Heatlink Ltd is mostly described in positive terms. Several reviewers call the company professional and friendly, and some mention a fast or same-day response, including a boiler breakdown and an emergency for one reviewer's father. One customer says an installation seven years ago was clean and efficient, with annual servicing since, and a recent issue fixed quickly. One reviewer says Heatlink was reliable and did high-standard work as a contractor. One reviewer reports a poor experience: a booked gas equipment service was cancelled by phone on the day of the appointment, and they say they would not use the company again.
