Nathan and the team were fantastic. Easy to deal with, great price, turned up exactly when they said they would and were polite and incredibly clean inside and outside the house. Hardly ever write reviews but would thoroughly recommend.
Nathan Kersley and the team were prompt, attentive, professional, thoughtful, local and helpful. We had them install air conditioning in two adjoining upstairs rooms with a single outlet. They liaised with our builders, took responsibility for their actions and communicated well with us. They were also extremely helpful finding the right type of equipment for our home and provided a variety of reasonable quotes. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Excellent throughout the process. Nathan provided knowledgable advice and a clear quotation for my home air conditioning (Air to air heat pump), and the professional installation team led by Andrew were friendly, clean and clear in communication throughout the work. My installed Daiken Multi system has worked very efficiently (and quietly) to comfortably warm my house throughout winter. The system is on track to achieve the stated SCOP of above 5 showcasing its benefits compared to the usual air to water heat pumps on offer.

I'm very happy with the air to air heat pump unit that Snap Services have installed in our house. The unit specified met our requirements at an attractive price. I found the installation team to be professional and competent, as well as informative, friendly, helpful and considerate. They cleared up all waste, fully tested the operation of the unit and clearly explained its controls to us. I would certainly recommend Snap Services.

I have a dormer bungalow, which can become very hot and uncomfortable upstairs, during the warmer weather, so I wanted something to cool this area down. After contacting Snap Services, Nathan came to my home to discuss my requirements and undertake a survey. He informed me of what was required to cool the area and showed me where both the internal and external units could be placed. He then provided me with two costs, the difference being the method of controlling the system. I made my decision and a date for installation was arranged for the following week. On the day, Nathan attended again and introduced me to the engineers who would be completing the work. The install went extremely smoothly, and the engineers were neat and tidy. On completion they showed me how to use the system and ensured I was happy, prior to them leaving. A few days later I received a copy of the Commissioning Certification via email from the Operations Manager. Overall, an extremely painless and easy process and I now have a lovely cool dormer. Following a very professional site visit and consultation, we commissioned Snap Services to install a Daikin R32 split services air conditioner into our home in May 2021. The unit is very stylish and unobtrusive. The installation went extremely well and was undertaken with the minimum of disruption. The two engineers carrying out the work were very efficient and polite. They were thorough in instructing us in how to operate the unit, including the smart phone app. which is very easy. It has functioned extremely well especially during the prolonged heat wave in July, making a usually hot, problematic area in our home most comfortable and a pleasure to sit in. We are more than delighted with the unit and the service provided and would highly recommend Snap Services.

Excellent Mitsubishi Electric air-to-air installation dated 20/11/2023, lasting 3 days; my installation comprises 1 air source heat pump and two wall units.Technically accurate system design and a precise quotation provided by Peter. Excellent installation team (Carl & Liam), supported by JDY Electrical Services (Joel & Tom). Installation team were considerate, polite, communicative and respected my Wife and I, and our property. I am very pleased with the operation of my system with the running costs in line with my expectation (gas -61%; electricity +26%; week on week). I plan to extend my system with another air source heat pump and 3 more internal units; I also plan to alleviate increase in electricity usage by installing a PV, Inverter and battery system. I will definitely engage Snap Services to implement this planned installation. I unreservedly recommend Snap Services.
It is rare to encounter an organisation that combines technical excellence with outstanding customer service, but this is one. Great product, service and the installation team couldn’t have done a better job, very helpful, careful and cleared up after the job was finished. Would highly recommend.
