Limegreen knew what they were doing ,from start to finish. The surveyor identified what was needed and explained to us what would subsequently happen. Rhys at sales was always very helpful and the fitting team we had was exceptional. They arrived on site at 8am on a really hot day when and were very professional in their work and cleaned up after themselves 100%. The Commissioning Guy arrived promptly and was very polite and professional and fully explained how the system works. We would definitely recommend Limegreen.

I recently had air conditioning installed by Limegreen and couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. Rhys carried out an initial telephone survey followed by an in-person visit after I had some questions about one of the proposed units. He took the time to listen to my concerns, put my mind at ease, and came up with an alternative solution that worked perfectly for my needs. The installation was completed by Paul and his two apprentices, Jack and Alfie. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and clearly took great pride in their work. Paul was absolutely excellent throughout the installation. He was friendly, approachable, and took the time to explain each stage of the process, ensuring I understood exactly what was happening and was comfortable with every aspect of the installation. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he was always happy to answer my questions with patience and enthusiasm. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and his attention to detail gave me complete confidence that the job was being done to the highest standard. Paul, Jack, and Alfie worked efficiently while keeping mess and disruption to an absolute minimum. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, and they left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished. Jack and Alfie were fantastic as well—hard-working, polite, and a real credit to both Limegreen and the profession. It was great to see young apprentices showing such dedication and professionalism. Overall, a first-class experience with excellent customer service, communication, and workmanship throughout. The entire team was a pleasure to deal with, and Paul in particular was a standout ambassador for the company. I would highly recommend Limegreen to anyone considering air conditioning installation.

Very happy with the full Central Heating System replacement I have just had completed by Limegreen- New boiler and relocated, all new rads with thermo reg valves, full new pipework, with Hive controller.. An exceptional customer experience from the initial survey through to the installation. Having decided to go ahead with air conditiong I did what any sensible person would do and get a number of quotations to compare products and costs. Limegreen were not only the best price, the personal approach to customer service was the clincher for me. The installation was completed with care and consideration to my property and just how I wanted. I would have no issue with recommending Limegreen to friends and family and will be looking to arrange and additional installation next year. Update (19/01/2026): had an issue with my air conditioning (it was an unusual installation in all fairness). Called at 9:30 am today and had an engineer visit by midday to sort! Absolutely unexpected to have someone out the same day, but much appreciated! Can't recommend this company and people enough. Our boiler broke down in Christmas eve and they come literally in an hour to check and give us estimate price witch wasn't high. Also, made sure that we will have heating and hot water ASAP. While other companies said what we will have to wait till atleast 05.01.2026, they done all of it today 30.12.2025 what gives us definitely, nice, warm and lovely home before the New Year. Guys who worked was friendly, Josh, Mike and Jamie talked every step of the way, came early in the morning. Checked every room atleast few times to make sure heating was back on and new boiler works as it should. Cleaned after themselves after they finished work. I will be forever grateful to this company working through Christmas and New year period just to make sure we could actually have good New Year. I first contacted Limegreen with a vague specification on how to heat, cool and de-humidify my occasional use rooms and garage. Rhys came up with a cost effective solution that has proved perfect in action. The installation went like clockwork with frequent updates. (PART 2) Inaccurate and Unacceptable Response from Lime Green! I must express that I find your response both misleading and unacceptable! To clarify: I do have the serial number and gas council number for the Faber fire, which is clearly visible on the data sheet attached to the unit. I did not have this information on hand during the initial call, but it is available and could have easily been provided upon request. Your suggestion that we intend to install the fireplace ourselves is entirely false and quite frankly, offensive. At no point was this said or implied. The fireplace will be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer, as is required by law and expected from any responsible customer dealing with a gas appliance. The fireplace in question was purchased from an approved Faber dealer, so the assumption that it came from an unofficial or unverified source is completely incorrect. Your statement that we were missing essential components is also inaccurate. We are not missing any components—we were simply enquiring about additional decorative log sets and the optional caretra stones to enhance the fireplace setup, which are well-known, brand-approved accessories for this unit. Regarding your claim that Danny was not rude, I would strongly disagree. His tone, conduct, and attitude throughout the call were unprofessional, particularly after learning that we had not purchased the unit from Lime Green directly. As per the recording, his main issue was not safety or regulations, but the fact that we were not previous customers. He clearly stated that he would rather not assist those who hadn't bought directly from your showroom because he didn’t want to deal with international suppliers on their behalf. This is the key issue—not regulatory compliance, but a lack of customer service. I find your attempt to reframe this situation disappointing and dismissive. If your company is unwilling to assist in sourcing parts for a product from a brand you are an official dealer of—despite us having all necessary identifying information—then this needs to be escalated to Faber directly, as it reflects poorly on their network of dealers. I hope you take this seriously ! ORIGINAL REVIEW (PART 1): I just got off the phone with a representative from Lime Green in Cardiff. I explained that we were looking to source parts for a fireplace that we had not purchased directly from Lime Green. At the time of purchase, we weren’t aware that Lime Green stocked or dealt with this particular brand - it was only recently recommended to us by someone else. At first, the staff member was helpful and said it was absolutely fine - he would email the manufacturer and get a quote for the parts. However, during the conversation, once it became clear that we hadn’t bought the fireplace from them, his attitude shifted. He became unhelpful and ultimately refused to provide the parts. When I asked for his name, he said it was 'Danni'. I found this behaviour unacceptable. Lime Green is a listed dealer for this brand, and we were simply looking to purchase spare parts through an authorised supplier. Refusing to supply parts solely because the original product wasn’t bought from them is disappointing and unprofessional.

