Great service from everyone at I-HT. From the initial enquiry, quote and installation, everything was brilliant. The installers and electricians did a great job on the hottest day of the year, which included crawling around in our loft which must have been 40c ! They left everything very tidy. We are now enjoying cool air in the long hot summer. Thanks again.

After thoroughly explaining how it would look both inside and outside the installation was very neatly done with no damage to the decor. We were shown how to use the remote and helped to download the app and shown how to control the unit remotely. We couldn’t be happier with the service

Really wish I’d had air con installed years ago. Finally went for it after a recommendation from my electrician. Lee came out really quick to do the survey even when in a heatwave. I was offered an installation date quicker than I thought as I was going for a single unit. I was pleasantly surprised with the price too. Michael was a top installer. Can’t believe how tidy he left it. Was cleaner than when he arrived 🙌 genuinely kind and diligent with his work. Was such a good experience he’s coming back in August to fit an upstairs one. I had I-HT install an air conditioning system at home, the guys who came round were great, very punctual and completed the install in around 4 hours and left the place clean and tidy. Installation was extremely neat and professional, and would recommend them over any other. You may find cheaper quotes, but you do not want to cheap out when it comes to a quality job and on going customer service. On that note, they were not expensive - just a fair price for outstanding work and customer service.

A lovely, friendly and professional company to deal with and they're local too!! Easy to book our service with them. Engineer was on time, rang to say he was on his way as well. He was efficient, courteous and gave some helpful tips about the air con unit. No hesitation in using the company again next year for our service. We'll done I-HT - top marks!!

I am just so impressed with this company. From the initial site visit with Lee East which was informative, responsive to our requirements and extremely thorough, through to office staff and the installation of our aircon unit by Jim the whole experience has been stress free and excellent. Lee came within 4 days of an initial enquiry and was very reassuring about what could be installed and where internal and external equipment could go (unlike a previous different company). He sent a full quote with options for equipment and prices. We went ahead with I-HT and paid a deposit on the phone and 2 weeks after the initial consultation the technician Jim arrived promptly at 8.30 and completed the install. He was totally professional, cleaned everything beautifully , explained clearly and easily and how to operate the AC and was a pleasure to have in the house. I really do recommend the company.

Beyond brilliant from first phone call, through installation, and beyond! I don't have the vocabulary to express just how impressed I am with this company. No pressure from then when we called, and no pressure after receiving the quote. Curtis and Mikey turned up at exactly the time given for the installation, and they didn't stop working all day. They didn't even had a lunch break! They wouldn't even let us vacuum after as they didn't want to put us to any trouble! The installation is perfect and we're so happy. Fantastic experience with I-HT for my residential install - I had 8 units installed; 7 in the house and 1 in an external garden room. My first touch point was with Lee who came out to do a site audit and produce a quote for me. Lee seemed very knowledgeable, gave me some good advice, answered all my questions, and most importantly was incredibly patient while my wife and I debated the correct positioning of air con units in each room for what must have seemed like hours on end. Lee’s quote was good and he was very responsive while iterating on it and tweaking it. Electrician (Lewis) also came out to do a site audit. Spent quite a bit of time at the house with me weighing up the options and making a recommendation on the best approach. Again, really seemed to care about doing a decent job (and spoiler alert - he DID do a fantastic job on the day). He even tidied up some of the existing electrical works as he went and left the place looking better than when he started. Installers Jim and Sam were fantastic. They were incredibly flexible working around our two babies needing naps etc, and they were just nice friendly guys. Jim also kindly moved one of the units after he’d installed it because I changed my mind about the location and refused to complain about this despite me saying it was okay and deserved. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Received an aftercare call following the install. The whole experience was just decent from start to end.

The two fitters from I-HT arrived right on time. They set up and started work stright away. All work was done in a very tidy and clean methodical way. The air conditioning units were installed and set up in around 5 hours , all works perfectly. I am extremely pleased with the result. Many thanks to Michael and Jim for their efforts. Fantastic service. Googled and left a message asking if someone could help service our A/C unit. Had a call back the same day to ask some questions about the unit and then had a call the next day to book an appt. An engineer visited 3 days later and was super helpful, friendly and professional. All sorted .

I had a Fujitsu Airstage compressor & two air handling units fitted. The survey & quotation were done quickly & professionally, I took the recommendation to use Fujitsu kit. The installation was done two weeks later. The install was also done very professionally, the units were fitted where I directed and all pipework & cabling is very neat. The system consumes very little power 200/300 watts so far. The units have an app/wifi which works very well. I am very pleased with the installation & throughly recommend I-HT.

The quote arrived equally promptly and with all the detail required. On the day of installation, the engineer Mike was brilliant. Persisting in shocking weather conditions to get the installation done despite some challenging access issues. Once installed the unit looks smart and functions well - minimal noise and easily controlled via the remote or over WiFi using the recommended app. Couldn’t be happier with my experience of this company and happy to recommend them on to others!

