D & G Air Conditioning (Services) Ltd

Had my aircon installed and from initial quote to install they have been very professional i would definitely recommend these guys

The work was completed professionally. The team were polite and completed the installation of the air conditioning units very efficiently. There was no mess, they tidied as they went along. We are more than happy with the job completed.

Ver pleased with our installation yesterday. We were recommended Dan and his team by a neighbour and we would highly recommend them ourselves. The installation was seamless and I was particularly impressed with how clean and tidy they were. Apologies I didn’t get the names of the guys installing but they were very professional and I was also impressed with how they ran through the instructions and operation of the unit in full detail prior to leaving. Thanks again.

Great service from the moment we contacted to request a quote right through to the fitting of our air conditioning unit. Dan was really helpful during the quotation visit answering any questions I had and also giving knowledgeable advice on the type of air conditioning unit which suited our property and needs - we originally thought we would need more units but following Dan's advice we didn't need as many as we thought which as a bonus saved us money! The quotation was very competitively priced and on the day the work was done everything was well organised and the fitters were great and helpful guiding us on how to use the AC unit with the settings etc. We've had the unit 5 days now and it's great and easy to operate! We have zero regrets 😊 I would recommend this company to everyone everything has been faultless

A massive thank you to Dan, Gary and the team for great communication all the way through to the install and after care. Max installed our air con unit on the landing and has done a fantastic professional job. He was punctual, attentive and had a great attitude towards his work. He explained how the unit worked and guided us, step by step through the controls and the app. I would highly recommend D&G air conditioning and would never use another company now. Thanks all.

two boys came to house to carry out the instalation of my air con they worked well no problems dan shoud be a proud boss

The D&G team are a pleasure to work with! Just had my second install by them in a new property and I couldn’t be happier. Particular credit to Dan, Max and Craig who worked tirelessly on my install in the heat just in time for the next phase of warm weather. I also really appreciated the time they took to explain each step of the install and, once they finished, how to operate the equipment to get the best performance. I would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to a fair few friends who are also struggling in this recent heat.

Great service and quick installation! Would highly recommend.

Dan did a fantastic job installing air conditioning into a large but very awkward shaped room with lots of sloping ceilings. The obvious choice was to have it on the wall to the front of the house but this meant trunking at the front to hide the pipes. Dan was really patient and we looked at other options and he located the unit in place of a radiator to the rear of the house. It’s been brilliant being able to cool the room quickly and keep it cool, especially during the hot weather. It’s made what was an unusable room in warm weather into a fantastic space to spend time in during all weathers. Thank you D&G!

The installation of air conditioning units was seamless. Dan and Gary were professional, attentive, and ensured everything was set up exactly as I wanted. They’ve continued to provide reliable servicing at a fair price. I’ve since recommended the company to others — something I don’t do lightly. Highly recommended.

While carrying out works on an office block in Caerphilly, we needed an emergency call-out for the air con unit. Dan and Gary were on site within the hour and had everything sorted quickly with minimal disruption. Fast, reliable, and professional!! Excellent service all round.

Dan and the team at D&G Air Con have done several installations for us this past year at our homes and businesses, their advice and the specification offered was first class, the install was quick, professional and they exceeded our expectations on every level, we have no hesitation in recommending their services. If you are thinking of having Air Con you need to give these guys a call. Simon Coghlan, Graypen Group of Companies.

D&G in our mind are the best Air Conditioning company in South Wales. They fitted 4 units at our home and have now fitted units to 4 of our neighbours. They are great people and have a great company. We will continue to recommend them in the future. John Jones

A big thank you to Dan and the team at D&G Air Conditioning! Dan came out twice for site visits and made sure the job was done perfectly. The work was completed smoothly and without interrupting our day-to-day business. Very professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic service from D&G Air Conditioning Services Limited. Dan and Gary were excellent from start to finish. They installed air conditioning in three large rooms using two compressors, and the results exceeded all expectations. The quality of their work was top-notch — the trunking was incredibly neat and the finish looked really professional. They worked quickly and efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the process, and left everything clean and tidy. They also took the time to explain how the system worked in great detail, which was really helpful. Highly recommend them — a brilliant team that delivers outstanding results!

Excellent professional service from quotation through to commissioning. Will be using again for next installation. Highly recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough about Dan & his employees, professional, polite, great communication & punctual. My domestic air conditioning unit has been a life changer & with hot days like today it’s quite literally the best thing I’ve ever bought. Thank you D&G 👍👍

Absolutely fantastic company! They came out the very next day to give me a quote for a full air conditioning setup, and their price was £5,000 cheaper than other companies I had contacted. The team started the installation within two days and completed everything that same week! It’s been over a month now and the system is running perfectly — not a single issue. The installation was incredibly neat and tidy. I’m genuinely impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone. I’ve already passed their details on to my sister so she can get hers done too!

Excellent service with all options explained clearly. Installation very efficient and all units working perfectly, would highly recommend!