The team of engineers who came to install the AC were fantastic. They did a really clean and tidy job, took the time to walk us through how everything works, and left everything spotless. You can tell they take pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get air conditioning installed. Top marks all around!

I recently had an air conditioning system installed by Limegreen. The who process from survey through installation and payment was smooth, professional and simple. The installation itself was undertaken by Karl and Paul and I found them to be skilled, couteous and professional. Issue with 15 year boiler leaking, repair or replacement was discussed. Decided to go for the replacement boiler due to age of existing boiler. Scheduled replacement within 2 weeks. I recently purchased a new boiler and installation from Limegreen to replace my 15+ years old boiler. I was given lots of options for new boiler makes and models, talked through warranty and payment options. The company were able to book me in for the boiler to be fitted within 3 weeks. Jack was great on the phone and gave great customer service. Our installation was undertaken by Karl & Jack who were friendly, tidy & efficient. Unfortunately our new boiler caused a slight electrical issue, but when I called up Limegreen and spoke to Jack, he ensured an electrician was sent over first thing the next morning and he was able to rectify the issue. Having a few different jobs completed by Limegreen. Originally we were having different companies do different bits. But after a very good quote from Jack, we decided to go with Limegreen for it all First part was to board our attic for the new boiler to move up. Dan and Stuart attended on time, very friendly and polite, and talked through what they were going to do. Worked quickly and professionally and have done a great job boarding out attic, and giving access via a pull down ladder. They explained how it all worked and left the bedroom spotless. The work they have done is great, and went far above our expectations with some extra bits and space. Superb service from this amazing company - we had a complete boiler replacement completed in April 2024. Karl, Josh and Russell, the engineers on site, did a great job in just two days, were exceptionally clean and tidy - and their friendliness and service was second to none. The cost also was excellent, compared to one of the big energy providers - so all round the best decision we could have made. I don't usually post reviews but having had a fantastic experience with all the crew at LimegreenUK on this occasion I feel I must,. We had a major boiler malfunction at the beginning of December and after receiving a huge quote from British Gas I decided to look around for another company in the Cardiff area and found LimegreenUK on one of these trust a trader websites. From my first phone call to Jack at Limegreen customer service I was immediately impressed with their compassionate and clear understanding of what was required. A few days after my initial call they were at my home to replace my boiler and issue a new Gas Safety Certificate, I knew I had made the correct decision when Tom, Corey and their apprentice also called Jack came into the house and the first thing they did was put protective covers on the floor to protect our wooden flooring. While they were there they were polite, and respectful throughout, and quickly became part of the family albeit for a few hours. As for their costs, they were far better value than British Gas and their customer focused aftercare is something I'm sure will be equally impressive for the future. Bottom line is that if you are looking for a company to install, repair or maintain your heating equipment you cannot do better than LimegreenUK.

Had my boiler replaced in October by limegreen, install was quick and clean. Had a slight issue with the flue dripping outside but the engineers came back and repositioned it and now it's fine. Really professional and friendly service by the engineers cannot fault them.

