a bathroom for us in November and new radiators and a new boiler in the new year as part of our on-going renovations. I'd highly recommend Josh and Callum as they did an excellent job, turned up on time and left the flat clean and tidy after they'd finished. We will certainly be using them again in the near future.
Josh and his team fitted a new boiler for us just before Christmas. They did a great job and installed the product with minimal disruption which was ideal as we have a young baby. They also plumbed in our new bathroom for a loft extension and were polite and punctual for both instances. The new boiler required them to take a cupboard off the wall and fit it back again afterwards which was done seamlessly. Strongly recommend them.
