Extreme Heating Ltd

Excellent service. Communication was brilliant. A Sunday morning phone call and within 10 minutes I had a price that was competitive and knew that I'd get a message when they were an hour away. Same afternoon after letting me know in plenty of time the job was completed as described, quickly and with great service. What could have been a few days without my boiler working, trying to organise time off work for workmen etc, was instead sorted with no hassle on the same day. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I couldn’t be happier with the boiler repair service I received. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The engineer arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, and immediately put me at ease with their friendly approach. What really stood out was how clearly everything was explained to me. They took the time to walk me through the issue in a way that was easy to understand, outlining the problem, the solution, and any options available—no jargon, no pressure, just honest and transparent advice. The repair itself was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. It’s clear they take real pride in their work. On top of that, the level of customer service was exceptional—courteous, respectful, and genuinely focused on making sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to come across a service that combines technical expertise with such a personal touch. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing boiler repairs—absolutely first-class service all around. Wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Josh came out to time expected. Did a thorough job of our the boiler and explained what needed to be done. Competitive price and very pleasant man. Would definitely recommend. Going to replace a bathroom radiator for us when we're ready. Good job thanks

Great service

Very professional, called at short notice to replace my broken boiler and everything done very fast, very good and left everything in order!Highly recommended

Excellent response same day to no hot water. Attended, diagnosed the problem quickly, kept me up to date with issue and fixed while I was away. Would highly recommend.

Came home to no hot water on the Monday, they had come to look at it by the Tuesday and a whole new boiler fitted by the Thursday. Happy with the value, service and quick turnaround and recommendations based on my needs at the time.

Josh and his brother are second to none - if you want anything done these are your boys. Had a big job moving to combi from a conventional boiler with a cylinder etc, nothing was too much trouble and they just smashed through the hiccups along the way - the pipe work and tidiness is first class. Even managed to fix a gas leak for me along the way. Price and reliability are great and exceeded expectations - finished job looks amazing thank you again!!

Josh was fantastic, called at short notice to remove a toilet for dyno rod to undertake work, came again the next day and re-fitted toilet, he actually managed to clear a blockage and track back a drain that dyno rod were not able to do. Serviced boiler, sealed flue, and fitted flue extender. All reasonably priced, not a rushed job, very professional able and now saved in my contacts. Can not recommend enough.

Gave an appointment at short notice. Did a thorough job.

Needed assistance testing our gas lines and boiler. Quick response and excellent communication.

Friendly and reliable service. Fitted a new boiler for us a few years ago, and have also been out to service it more recently. Reasonably priced, would definitely recommend

Enquired on a Sunday and got a response the same day with a call out early Monday, the guy that had come out did a thorough check on my boiler and explained what was going on. He even fitted a carbon monoxide alarm all within less than half an hour. Great service.

Friendly and efficient. Gas cooker disconnection Thank you :)

Amazing service. Very polite and left it all clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend 😊

Amazing service, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Boiler broke down ordered and fitted the following day. Can’t thank you enough. Extremely happy customer 😇😇

Brilliant lads, the boys came to Bristol and installed our new boiler. Quick and polite, would use again.

Josh and Liam installed our boiler last week and they were absolutely fantastic. Not only did they do a great job but they did it quickly, well and being super considerate and friendly. I had to ask them to leave for an hour for an important work meeting and they were super flexible, they cleaned both days after all the work they did (left the house sparkling!) and we’ve had a nice reliable boiler since. Thank you!

Massive thanks to Josh and Liam for full boiler and radiator install. Well impressed with their standard of work, customer service and effort. They were a pleasure to deal with and worked above and beyond to get the job completed. Very friendly and I would highly recommended their service to anyone looking for any plumbing and heating service. Cracking job boys well done 👍

Amazing service highly recommend

A brilliant service and will definitely use them again! We had an American fridge freezer delivered into our new house and found that it wouldn't fit down our hallway. It was in the doorway stopping the front door from closing etc. We needed to take a radiator off the wall and get it back on again once bringing the fridge past. We're new to the area so I no idea of any local plumbers. After a Google and speaking to 4 different companies (one of which quoted us £300 to come out 😫🤣) I called Extreme Heating. The man I spoke to (sorry I didn't get a name!!) was polite and helpful, quoting us £60 and happend to be passing in the next 15 mins. He made super quick work of it and removed the rad in 5 minutes. He helped my husband move the fridge down the hallway and had our radiator back up and running. He checked the water pressure, resolved the low pressure and got on his way. A really, friendly, professional and affordable plumber! Thanks again.

Great job, very professional, reliable and gave me every confidence.👍

Excellent service, Called out early morning to attend my nursery setting. Extreme Heating promptly arrived sorting the issue for us to open as normal. Thank you!

Extremely prompt, liked how Joshua texted me that he was outside given that it was dark.

Answered my call, got a tricky boiler which I'm waiting for a repair or replacement. I sent over my address, he came out within 1.5 hours and checked it over, got my hot water back on and friendly and efficient service