Had a boiler supplied and fitted by Limegreen in place of an ancient Baxi fire and back boiler. I looked online for a local company with good reviews to do the job and Limegreen's long list of brilliant reviews put them at the top of my list. I visited their website and used their online quotation calculator to get a ballpark figure for my install, they then contacted me and offered to come to the house for free and do an inspection of the work required and to give a more accurate quote. The inspection done, the quote was given to me there and then. I was very happy with the price and agreed to go ahead with the work. I was given an installation date that was only a couple of weeks away. On the day of the install Limegreen arrived on time and got to work straight away. The install team were brilliant. Fast, friendly and efficient. The job was completed in one day to a very high standard, little to no mess, all waste removed and I returned home to a lovely warm house. I can highly recommend Limegreen, the entire process from start to finish was easy and very professional. 5 Stars from me!!

I would like to say how impressed we have been with the service provided. The surveyor was really knowledgeable and didn’t put us under any pressure to book our boiler replacement with yourselves which, I personally find very refreshing. The engineers turned up on time, were professional, polite, efficient and tidy. As we wanted the new boiler relocated to a different place to the old boiler the engineers gave great thought to the best way to do this and we are delighted with the result. All the relevant checks for leaks etc were carried out before they left and we were instructed on how to use the boiler controls. The electrician also turned up promptly this morning to fit an electric socket and the thermostat. All in all we have had a very positive experience – in fact I have already recommended you to a colleague of mine who is looking to have some work done in the near future. A week ago we had no hot water as our boiler broke. An engineer came to fix the boiler and fit the missing part and returned the following day to also fit a new fan. He phoned to say that it would be fixed by the end of the day, which it was. Everything seemed to be okay, but after a while we found the house to be very hot. We phoned up to say that we needed help to get somebody out to sort out the problem with the heating. There was a small altercation between the person and myself, however, I was very stressed, which I shouldn't have been. Now I feel that I reacted by writing a review too quickly. He said that he would come and see for himself and came out to sort out the boiler and found that a wire in the circuit board was not connected to the boiler to the regulator. The last engineer was very respectful and sorted out the problem quickly and was very professional and polite. I am very happy with the work which was done and I apologise for being so hasty to write the review. I apologise to the last engineer, Jamie, who was very professional and I would 100% use Limegreen again.

Ordered a log burner and new fire place in December 2020, advised of a estimated delivery time. I took into account the Christmas period. 5th Feb sent an email requesting an update, no contact received. Sent further email 14th Feb email back advising that they would be chasing up suppliers. Had no update, further email sent on 13th March requesting update still not had any contact back. Further email sent still awaiting contact !!! Very poor customner service, seem happy to take your money ( large deposit was paid ) and then fail to keep you updated.

My mum is 94 and her old boiler had packed up. Right from the initial meet and quote the company have been helpful and understanding. Installation was booked between 8am - 9am. The 2 guys Andy and Micheal were prompt, professional, friendly and kind. They were done by the time they said they would be, then the electricians Josh and Graham took over to install the hive, again friendly, helpfu,l professional. Can't find anything to moan about. Limegreen installed 2 new bathrooms and a full central heating system about 2 years ago for us we were told we would be without heating for a few days, I remember it was quite cold and there was a knock on the door one evening and it was Danny with 2 electric fires, totally unexpected and much appreciated ( I don’t think many companies would do that!) it was a big job and it involved a number of tradesmen all of whom were polite and respectful. We have just had them install a gas fire for us which got a bit complicated but dealt with by Rhys and Jamie (Danny’s sons) in a most professional way with Jamie coming out especially to finalise the installation himself. I have no hesitation in recommending Limegreen. JC.