I-HT Air Conditioning recently installed air conditioning at our home and also carried out some adjustments at our place of work, and we’ve been really impressed from start to finish. The team were consistently friendly and polite on site, taking the time to explain what they were doing and checking in with us at key points to make sure we were happy. They were very respectful of both environments – treating our home and workplace with the same level of care. They did an excellent job of minimising mess and disruption. Floors and furniture were properly protected, and they tidied as they went, so there was very little for us to do once they’d finished. They were also very mindful of keeping noise to a minimum, which made a real difference, especially at work where colleagues were still trying to get things done. Overall, the installations have been completed to a high standard, and the whole experience was straightforward and stress-free. A charming young man, Sam, arrived to install a Fujitsu air conditioning unit in our living room. He worked very hard, kept the dust to a minimum and cleaned up wonderfully afterwards. The outside installations were also carried out in the same diligent and professional manor. I would thoroughly recommend this company. The workmanship is great and the office staff are also very friendly and excellent at their job. All-round a very good experience and a happy customer.

I was very happy with the service. Lee spent lots of time talking me through the options and designed a system that matched my current needs and allows me to add an additional room at a later date. The fitting team were courteous, professional and quick, leaving the home as tidy as when they arrived. The invoicing was quick and the price paid was great value for money. I’m sure that they aren’t the cheapest, but the value is exceptional and has done exactly what I needed.

Just had two Fujitsu air to air heat pumps fitted by I-HT. The units were very neatly fitted both inside the house and outdoors. Staff have been very friendly and helpful, would thoroughly recommend this company.

Had Sam and Cyrus insral two units, one for the lounge and one in the bedroom, just in time for the hot weather. Turned up bang on time, that is always a good start forctradesmen these days! Explained what rhey were going to do and set about the instal with no fuss. Exceptionally clean, cleaning up after themselves at every stage, in fact, you would not have known they has been here when then left other than the two boxes pumping out cool air on the wall! Good explanation of the controls etc before they left. A week in, and used it a lot more than we thought we would. Good quality bit of kit and at a reasonable price as well. Would certainly recommend to any one wishing to take the plunge! 😁

Bedroom A/C: The initial survey was very competently carried-out, some challenges were identified and advice offered on how to get around them while still achieving our objectives. The guys installing did a fantastic job of hiding all the cables and pipes. They carefully removed the outside tiles, cut the hole for the pipes & cables, then put the tiles back covering the hole, a very neat job, you can hardly see the drain pipe and not see the cable and pipes inside or out at the front of the house. They exceeded our expectation, Five star job.

From start to finish, getting air conditioning installed in 2 of our bedrooms was a very easy and painless process. A special thanks to Lee in sales who gave us the initial quotation and then followed up in answering our questions efficiently and quickly and to Sam who carried out the actual installation and treated our house like he would his own. Left the house very clean and tidy. I would not hesitate in recommending this company and will gladly speak to anyone about my experience if this is something you are considering.

Surprised with the 5 star rating as we had a very poor experience. Poor communication, incorrect invoicing- trying to charge VAT when VAT is not even applicable to domestic air conditioning, cancelled appointment at last minute when we made arrangements to take a day off and have electrician on the site. I would recommend to be vary. Or we were just unlucky to be on the receiving end of successive mistakes and failures. We lost a few hundred pounds without the AC being installed. Disappointing.

We used local company I-HT to install our air conditioning unit and they did a great job. Perfectly installed and they tidied up after them. Also like the fact that there was an after installation courtesy call…very professional company and would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful new installation of our first air conditioning unit to what used to be a very hot or very cold loft space bedroom. Lee came out to us and talked us through the units performances and designs and then recommended one that would suit us. The best leaflet to come through our door! We had been looking at having air con installed in our home and had several companies round to provide us with quotes. We then had a leaflet through the door from Inn-House Technology and decided to give them a call. From the moment Lee came round to look at the job we knew we were going to use them, Lee was very thorough with his site survey and talked us through all the different scenarios/ locations for the air con units. I'm a cabinet maker by trade and have a very keen eye for detail and it soon became apparent that so did Lee and his team. Their engineers Jim and Sam arrived at the time they said they would and were professional throughout the entire install, asking any necessary questions (I think Lee might have mentioned to them I was quite particular, ha-ha). It didn't seem to phase either of them that I was somewhat fussy which showed they were both very confident in knowing they were going to deliver a high end install. They took the time to talk us through the setup of the app and then gave us a demonstration on how everything worked. I would highly recommend Inn-House Technology to anyone, knowing they'd be in very capable hands.

