I found these people online. They did perfect job for new boiler installation which was installed the next day ,I do recommend this team.

Mo and his team installed a new combi boiler for me 2 years ago, removing the old from the kitchen along with the old rusting tank and moved everything to the upstairs cupboard. Also plumbed in my gas hob in the process. Very pleased with the work (and came in a lot cheaper than other quotes I had!). Very professional job, and has been providing yearly boiler services since. Highly recommended for any plumbing services.

Not a good experience We received a quote for £12,450 to install a heat pump, change 2 radiators and replace all of our plumbing. The work was completed mid-May 2024 However, the system was problematic from day 1. After well over a year of complaining, we paid to have Vaillant (the manufacturer) look at it, and their report showed that the radiators to the rear of the property were piped incorrectly and there were some instances where manufacturers guidance was not followed Eventually we were compensated and chose to have the repairs carried out by a different plumber But in fairness the quality of the workmanship of Let's Heat was actually very good, and the workman were friendly and tidy, and they did not create any avoidable mess, so I would recommend them for changing a boiler, etc.. But fitting a new heat pump system - NO

Smart Adapt were brilliant from start to finish. My boiler broke which left us in a difficult situation. Smart Adapt changed their schedule and were in our house the next day to replace the old one with a new one. The engineers provided a 5 star service they were polite, clean and tidy. All pipe work was neat and carried out to a very high standard. Smart adapt even done additional work in the garage, they had to change the gas pipe to a bigger size to meet regulations and this was done free of charge as we had already agreed a price. Was silly enough to attempt fixing a leak on my boiler via a youtube video and I can safely say never again. I followed the instructions and almost broke my boiler and flooded my house. I had to shut off water supply to stop water gushing out of my boiler and as a result had no heating or water. Thankfully, the first number I called for help was let's heat and I'm so glad I did. The engineer Mo promised to be out in a few hours and he kept his word and my boiler was back up and running by the evening with the costs quite reasonable. Thank you so much, you saved us from the misery of having no water/hot water or heat in these freezing conditions. Would definitely recommend to friends and family going forward.

Our very old boiler broke down on a Saturday, and within a few hours of contacting them, Mo arrived and quickly identified the problem. After explaining a new boiler would required, which came as no surprise because of the age and visible condition of it, he suggested suitable locations we could put it since the original one was in an unsuitable location. His team came the following day, on a Sunday because we were without heating or any hot water, and started work with the job being completed the following day. The entire team was super friendly, hard working and professional. They patched the hole in the wall with plasterboard and even went out of their way to help me load a heavy box into my car as they saw me struggling with it! I would recommend these guys to anyone, they definitely earned my trust and I hugely appreciate them starting the job on a Sunday so I was only without hot water for a couple of days.

Great job done by Mo for my boiler service recently. He’s a friendly and honest guy who will make sure he’s gets the problem sorted for you there and then but if he can’t, he will be open and get what’s needed to then come back and sort out for you. Mo responded quickly and despatched the plumber Luke round just as fast. The leak was fairly simple and was fixed by replacing the offending joint. Both Luke and Mo were very friendly and helpful. Call out charge was reasonable for such short notice.

Had a leak from our radiator and related issue causing boiler to lose pressure and water to run cold. Spoke to Mo on Sunday and explained situation and he gave an estimate of what was wrong and how much it would likely cost and managed to get someone out to us Monday morning, they resolved it all. Good communication, friendly and fair price.

Tried a number of plumbing and heating suppliers (6 before these guys) after shower broke. They provided a quote late on a Friday night, sent link to a recommended replacement unit which I ordered. We had a burst pipe underneath our bath tub that flooded our kitchen ceiling, nightmare! I was on the phone to Let’s Heat late Thursday evening and they sorted us out with a last minute plumber appointment first thing the next day. The plumber, Mo quickly found the issue and sourced some replacement parts. The whole job was finished by lunch time - and for a reasonable price too! I’d definitely use Let’s Heat in future. At home with two kids and my boiler decided it didn't want to play ball. My usual plumber wasn't answering so I Googled 24 hour emergency plumber and got through to this company on the phone. I told the gent on the phone the problem, he quickly figured out what my boiler was and what the issue was and talked me through fixing it myself over the phone! Saved me money on an expensive call out. I'll be using them again if something goes wrong in the future.

I've just had the pleasure of having Mo around to repair my boiler. He was honest, gave me various options as to the cause of the issue and the plan should this issue arise again. Will use Lets Heat again in the future.