Regarding our recent purchase of an electric log effect/flame effect fire with micro marble fireplace. Upon entering the showroom I was impressed with the modern layout and comprehensive display of different categories of fireplaces to choose from. The salesroom staff were very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. The following week an engineer came out and measured, made sure what we wanted to order was compatible with the existing flue. Gave us a detailed quote which we were happy with, we went back to the store and placed the order on th 31 July and the fire was delivered and fitted on the 9th of September. Every contact with the team was so friendly and professional and gave me so much confidence in the capabilities of the company. We were in the market for a new stylish gas fire that looked like a real one. Found Limegreen via online search as they had the new Gazco fires in their Cardiff showrooms. We spoke initially on the phone and were encouraged enough by first impressions to pay a visit. The showrooms were well presented and the staff exceedingly knowledgeable about what we were trying to achieve. We liked the fire that we saw (Gazco reflex 105) and ordered the same for delivery and installation in 6 months May 2020, when our house was due to be finished. The due for delivery date arrived as did the fire and 2 fitters Jamie and Dan. Firstly they were exceedingly polite and professional in checking the installation site and the gas safe requirements. The installation went ahead successfully; there was a slight hiccup with the alignment and configuration of the flue that was quickly sorted with a call to Gazco in Exeter who immediately sent a driver with the required parts(super service Gazco). The fire has performed superbly since the installation albeit the glass from was stained on the inside. A phone call to Limegreen March 2021 yielded a reply that our chap will be with you this afternoon ( rapid service) . The engineer turned up cleaned the glass and ordered a new one under warranty. Limegreen have since been in touch with an update and confirmation that we are happy with the process. We have been absolutely delighted at the superb service provided by Limegreen in particular and Gazco as well, if only all businesses took their customers seriously and provided service like this, life would be a lot less stressful. After being let down by a previous GS engineer who rather than use his initiative to find and fix a fault with my boiler which had a gas leak, decided instead to go the easy route and shut off the gas at the meter and cap off appliances without any explanation in his report of the problems he found, leaving me with no hot water or heating. On phoning Limegreen they reassured me they would do a proper inspection and detail the issues for my insurance purposes and made an appointment for the very next day. I was very pleased to find the care and attention was above my expectation. Tom the GS engineer took his time and would call me to show and explain what he was doing as he knew I was concerned about the gas leak. He succeeded where the other engineer failed and repaired my boiler! I now have my hot water and heating back. He gave a detailed report to satisfy my insurance company and I can confidently say they were very professional and I can highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them again if need be. I also made an appointment the same day for them to service my mothers boiler. She is 88 and has asked me to also express her satisfaction of a job well done. She said they were also extremely thorough and took their time, it's very reassuring to find a company you can rely on.

Had one plumber to fit boiler when promised two. The guy I had to do job was brilliant nearly did it all himself in two days .I had to ring them promised phone call back did not receive any. On third day only one plumber again in morning then two more showed up to finish job.the boiler works great had a combe boiler.But let down agIn as old boiler was not teen away. As I am disabled they could have done better, room for improvements. After update thank you Dan you did right decision as we were desperate for heating.And engineer was worth 3 that you sent ,I appreciate the response and now understand why . Started our Limegreen journey when Rhys came to give us the quote for a new boiler (swapping to a combi, moving it from the kitchen to the airing cupboard and having a little radiator installed into that cupboard) He was so easy to talk to, so helpful with his advice and so non pushy - can't stick hard sell - and as he left our house we said we were going to talk it over and see if Limegreen were the company we wanted to go with and shut the door behind him............ 😂😂 He hadn't even unlocked his car before we'd opened our front door again and asked him to come back in and sign us up as we both felt so confident at what Limegreen were offering !. We went on to have dealings with Jamie, Wayne, Adam, Owain, Tom, Josh, Dan, Kevin and Corey, all lovely people and easy to organise things with. The ones that actually came to the house were also very COVID aware and at no point did we feel the COVID guide lines were compromised even though they were working in such a small house and around, 2 adults and 2 dogs. We're really impressed with the Customer Care/Service and need to say special thanks to Jamie and we feel really happy with the boiler system we have and the year's service contract we've signed up to.

After an earlier blunder, Wayne (LG Manager) contacted me and went above and beyond to fix a previous admin error. They managed to get the parts and fit them in an hour or less and also saved me some money by re-using a part that didn't need changing. Overall, very impressed. Another company would have just charged me the extra -- thank you to everyone at LG. Will be using again for our annual service.

I purchased a Paragon CF gas log burner fire from Limegreen. After a while the main ignition knob at the front of the fire wore out and I was unable to light the fire. I spoke to Wayne at Limegreen,who was very helpful and he ordered me a part free of charge, which arrived very promptly. I would highly recommend Limegreen, to prospective customers.

My parents cat got stuck behind their fireplace - stayed overnight and no way to get him out. Limegreen were very responsive on the phone and sent 2 very polite and expert men out to remove the fireplace safely and rescue the cat. We havent bought from them yet but will do in future - and their help was really brilliant today.

