Climate Air Conditioning

Gerald visited for first time today to service our domestic A/C units. What a genuine guy. Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable and obviously enjoys his work. Turns out our units were ok at present, so will be contacting Climate Air Conditioning in the future. Mick Nice

First class service and highly recommend. Came out to our work place Green Earth Management to sort our heating. Looked over all heaters inside and out and gave good sound advice.

Both Gerald and Lisa are nice and professional. Gerald is very experienced, giving us good advice on where to fit an aircond and what it entails, making us feel assured about choosing Climate Air Conditioning.

Great service throughout! Got installed really quickly with no mess and competitive pricing. It’s working really well and happy with the product. Thanks again Gerald!

Disappointing Experience with Climate Air Conditioning - Unfulfilled Promises and Poor Service I am compelled to write this review after an incredibly disappointing experience with Climate Air Conditioning. Our office required the installation of two AC units with a specific requirement: remote accessibility via an app. This was confirmed as possible by Gerald from Climate Air Conditioning. Unfortunately, once the units were installed, it became apparent that this functionality was not available. When this issue was raised with Gerald, the concern was dismissed without a satisfactory resolution. The necessity for remote operation became critical in the winter, as our office takes about an hour to warm up, and we do not have set office hours. I found a workaround for one of the units, but the second unit lacks even a basic remote control, which makes any remote solution impossible. On January 11th, I contacted Gerald to request a remote for the second unit. He assured me it would be sent promptly and was easy to install. However, it's now April 15th, and after ignoring my last five messages over recent months, we still do not have a remote or any form of responsive communication from Gerald or Climate Air Conditioning. This experience starkly contrasts with the excellent service we received in the past when installing units at my home. It's disheartening to see such a decline in customer service and accountability. This situation has significantly inconvenienced us, and I regretfully advise potential customers to consider other providers who might value and support their needs more consistently.

Have been working with Climate since 2013, so over ten years now and cannot fault their service. They go the extra mile, think outside the box, provide decent advice and are always reliable, available and value for money. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not deal with anyone else! :)

Exceptional service all round, excellent advice to ensure the right product was chosen and installed. Excellent communication, clean and tidy install and was completed when agreed. Thanks for all your support in getting this installed promptly. First class would highly recommend.

Highly rate the customer service. Quick responses and solutions.

System installed 4 years ago and I was most happy all round until a problem has occured and am unable to get any service from them, it appears they are to busy with installations so I am having to find another company to come and service/repair mine. Just so you are aware.

Gerald was very friendly and professional, he did an excellent job of installing our air con . We would not hesitate in recommending this first class service .

Fantastic - A perfect job. Highly recommended. Great advice, well priced, on time, professionally installed and commisioned all as agreed. I'm a very happy customer.

Excellent service . Air conditioning unit installed quickly and professionally by Gerald who does everything himself. Minimal fuss. Minimal mess. Advice given on all queries before and after installation. Don't know how I managed without it.It has changed my quality of life. If you want air conditioning Gerald is your man. jan - colchester

Excellent service and product. Gerald is a really nice Bloke to deal with.

Superb service, following my call to them they turned up quoted competitively and installed in a very timely manner, great service and nice job done.

I rang to book a service but turns out i didn't need one and was given a few tips to keep the a/c running in good conditions. Great service as they could easily have charged for £80 to come out and do very little. Will definately use them when I do need a service !!

Absolutely outstanding, highly recommended. I cannot rate these guys professionalism high enough.

They installed a Air Conditioning unit this morning, very helpful, from start to finish of process. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. It’s great to be able to find a company like this. If you require a system, you couldn’t find anyone more helpful. Great equipment and service. 5 stars

Called for a quote. Answered was told to send pictures which I did immediately but didn’t seem interested in my business.

Well priced, punctual, speedy installation. A+++ could not ask for a better service.

I used the reviews to help make my choice of choosing this company. I am so glad I did and am very pleased with the installation. From the start to completion I was kept updated and the installation was completed in good time, very neat and tidy. In his expertise Gerald came up with ideas I thought would not be possible. I am very happy with job and would definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you Gerald.

Excellent Engineer, very professional. Job completed within a day as expected, tidy installation. Gerald is very nice , courteous, honest and polite person with full of excellent knowledge of his field. I will highly recommend him. Asim

Excellent A/C engineer with 20 years of experience. Good knowledge on the trade and well informed with current brands. Job completed within a day as expected, tidy installation both inside and out (see pics). Gerald is a true gent, courteous and polite. His approach is professional and his work is top quality. Look no where else because this man is a master of his trade. #Happycustomer#JustHireHimYouWontRegretIt

Very professional services. Clear and concise information about my options with no pressure to buy. Excellent tidy job , went above and beyond to fit in my time frame. couldn't recommend enough. A real genuine decent guy who I felt comfortable having in my home . Don't hesitate if you're considering using his service.

All professionally installed fully working in one day and left clean and tidy. I can recommend them. S. Howard.

Excellent service. Very neat and tidy and the unit is superb. Very pleased.