This week the engineers from I-HT installed our two air conditioning systems, and they were fantastic! It took them the entire day to install the two systems and everything was seamless from start to finish. What’s more, they were so clean and efficient which is why I cannot recommend I-HT highly enough. When I contacted them they were happy to come and do a service even though they hadn't installed my unit. I had an air con unit installed a few weeks ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Everyone at IHT has been so kind and helpful, from the customer service people, Lee who came out and did the free quote and Sam who did the actual instal. The unit runs perfectly and very quietly and was very reasonably priced considering a cool night of good sleep is priceless to me. All work was completed in one day and my house was left spotless when the fitting was finished. I chose IHT based off their history of impeccable reviews and I was not disappointed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I can unconditionally recommend Inn-House Technology Ltd as a thoroughly excellent provider of all aspects of domestic air conditioning from initial contact, design development, through detailed site work to contract administration and on to maintenance. I speak as a hard-bitten Chartered Engineer and project manager who has probably seen it all; but Inn-House Technology has restored my faith that there is a British company which does it right to time, cost and quality. The initial site visit was by an experienced technician who has turned his hand to sales and was followed up by a further detailed visit with a staff specialist because the 4-unit multi-split installation is in a high-quality residence so that pipe concealment and silence in operation are crucial – and achieved. The two-man team left home at 0555 to arrive exactly on time for 3 consecutive days fully supplied with all the tools and plant required from their preferred but not exclusive partner supplier – Fujitsu. All indoor debris from numerous drillings was cleaned up as soon as it arose causing negligible dust- even embroidered curtains were kept in place. No shoes were worn indoors. The quality and fit of the pipework, cabling and trunking was exemplary and the indoor units were positioned exactly as specified. Outside, the wall penetrations and resealing of this Passivhaus were accurate and the heat pump connections neatly concealed by a black trunking beside a downpipe. The two installers, Jim and Sam, were professional, knowledgeable, personable, strong, agile and 100% committed to my job – not once stopping for lunch. The back-office handling of the sales, contract, procurement, invoicing and maintenance were each impeccable and the team are clearly loyal to their company which has strong systems to give quick response and confidence to the customer. The whole installation experience was an exemplar of how to run a company well and I have no hesitation at all in recommending Inn-House Technology.

Excellent and Faultless Experience with our Air Con Install. We reached out to I-HT among other Installers in the area, within a couple of hours they had made contact and arranged to visit to provide a quote within the same day. The quote was sent quickly and competitively priced. Lee who visited was very friendly and helpful and provided a good insight into what could be done and how with regards to our property. On install day we had 2 of their team pop out to complete the install and I can't explain enough how polite, friendly and considerate they were. Not only this but they were also very tidy and cleaned up behind them at every step. Top Quality Company, Had a new Air Conditioner fitted in our Care Home to keep Medication room cool during Warm days during summer. Unit works very well.. Fitting was done all in one day and it didn't take long to fit unit. Unit was fitted very professional. no untidy wires or piping. Outside Unit fitted to wall away from Public walking by. Tidy straight pipe work outside which uses builds drains to run drain pipe. Unit fits well on side on building.

From my initial visit from Lee to the follow up call after my install, this company is amazing. I deal with alot of contractors and its so nice that this is a company that has not lost its family, I can do, ethos, that alot of the bigger companies have. The 2 x engineers that installed my 2 units, could not have been more helpful. They sheeted up and left their work areas imaculate and their quality of work is nothing but a credit to the company they work for. I cannot rate these guys and this company enough and will be recommending them to everyone in the future.

Very good service from I-HT, no pressure initial quotation and site survey performed very quickly. Installed our air-conditioning system in one day without any fuss, installers were very professional didn't cause any issues for me and cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic experience from start to finish. We’ve had 2 x 4 way multisplit systems installed at our house so 8 rooms in total with a variety of different unit types and locations. Everything from the original estimation, pre install survey through the the installation itself and the follow up care has been exemplary. In addition they also happened to be the most reasonably priced, all in all I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and only wish every company had the same level of service. Just brilliant!

I contacted the company and Lee East attended my address. Lee was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, explaining the whole process, what work would have to be done and, the placement of the units, including what units that were available. After my order was placed, I was kept updated by the office staff. On day of installation JIm and his brother attended, both were very helpful and cleaned up as they worked. I found my whole dealings with the company very easy, everyone I spoke to were helpful and informative. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The new air conditioning is quite advanced. It can quickly warm/cool any room. It is also silent so it does not disturb. At the same time being very effective. The installation was quick and neatly done.

An excellent unit fitted efficiently at a reasonable price. We are very pleased with the result.

From the first email to the final finish and follow up calls to check everything is as expected, the service has been excellent. Unlike some others, my needs were listened to and I've ended up with what I needed based around good advice and clear communication. Service plan auto scheduling is a nice touch and with it taking the warranty up further, I am very happy to be dealing with I-HT for the next 5 years+

We had two air-con units fitted after the initial survey by Lee. The install went smoothly with little noise and mess. We are very happy with the whole experience with I-HT including the price!!!