Our boiler stopped working on Christmas Eve. Mo came out within a couple of hours, investigated the problem and laid out all the options for us. We decided on a new boiler based on the age of the one that came with our flat. Given the time of year and availability of new boilers due to suppliers being closed for the holidays, that they were able to get a new boiler and install it in just over a week is incredible. I should also add that when I was quoted a price, I compared it to other businesses and I was happy with the competitive quote. They came when they said they would and finished in good time. They needed access to the downstairs flat so they could get to the garden and do work outside the building, and tidied up in our neighbour's garden and around our boiler after they were done. Not only this, but they've also sorted out all the warranty registration for the boiler. All we need to do is arrange a service each year, which we will definitely be doing with Let's Heat. Top quality work and I'm very thankful for Mo coming out on Christmas Eve.

Our boiler failed unexpectedly and LetsHeat were the only firm we called with availability between Christmas and New Year’s. An engineer visited and provided a fully costed fixed quote within a few hours. Within 24 hours our boiler was fully replaced, as well as the thermostat reconnected and a new filter installed. We were abroad on our honeymoon when we were told our boiler had broken down and was deemed irreparable. It was freezing back in the UK and we wanted it resolved before we arrived home but after contacting several other companies it felt like a hopeless task. We contacted Let's Heat LTD and spoke to Mo who straight away made things easy. He re-contacted us on WatsApp to discuss and arranged to call a family member to meet him at our property that day so that he could inspect the system in order to provide an accurate and very reasonable quote. He guaranteed installation within 72 hours before we arrived home, all without a deposit or a single penny paid before the work was carried out. He was left at our house un-supervised for much of the day, the work was carried out to a high standard, installing the new boiler, replacing the FLUE, flushing the system, discarding the old boiler, reconnecting the system to our HIVE thermostat and registering the new boiler with the manufacturer. The house was left clean and tidy and he had even set the system up so the house and water would be heated for our return. I can't thank Mo enough for allowing us to enjoy the rest of our honeymoon worry free. I would 100% recommend Let's Heat Ltd and we will not hesitate to use Mo again for further work.

Having had a nest registered installation carried out 2 years ago the thermostat functioned but inconsistently warmed water, it degraded recently so we decided to get a heating engineer to take a look at the problem, the engineer looked at the installation and concluded it was a very bad installation and rewired it completely, he left our home and we thought problem solved that was until next morning when we had no hot water at all even when put into manual mode, the engineer couldn't return for 4 days and my wife was not impressed! I then found Mo's website called and he assured me he would be with me next day, he arrived on time and examined the wiring and found the nest had been rewired incorrectly, he set to work, completely replacing the wiring throughout and hey presto I now have a correctly working Nest thermostat and not a minute to soon with cold weather due. I must say Mo was extremely professional, worked efficiently and quickly and cost of work was exactly what I expected, highly recommended.

Had a problem with my old micron glow worm boiler over heating, and put a claim in through my insurance. After being let down by one engineer from a different company, who blamed my smart controls, I requested a different company to investigate, and was sent Mo from lets heat, and I am so glad they did! He worked out what the issue was very quickly and said he would arrange to come back once he had fed back to the insurance, this was a Saturday morning. On Tuesday he returned, and I am pleased to say, after a change of pump, and a drain to the system, my heating is now working, and it certainly feels hotter than before. Mo didn't just get the job done, he took the time to explain what he had done, and gave me tips on how to use my system correctly. Despite being a very busy man, he went above and beyond ensuring I was left a happy customer. I will certainly be recommending lets heat and without a doubt, will call on them again. Let's Heat Installation provided one of the best services I've ever experienced. My previous boiler was roughly 20 years old and needed to be replaced; Because of how weird the pipe layouts are in the house, I realized this wouldn't be an easy task. Furthermore, we've recently installed a new kitchen unit for the boiler, and previous engineers left me with little or no choice when it came to installing the boiler around the unit without having to fully dismantle it. I contacted Let's Heat, and they agreed to come out the next day to inspect the boiler and give me a quote. The quotation was sent through email in a digital format. It was as simple as clicking the link in the email and accepting the offer on their website. The job began the next day (day two). The boiler was installed successfully and my unit left intact. The radiators were cleaned out on day three, and all trash and debris were removed. The boiler appears to be in excellent condition (very quiet), and the pipework appears to have been professionally installed. I find it rare these days to receive great value for money and fantastic service combined, but Mo from MD plumbers absolutely delivered. We found MD plumbers online and decided to contract them for our new boiler based on local reviews and their very fair price point. Mo arrived on time on the Monday morning with one other chap (sorry I didn't catch his name) and together they installed our new boiler the same day and with very limited disruption to us. When i pointed out that the magnetic filter was going to stick out a bit further than I had anticipated, Mo offered to install this underneath our kitchen cupboards and created a service hatch to access the filter once a year, all with no extra charge attached. He ran me through operating the boiler and our new thermostat before leaving and had our receipt and guarantees emailed over that evening. I honestly could not hope to be happier with a choice of contractor than MD plumbers and would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacement of their boiler or any other work.