Very pleased with our new air conditioning unit. A very professional guy and very pleased with the inside and outside work he did. Would definitely recommend

Great job done with minimum disturbance. Thank you Gerald!

We had a replacement AC unit installed and existing drainage on other AC units brought up to standard. Very good service and would recommend.

The service received from start to finish was exceptional. The engineer worked efficiently and the installation was left neat and tidy at the end of each day and at the completion of installation. Very happy with the end product.

Brilliant service and really happy with our new AC units. Recommend highly

This is the second installation we have now had completed by Climate Air Conditioning. As with the last installation, the work was completed to an excellent standard and a very neat and tidy install. We were not sure we could have a unit fitted to our conservatory, but after a visit Gerald recommended a low level unit and we couldn't be happier with the result. Thoroughly recommend.

Highly recommended. Gerald was professional, really nice, hard working and very tidy. Good communication throughout and the unit is perfect for what we needed.

Excellent service. Very clean and tidy. Extremely efficient and helpful.

Fantastic service and excellent knowledge. Managed to fix another well known company's installation errors and now everything works perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Gerald really ticks all the boxes. He came out further than his usually range in order to supply us. The installation was completed with a minimum of bother and we are very pleased with it

After our conservatory air conditioning went on the blink I contacted these guys for help. Gerald managed to fit me in despite being very busy within a couple of days and could not have been more helpful or professional. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely delighted with the professionalism of Gerald from Climate Air Conditioning. An excellent, quality service and very friendly. Kept us up to date at every step of our order. An A+ service at a very reasonable price. We will Definately be using them again.

Very prompt response to our enquiry, an acceptable quote, and a very professional installation. Very satisfied with all aspects of the transaction, thanks

Delighted with Climate Air Conditioning and Gerald’s service. He was polite, on time, did exactly what he promised and I’m really happy with the results! The units look great and I’m really looking forward to getting a good nights sleep. I would recommend to anyone wanting air conditioning.

Gerald visited site promptly and resolved the issue in a very quick and friendly manner. We would thoroughly recommend Gerald/Climate Air Conditioning and will certainly be using them in the future.

Had to call an Aircon Company as our normal company couldn't (wouldn't) help with a total breakdown of systems, Spoke to Gerald and he very kindly explained how to remedy what turned out to be a very simple problem which resolved our issues immediately. Can't thank him enough as not only did he provide the advice over the phone, it would have cost me a fortune to call out our normal service provider from the West Midlands - needless to say we have a new service provider - thanks again Gerald.

Brilliant service from start to finish! Gerald did a fantastic job installing my A/C unit and his work is very neat, looks great and is incredibly professional. Very knowledgeable and I would 100% recommend to anyone needing an installation.

What a great service- from start to finish, with honest advice. would highly recommend

Excellent company. Gerald really knows his stuff, his advice and technical knowledge has been vital when deciding what to with the Air con system in our shop.

Recently had a heat pump air conditioning system fitted in my newly built log cabin. Good communication from Lisa in the office, easy to arrange installation date etc. and a very competitive price. Worth noting the price quoted was the final invoice price, there were no extras at all added. A great job of fitting by Gerald the engineer, clearly a very knowledgable and clever man. Very neat, tidy and thorough in his workmanship. The job was finished pretty quickly despite the fact we took time out to put the world to rights over a cup of coffee or two. Highly recommend, in fact I have already mentioned C.A.C. to good friends of mine and they are shortly to have a similar unit installed themselves.

Highly recommend them! 3 units in total house and server room and now perfect! Thanks again guys!

Good food reasonably priced

Calling Climate Air Conditioning is one of the best decisions I've made and I would thoroughly recommend anyone else to do the same! Gerald installed 2 aircon units for us, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. He is an excellent engineer, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The work was done quickly, to a very high standard and was very neat and tidy. My only regret was that I hadn't called him last year, before the last heatwave! We now have lovely, quiet, efficient air conditioning keeping us nicely cool in this hot weather. Thank you Gerald!

Don't know about the 'Me Never' bit that's what came up, anyway purchased a/c units for 2 of my bedrooms, started the install on the Thursday and finished on the Friday. Hardly knew Gerald was there quite and efficient no fuss or mess, not even a drain on the coffee pot. Seriously though if only all trades were as good, Gerald was a most pleasent and helpful person and I have no hesitation in recomending him. It's so lovveeerly now the hot weather is starting to appear.

After researching and learning of the many pitfalls of D I Y air conditioning we decided to go to a professional and were not disappointed with the excellent advice from Gerald. Today he has fitted our unit and took the time to explain the operation leaving us confident and looking forward to the summer. An excellent job leaving us clean and tidy. Value for money I would say.

