Inn House Technology Ltd - Colchester, GB-ENG

just had air condition fitted, the service was outstanding. very tidy workmen could not fault. would recommend to any one alan storey

An absolute dream of a company to deal with. From the initial phone call to Lee (the surveyor)coming out the same afternoon. There was no hard sell at any stage, and Lee was extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain exactly what was needed and helping us choose the right system and at a superb price. If you’re looking for air conditioning installation, look no further. Lee, Jim, and the girls in the office set the standard for how a company should be run and how customers should be looked after. Jim’s workmanship is absolutely first class, and the aftercare service has been equally impressive. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering air conditioning. Outstanding service from start to finish. First Class ,thank you the Inn-house Technology team 😎🔥🥶

Wow! I spoke with Lee, and his company is fantastic. No pressure selling, just honest advice. The installers, Mikey and Cyrus arrived on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up before leaving. They didn't stop for lunch. The AC installation is incredible, and so reasonably priced. Plus the AC is superbly cold in our loft room! I just wish all companies were like this. Thanks, Richard

If you are looking for air conditioning units then you have to seriously consider Inn-House Technology Ltd .As the other reviews also mentioned Lee attended to spec the job ( I only required aircon for my main bedroom ) the quote was very competitive and Lee gave recommendations for best locations to mount the units etc , he was very experienced and not pushy in any way . The installation was carried out yesterday my Michael who showed extreme professionalism all the way through - the quality of the products installed are of high quality and function amazing - I will definitely consider more units for other parts of the house .

Can’t recommend this company enough. We’ve recently had an air conditioning unit and CCTV system installed and they’ve been brilliant. The initial visit was quick and easy and Lee was professional, friendly and not pushy. He was clearly very knowledgeable and we felt totally comfortable and trusting. The price was good (yes potentially slightly higher than some places but I strongly believe you get what you pay for). The guys that came and installed it were a dream - got on with it and were tidy and did a fantastic job. So many companies are let down by having poor admin skills but every single email and call has been replied to very quickly and the aftercare is fantastic. Will absolutely be using them again and recommending them. Just a really good local business doing what they promise on time, on budget and to a professional standard - what more could you ask for?
