Poor service, been chasing them up to fix an ice machine e sensor in our restaurant in Barry, Talk to different office staff and they all say they will get back to me but they don’t. Quoted approximately £1000 to repair a fridge, they are happy enough for call out fees than do any repairs.

took a while to schedule given the high summer demand (i.e. don't expect it overnight) but got me sorted asap and offered me a cancellation slot; Steffan and Tom did a great job on the day and I have to say I am VERY happy with the outcome. Good quality product as far as I can tell so far, professionally done. Already thinking about other parts of the house.....

Alex and Richard from Sub-zero came to the Costa I work in to fix our air-conditioning and fridges. They were brilliant , made sure everything was thoroughly checked and cleaned and working all good and was also a great laugh. When other places have their checks hopefully they'll get these two because they were great.

Sub zero are a very good company especially in the last couple of challenging weeks, James keep me up to date with time scales on when the work would be carried out,Ruth and the other girls in the office where great and Howell the engineer did a fantastic job replacing the compressor on our chiller unit thanks from JUSTLOVE FOOD COMPANY.

Really pleased with our bedroom aircon unit, the team were professional and clear with pricing. The installation was great, very tidy and clean, the unit looks fantastic and works really well. The price was very reasonable, we’re 110% happy.

Our fridge started making a loud, grinding noise and wasn't staying cold enough. I was worried it was a goner, but the technician found the issue quickly, the condenser coil fan was shot. He replaced it on the spot, and now the fridge is quiet and ice-cold again. Great service and very professional.

I sent a query via the website and James responded almost immediately, after a brief survey and consultation I decided to go with Sub Zero for my ducted air to air system installed in the loft supplying heating and cooling to 3 bedrooms. Dave the installer was fantastic; a true master of his craft, whilst also being polite, friendly and respectful of my home. Arrived on time, explained the process and carried out the work to a high standard. The installation went smoothly and I'm overall very please with the end result. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering an air to air installation.

Really happy with the service recieved. The installation was to a very high standard, and listened and actioned all my requests. The installers, explained how the system worked, answered all my questions and cleaned up as they went, took away all packaging. Also made sure that I was able to connect remotely to the unit and understood how it all worked. This on top, they were £800 cheaper than a local competitor, so would definitely recommend Sub Zero. Just in time for the sunshine :)

Called in the morning regarding a problem with our main display counter. Great interaction and very helpful from the start. Great experience with this company. James was quick to respond to our enquiry, gave us good advice about what system we needed, and gave us a good price. The system was installed quickly, the installers were friendly, tidy and professional.

Fantastically tidy work carried out by James' team (very nice lads who you don't mind in and around your home) and great communication from James throughout, even though I know he was on holiday for some of this time. A very minor problem after installation was attended to the same day I reported it, I cannot fault this company at all. By the way, I struggled with noisy heavy portable units for years but no longer, and as these units have a heat and cool function, I can heat just one room too if I'm wfh in the Winter. The airconditioning is superb, on night mode it is virtually silent, and the outside unit is surprisingly quiet too. Friends and colleagues are organising trips here to come and have a look! It's 5 stars plus from me, thank you.

The guys were brilliant start to finish. All the detailed information was given for the quote. The fitters showed up on time, were very clean (hoovering and cleaning the surrounding area of the fitting). All kind and friendly, and the aircon is great. Couldn’t recommend Sub Zero enough!

Well what can I say! From start to finish the experience with Sub-zero was amazing! The service I received from James was outstanding! I had an issue with my scaffolding (an issue my side - nothing to do with Sub-zero) meaning I had to postpone my installation date which James was more than happy to support with the move in date. Date of installation, arrived on time, explained exactly how it was going to get installed, quick installation and best of all no mess left after them! I've already had 2 friends ask who I had to do the work and what my experience was like so I'm sure James will be very busy (or even busier lol) with the recommendation I'm providing! Sub-zero were excellent in every way when they fitted a multi split system recently for us - James was very efficient in his communication throughout, and when it came to installing the system, him and Jake did a very tidy job and got along with the work with no issues whatsoever. Sub zero fitted 2 air con units in our house today. They were professional and worked really hard. Nothing was to much trouble and they made sure we were happy where everything was going to be fitted before they started. They took all the rubbish with them and cleaned up after themselves. Friendly prompt service from quotation to completion! Sent a query via the website which was answered almost immediately. Following this a site survey was completed at the property before installation. On the day of installation everyone turned up as expected confirming all aspects of the job before starting. The install took a day to which you would have never have known anyone had been in the house if it wasn’t for the new units on the wall. Everything was left clean and tidy. The boys were very professional and polite willing to answer any questions throughout the day. Would highly recommend the company/team and will definitely use them again.

From the first contact with James at SubZero, they were efficient, responsive and extremely helpful. They turned up bang on time and wore all the requisite PPE in these troubled times. They worked in one end of the house and respected our isolation. The installation of a neat and quiet Daikin split level unit took 3 hours, and they tested and cleaned up before they went. From first contact to supplying and fitting the new unit took 5 days, and this includes Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Perfect - just perfect. We called out Sub-zero to take a look at our walk in freezer losing temperature. Engineer attended site was very well presented, he quickly diagnosed what was causing our temperature issues. We received a quote there and then, he then went off got the part we required and got us back down to the correct temperature. We would not go elsewhere brilliant service