From the initial interactions with Rhys I felt assured that I was dealing with a company who could be trusted and were keen to understand what I was looking for. As initial interactions were during Covid19 lockdown the initial boiler assessment was undertaken by video conference - and based on assessment 2 fixed price options were provided quickly via email. On the day of installation - fitters arrived prompt and took time to talk through what was going to happen and listens to my fussy requests re location of condensate pipe and Boiler location to enable encloseure in a kitchen cabinet - both fitters were courteous and polite throughout. Despite 1 small part being missed from the delivery by the suppliers - all went like clockwork - installed within timescales quoted. All has been in place and working perfectly for a couple of weeks now. During that time Rhys has continued to promptly answer any after sales questions I have put his way. I am so glad that I decided to not go with one of the National Big Boys - but put my business with a local company who clearly care about both their customers and their reputation. We had trouble early Autumn with the control systems on our Worcester Bosch Boiler .Our previous service provider failed to respond, missed appointments ,and after several attempts did not remedy the situation. The Worcester Bosch Customer Service site gave a list of recommended suppliers from which we selected Limegreen . They phoned back within an hour of initial contact and an Engineer was here to diagnose the fault within two hours. He proposed replacement of all the components of the control system as there was no fault with the Boiler itself. I visited the shop in Sloper Road and was impressed when an Engineer took the time to sit down and explain the control system from a diagram in the Installation Booklet. The work was carried out efficiently and effectively to the agreed timetable . The Central Heating System has worked well throughout the winter. More recently we decided to replace four small radiators in the Bathrooms/Shower-room/Cloakroom , with modern Towel-rail radiators again from Limegreen . An installation planning Engineer visited the house and designed the style and size of Towel-rail radiators on a room by room basis .. On the agreed installation date the Engineers arrived on the "pips" of 08.00hrs . I was putting my shoes on as the doorbell rang . After the successful installation we visited the shop again to request a "swop" over of two of the radiators , one looked too small and another too large for the rooms they were in. Limegreen agreed to carry out the swop at no charge as with the modern design of valves it was not considered to be a major task. We have found all of the staff , in the shop, and here on site to be very courteous and helpful Tony Coulthard

Bought a fire 3 & a half yrs ago. Was an OER fire purchased in Bridgend. It was installed 6months & 2wks after delivery. Company played hard ball with me & we had a number of issues, whereby the only thing I got was a replacement damaged door, a headache & bitter taste in my mouth. I was terribly disappointed with fire & customer service we benefitted from & opted to buy a new fire, rather than pour more good money after bad when the reactor bed needed replacing. Lime green was recommended to us & we visited the showroom just after the Christmas hols as our old fire was kaput. We were received very warmly and shown a range of options. The advice was spot on & with no pressure whatsoever. We subsequently placed an order that was relayed to the manufacturer. It was delivered within a week to the depot and installed the following week. Service has been excellant, staff have been very helpful & given us the extra mile with selection and fitting. Lime Green came out yesterday to replace a part in my boiler which had stopped working. They came out with very little notice because I had no heating or hot water and appreciated the urgency when I have a baby due any day now, and they did a brilliant job. The two engineers came and they were professional and friendly, keeping me updated at every stage throughout the repair. They had to go and get a part which they did quickly and also once they had fixed the boiler, they ensured they thoroughly cleaned up the area they had been working on. Excellent job completed, to a high standard, very quickly. Would highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Came home the other day to my daughter saying “Dad why is there water dripping out of the attic?” Called them up and they helped me manage the problem immediately until they could get out and do the repair. Limited any internal damage from leaking water. When they turned up the lads were professional, their work was of the highest standard and they were super clean and tidy. From problem to repair in less than 20 hours. You don’t get that everywhere. Limegreen are great on price too. Would highly recommend their 5 star services.

What a Great Team, arrived replace my back boiler with combi system @ 8:00 job was completed by 16:30. Heating working great. The floors were cover so there was no mess. Believe me I am the first to complain if I am not happy. But it is also important to give credit where credit is due. You have installed my boiler 2 years ago and have subsequently serviced it. I am really happy with the quality of work and the top quality of service I have received from your company. Including some plumber only work. You ring the office and problem solved. I would really appreciate it if you can pass on to the last chap who serviced my boiler how impressed I am with your service and his professionalism which is sadly a dying breed. He was on time, polite and clean and tidy. Outstanding manners. Also explained exactly what he was doing and the performance of the boiler. 10 out if 10 he needs a raise! If you continue with this level of service you will have a customer for life.

