Total Air Conditioning

Highly recommend Scott and his team. They were very professional, friendly and dedicated to completing the job to the highest standard. They worked flat out in the heatwave and left the place spotless when they had finished. It is clear that Scott is very knowledgeable in his work and they fit us with a ducted system in the areas that we requested that other companies told us wasn't doable. Wouldn't hesitate to use total air conditioning again if the need arose.

Thank you scott and J for doing such a good professional job, and very clean and tidy. Scott is very professional and knowledgeable, and give very good advice and has very good high class air conditioning units at very competitive prices. Would recommend you and company to anyone. Thank you very much

Great service from Scott, advised on the best unit, fitted and up and running so quickly, no mess , really pleased. Definitely recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Scott at Total Air Conditioning for the installation of air conditioning units in our new home, specifically in the bedrooms and kitchen area. To say that Scott did a fantastic job would be an understatement. His professionalism, attention to detail, and overall expertise made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. From the very beginning, Scott took the time to assess our specific needs thoroughly. He listened to our requirements and provided us with a range of options, explaining the pros and cons of each while considering our budget and preferences. His transparent communication ensured that we were well informed and confident in our decisions. The installation process was not only smooth but also efficient. Since we were building a brand new family home, various parts of the installation had to be done as the build progressed. Scott’s communication made this smooth and efficient, which can’t be said for other trades. Scott and his team arrived on time and worked diligently to complete each part of the installation within the promised timeframe. Total Air Conditioning really came into its own when it came to the finer details nearer the end of the project. Scott is a perfectionist and treated our home as if it were his own. From being involved in the AC cover design for our floor-mounted units in the kitchen area to having the ceiling grills sprayed to match the colour of the bedroom ceilings. He really took pride in the aesthetics and making sure the finish was as sleek and discreet as possible. What truly impressed us was Scott's dedication to ensuring that the systems were not only installed correctly but also optimized for maximum efficiency. He took the time to explain how each unit operates and offered valuable tips on maintenance and energy-saving practices. This level of customer education is rare and greatly appreciated. AC has been an absolute god-send, especially last summer. No more nights of “Too hot, can’t sleep”. Simply set it at 18-19°c and forget it, which you can quite easily do as the Daikin ceiling cassette units we have in our loft run so quietly that you barely know they’re on. Just perfectly chilled rooms. You won't be disappointed if you choose Total Air Conditioning as your AC installer.
