1st class service from everyone at Cool365. Needed aircon in loft conversion. Got quotes from a few vendors but Cool365 were by far and away the most impressive and after the initial visit from Syd I had my quote a day later. The process was seamless. The apparatus arrived by courier with up to date tracking. The guys (Perry and co-worker whose name escapes me) then arrived as agreed, on the scheduled install date at 8a.m. ready to go. A few hours later they were done and the area was spotless. They then ran through a quick demo before leaving There was a point during the install where I had concerns about the pipe work from the tiles but I was assured by Perry that when finished would look very different. I even got a courtesy call from Syd with some accompanying pictures showing how similar installs looked like and sure enough Perry delivered with the finished effect looking very tidy. Later I had an issue connecting the App WiFi I received an email shortly after and even spoke to someone who was happy to talk me through the steps and stayed on the phone until I was fully up n running Very impressed and I would definitely recommend Cool365 to anyone needing Aircon installed from knowledgeable professional.

These two are an outstanding team! They turned up with big smiles, a great attitude, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They diagnosed the issue faster than anyone else had and actually fixed the problem when other companies could not even find it. Shane and Dan are not only incredibly knowledgeable, they are genuinely helpful, positive, and you can tell they both truly care about their work and their customers. Had a split AC unit installed in my garden office and new silent pump installed in my bedroom unit. All went very smoothly. Team very professional. Very good - managed a tricky installation..they were not the cheapest quote, but I liked them the most when speaking to them through the quote process. They turned out to be very good and completed on time, leaving no mess behind. Gave good advice, too. I will be using them again.
The guys are really helpful and easy to contact when needed. We had to move the condenser unit due to an unrelated building issue and a small fault in the internal unit but they got it all fixed and were very good communicating and making sure I was comfortable with it all. It's when things go a little wrong when you see the true nature of small businesses and these guys were great. Would recommend!

I required 2 new AC units and an external unit that was on the roof of a 4 story building, the whole team were professional throughout and working within communal spaces were considerate to other residents. I searched for quite a while to find someone who could replace my Nuaire MVHR. It’s surprising how difficult it was, but then I found this company via checkatrade. Syd was very helpful, the visit was arranged easily. The installers arrived on time and also cleaned up after the work was done. I also received a follow-up email, which I appreciate. –So if you need your MVHR replaced, give this company a call.
Can’t fault this company 1st class service from start to finish!. Had Aircon/Heating installed and it’s perfect and vents placed in the ceiling are hardly noticeable. Can’t fault Shane and Sam for there professionalism and respect for our home. Highly recommend this company and can’t thank them enough.
