Dragon HVAC Ltd reviewers report air-conditioning installations at a home and a salon; one reviewer says the installers were thorough, professional and courteous, and cleaned up inside and outside. Another says no mess was left and the fitting was done on a Sunday to accommodate them. One reviewer describes a perfect installation, and another describes great service and would recommend the company. A further reviewer reports professional, reliable project work, a first-class office air-conditioning adjustment, good communication and tidy workmanship; a long-standing customer reports excellent quality and support over years. One reviewer reports disappointing customer service: when asking for a home quote, they were asked for a pipe length without explanation, told their information was too sketchy and out of their price range despite not giving a price range, and refused a quote before their custom was turned down; they went to another firm.
Great company, did a perfect job installing our air-conditioning!
Great company, great service, would recommend
Had an air conditioning installation at our home today by Dragon HVAC Ltd, the lads who completed the install were amazing, very thorough and professional. They cleaned up inside and outside and very courteous. Sitting in our air conditioned room and would highly recommend using Dragon
Just had air conditioning installed in my salon 100% happy with a great service no mess left behind ,they went over and above with fitting it on a sunday to accommodate me .I would highly recommend Dragon HVAC
We’ve worked alongside Dragon HVAC on many projects and have always found them to be professional, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. They also adjusted the air conditioning in our own office, and the quality of the installation was first class. Great communication, tidy workmanship and a team that genuinely cares about doing a good job. Highly recommended.
I have worked with Dragon for a number of years and they have been excellent throughout. The quality of their work has been second to none and their support service probably one of the best in the UK.
Disappointing customer service. Requested a quote for air conditioning fitted in home and assumed they would come to property to quote. They asked me the length of pipe I would need (didn’t explain what the pipe was for or where it was going to/from. I’m not trained to fit air conditioning so had no idea what they were referring to), then they told me the information was ‘too sketchy’ and said it would be ‘out of my price range’ - despite having no idea of my price range. Refused to give quote before turning down my custom. I instead went to Cool Solutions based in Cardiff who fitted air conditioning over the weekend at a time to suit me and for a fantastic price.
