Prazsky's Cooling Services - Refrigeration Engineers is praised for friendly, knowledgeable and professional help with domestic and commercial refrigeration, including fridges, freezers, wine coolers, cold rooms and serve-over displays. Customers value Peter’s practical advice, clear communication and ability to diagnose and repair problems efficiently, sometimes without a visit, with several also noting fair pricing. One air-conditioning repair led to an unresolved issue and concerns about the cost of proceeding.
I've been using Peter for over 16 years !! His service and professionalism is always spot on hes just fixed and repaired my cold room with excellent service ..highly recommended ..
Peter went above and beyond to fix my fridge. He is friendly, knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone.
Peter.. What a Man.. came to Boss Pizza Repaired freezer.. no messing about. Excellent service and price.. keeping him on speed dial. Good job
I’d love to give Peter a good review as he seems like a nice chap but my aircon - which was working intermittently but on a downward spiral - now doesn’t work at all. It’s a longer story than that but after being billed for four hours for basically ‘diagnosis’, I decided that perhaps going further with a repair with few guarantees or - by his own admission - a more-expensive-than-most replacement, I would be throwing good money after bad.
I contacted Prazsky's as my wine cooler was no longer cooling. Having received an outrageous quote from the manufacturer just for the Call Out, Peter came and quickly diagnosed the problem and even had the required part in his van. Job done at a fraction of the price. Highly recommended.
I am very pleased with the way Peter dealt with my freezer problem. His assessment and suggested initial actions were spot on to allow identification of how to resolve my problem, all without a visit. I can only speak highly of his professionalism and knowledge and especially his attitude to customer satisfaction which makes him stand out from others. I will use him again should the need arise and have no concerns about recommending him to friends and family. I am very impreseliminated the need for a visit. This is old school approach is very much to be lauded for not time wasting and