Excellent service from Gerald turn up on time and carried out an excellent job, even returned some of my money as it was easier than expected and told me to take my family for lunch! Highly recommended

Thank you so much Gerald for installing Aircon units in bedroom and lounge (I just couldn’t face another summer like the last one!!) A great job done, all in a day. The units look so neat and tidy, and they are so quiet and efficient. Have used them already for both the cooling and heating elements. We have already recommended you to family and friends. Thank you once again Ann and Alan

I had a/c installed in two bedrooms in my house a few months ago. Not only is the system absolutely superb, it was comfortably cheaper than another quote I got (from a company that then proceeding to mess me about). Sean who did the install was professional and polite, and the job was completed in one day with no mess or problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, and I'm happy to give any further info if needed.

Thank you Gerald for installing my air conditioning. The installation was quick and neat, I am a very satisfied customer. Now mid July It's summer! Have air-con on every night, only once in day time so far. It's fantastic, money well spent. It does not seem to make much difference to bill. Big thank you Gerald,

I cannot speak nor recommend this company high enough, the whole process from their quote through to the finished works were simply superb. Really very affable people to deal with. Alison H.

I cannot rate this company more highly. Gerald is a true gentleman and an excellent engineer. We took advantage of their winter offer, which was outstanding value, and Gerald even upgraded the unit for us at no extra cost. The installation was completely stress-free and the quality of the workmanship was second-to-none. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and we will most definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Gerald, it was a pleasure to meet you.

Called Gerald at Climate AC on the off chance that I might get some advice with respect to the DIY chiller system that I was installing. Gerald couldn't have been more helpful with professional advice on what I needed to complete the installation. He also came up trumps on where to get the much needed supplies for the job. Very impressed!

Air conditioning fitted in a bedroom. Have to say painless from start to finish. The quote was good. Nice friendly people to deal with. The work was carried out in just a few hours by the engineers who were the most tidy I have ever found. I would recommend climate to anyone for there work and what I found so unusual the work was done before asking for any money. Good service professional company you won’t get a better job done in the local area.

We had four units fitted, Sean and his work mate Sal were a pleasure to have around, both very nice people and very professional the work was carried out with very little interruption to us . We would recommend this company without any reservation, when we had any questions, the answers were given nothing was to much trouble. Don Sturgess

Great service and communication when I booked for a new air conditioning unit to be installed highly recommended.

As an elderly widow suffering in the extreme heat of this summer, I was so grateful to Gerald who after less than a week after my first contact, gave up his Saturday morning to come and install a most efficient air-conditioning unit in my bungalow. He was completely professional and gave me all the reassurance I needed about it’s safety and the simplicity of using it when I needed to. He promised to come back if there was any problem but was so confident of the product provided I am convinced it is unlikely he will need to. I would be pleased to recommend him to any one who is considering having air-conditioning installed.Thank you again Gerald- Christine.

Professional, friendly and efficient. Proper quote, stuck to the price, carried out within a speedy timescale and completed sooner than anticipated. Much cheaper than other quotes, units look smart, no mess, quiet and lovely and cool! Had 2 units fitted and will be getting rest of the house done when I can.

Climate AC recently installed an aircon unit in one of our bedrooms in our home in Colchester. We found Gerald friendly, helpful and very professional. The work was completed to an excellent standard in half a day and everything left clean, neat and tidy. Very pleased thanks! I thoroughly recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish. The cellar cooler works a treat. Highly recommend Climate AC.

Called Climate in the morning to see if someone could come out to take a look at one of our broken units and they came out later that day and fixed it straight away. Friendly and professional would recommend

We had a split room Hitiachi aircon fitted by Climate AC a years ago. They were very helpful and guided me through the correct system for our needs. Price was very good too. All the work was done to a high standard, promptly and professionally. Any questions were answered clearly and to our satisfaction in layman's terms. The reason for using Climate AC was because of their reputation, honesty and friendly professionalism. Highly recommend.

We recently had a cabin office installed in our garden and didn't really know what we wanted, apart from that we needed some kind of climate controls installed. Then we called Gerald from Climate AC in Colchester. Gerald came over very promtly and talked us through the options available. He gave a quote and we couldn't be happier with the installation. He was very clean and tidy, we couldn't recommend him enough. Oliver Colchester

Reviewing on behalf of Belstead Brook Muthu Hotels Ipswich. Excellent service from the team at Climate. Many Thanks.

Great friendly service, Gerald is very knowledgable and explained the options available to us honestly.

Many thanks to Gerald. Following a failed A/C unit he was able to visit site promptly, advised on options and the recommended solution for the right unit to be used for the IT closet being cooled, he was further able to coordinate installation in a very timely manner with works being carried out resulting in a very tidy and effective installation. I would thoroughly recommend the Company for the total professionalism in response to the support request.

Amazing service, installed 11 air con units at great value. I found Gerald to be very professional and overcome problems quickly.

Gerald and his team have a wealth of experience between them. Honest, friendly and professional, every job carried out with the utmost care and attention to detail. Climate carry out every part of the install including all the electrical work, disposal of old equipment and making good.

We chose Climate AC to install two units at our house in Essex. They were brilliant! Very friendly, very helpful and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better company. The AC installers were tidy well presented and did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. He came the same day we called for a free estimate, and we had the new unit was fitted within 2 working days. We would definitely recommend. Lisa MRM Electrical.
