Air conditioning service complete by fox air conditioning this week at our property in Penarth. Louis is great to talk to and gave us a great price, very polite when speaking to. Would definitely recommend
Absolute nightmare experience. My family paid a £3,000 deposit for domestic air-conditioning installation on 7th August. Over the following month had over 10 excuses for no shows. Reasons offered ranged from alleged car accidents, lack of the right tools, van broken and an altercation leading to an overnight cell detention. When minimal work was finally attempted, it was completely substandard; pipes were left loose and unchased into the walls before the job was abruptly abandoned. We terminated the contract due to non-performance. In an effort to simply sever ties, we agreed to let the operator retain an unearned £800 portion just to secure a partial refund. The business then went completely silent, pocketing our full £3,000 deposit. The moment honest public feedback was initially posted, the communication turned abusive and hostile. Aggressive messages were sent, threatening to send third parties to our family home, flatly stating that our deposit funds would be withheld as long as possible unless the feedback was deleted. The operator has now completely blocked communication, still retains our £3,000, and the incomplete work must be entirely redone from scratch by a professional firm. A formal Small Claims Court case has been officially launched against this business, and a criminal record reference number has been secured with the police regarding the personal home threats. Avoid this operator at all costs.
Very good service, they installed air conditioning in my bedroom. Very happy with the pricing.
Louis and his crew just installed an aircond unit in my home. Louis was excellent from the beginning with quick responses including accurate quotes, quick availability for installation with a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to have an aircond installed in their new home.
Great work by fox air conditioning on our property in Lisvane this week. We had 4 units installed and couldn’t be happier. Second time we have used Louis and were so pleased.
Just had aircon installation carried out by Louis of Fox air conditioning . The whole experience was informative , easy. And very competitive . They worked in unbelievable temperatures which were recorded as 37 degrees. Never stopped to get it up and running as quickly as possible The system has made a huge difference to our Lounge/Kitchen which over the past few days reached unbelievably high temperatures. We can now enjoy sitting comfortably . We are so pleased we chose this company . They arrived on time . Carried out the installation and left everything clean and tidy . Would highly recommend them . Big thank you from us both