Dishonest and unprofessional. Limegreen failed to fulfil their contractual obligation to the customer when they were paid to fix a shower and they couldn’t. Furthermore, they took advantage of their bargaining position against the customer by refusing to refund them. Total lack of transparency and integrity. Would not recommend.

Very smooth quotation and installation process. The engineers were punctual and polite. No waste left on site and new boiler is a major improvement over the old one! Failed to arrive for appointment. £2000 of business lost to them and a morning wasted by us. Owner’s reply eleven months after review claims appointment was kept. Neighbours confirm Limegreen van arrived two days late.

Limegreen have recently replaced our old back boiler with a new combi boiler. This involved relocating the boiler in a new location and replacing all the radiators. The quotation process was detailed with a representative visiting our home to make sure everything was covered. The quote was printed out before he left avoiding any delays waiting for it to be produced. This was especially useful for us as having recently moved into the property we were without heating and hot water. Once we accepted the quote the installation team were quickly in contact and the work was booked in for just over a week later. The work was completed as planned within the quoted timeframe - infact a little bit quicker. The installers were very professional and explained everything to me as they worked. Before leaving they ensured everything was tidied up including a hoover round! Overall I would highly recommend Limegreen for any heating work.

Unprofessional, 2 problems with hot water tank after installation. I would not use again.

The fire that was installed into our house by Chris and "HIs Dad" :))) was done to a professional standard however the building works that was done along with it fell short of any standard at all. We also have dealt with very rude staff which was a shame because our initial impression when walking into the showroom was good. We have been left with a very bitter taste in our mouths and still have not been able to return into our lounge because of the mess the builders have made. More money will have to be spent on rectifying what should have been done in the first place.

The fireplace saga has now been continuing for three months. Today I was promised a telephone call that would resolve all issues. Instead of the phone call coming from ‘Thomas’, as promised, I was called by someone else. The main reason for the problem remaining unresolved is that no-one has taken ownership of the issue and I have spoken to a different person nearly every time I’ve called. When I asked how many people worked there, I was spoken to in an incredibly rude way. He ended the call when I said that he was being rude. Essentially we are left with a fireplace we didn’t choose and doesn’t heat the room unless we remove the decorative grate. The fire basket then kicks out hot air with no heating control and the fan is extremely noisy. Add that to the fact that the fitters left a hole in the floor board under the carpet and all told, I am not a happy customer. Danny doesn’t know all of this because I couldn’t tell him as he was busy bombarding me with his rude tone and threats to send a director round to my house.

Am really impressed by the level of passion about the business from the owner and the commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. I will be a lifelong customer. All problems redeemed quickly 👍

Jamie and Dan were out engineer's they were professional, friendly and very efficient. They cleaned as they worked and left no mess or rubbish. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. We wanted a Worcester Bosch combi boiler as our Glow worm had a catastrophic fault. Rhys came out same day that I mad enquiry and did a very thorough survey. Their quote was competitive and new boiler installed 10 days later. Guys who did the fitting worked very hard and had to stay late as new boiler was not delivered until nearly lunchtime. They had a bit of trouble connecting up our old thermostat so electrician came next day. All working fine now and all waste removed, place left clean and tidy. All the office staff very friendly, so I would have no hesitation in recommending Limegreen for an efficient, professional service.

As a landlord, I 'discovered' Limegreen online, in a panic to replace a boiler in a house I let. I managed to have a more or less instant facebook chat with them on a Sunday morning. They were quick to confirm that they could guarantee to fit a new boiler for me at short notice (having been let down by another fitter). They kept their promise and their price wasn't unreasonable. The work was carried out efficiently by their fitters and I have no hesitiation in recommending them and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Had an emergency plumbing leak in my bathroom, Limegreen were responsive instantly and had someone out that afternoon, avoided some real drama and felt the personal touch they offered was excellent

First class five star service....i have previously been putting off having a new boiler/radiator replacement because of the horror stories ive heard about all of the mess and disruption ..but i need not have been worried..these hard working boys turned up at 8am and worked non stop ...i just wish i had done it years ago...two days and it was all done to perfection with minimal disruption. and with minimal mess as they prepared all the floors with dust sheets.prior to all there work... Really impressed with their hard working attitudes ..... .I would highly recommend this firm.....because believe me im usually very hard to please...a very special thanks to Jamie Tom and Louis for a fabulous well done job ☺
