Installed new boiler, excellent work boiler working great. Very clean job and Lovely people.

Contacted Area Home Care with a boiler fault that turned out to be unrepairable as boiler and parts obsolete, received prompt phone calls on options re a replacement and within an hour we were booked in for a new boiler fitting. On the day the guys were excellent and we were up and running again. Would definitely recommend them for either repair or new.

The engineer who attended was polite , considerate to my property , worked extremely efficiently and completed the job well, I’m extremely satisfied with the result. Thank you for the service.

Ended up with a leak on the combo boiler. Came out to see what the issue was made the boiler work for the heating as it happened to fail on one of the coldest days of the year. Part order came to fit the part to the boiler from hell. Hot water now back on. Cannot fault the service nor the cost very reasonably especially when they had to come out twice. Do have the boiler serviced year too replace a part which if it would failed would off cost a bob or too. My goto plumbers👍👍

Excellent service from Area homecare, I would recommend them to anyone, we had a leaking boiler removed and a new boiler expertly installed by Javan, he was focused on doing a good job (he was also singing to himself all day, happy in his work) Richard did a couple of extra jobs for us too which were not on the original quote, he noticed our toilet cistern was constantly running and fixed it, he is a true professional, we were more than happy with the results all round. We are definitely planning on taking out a service package. Thank you so much

Area home care went out of their way to bring forward my boiler install date as I’d been without hot water for some time Javen with help from Molly did a great job , turned up on time and left my kitchen clean

We had full removal of our boiler and pipework and had a new boiler reseated with all the associated pipes replaced including a new flue fitted in the roof. All the work carried out was to a great standard and the pipe handiwork is very neat and tidy. The team were all professional, friendly and motivated and we felt well informed of how the project was coming along throughout. Will definitely be using the company again, we’re warm again after having no heating for a really long time. Review update: Richard is a life/home saver! In May ‘24 we had a pipe leak due to another tradesman from a previous job literally screwing a screw through a cold mains pipe 4 years ago. This had all gone undetected until the screw eroded to the point it no longer self sealed the hole and caused a mains water leak. Richard came to the rescue (on a bank holiday too!). I wish I could give a rating higher than 5 stars. The man deserves a medal!

I’m really pleased with the job done and the service as a whole. It’s refreshing to get a job booked in and for them to turn up when they said they would. There are to many traders that are unreliable out there, I would definitely recommend Area home care to others.

I've used Area Home Care for many years for the heating in my own home, but have recently taken out their landlord cover for a rental property I manage. In January (on the coldest day of the year so far) my tenants called me to say the boiler was leaking water and they'd had to turn it off. I advised them to call Area Home Care and within a few hours, the boiler had been attended to and was up and running again. Happy tenants! Amazing service! Well worth the monthly subscription for a service as good as this. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't get a speedy response like that from British Gas or a similar provider.

Richard fitted our boiler a few years ago and has looked after it ever since. Every time they have been easy to contact, reliable and on time. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I have used Area Home Care Ltd a few times over the years now for a number of different things, most recently to look at my boiler. I would not go to anyone else. These guys are absolutely amazing. Customer service is second to none. No query is too small for them, always happy to make sure you get all the answers you need. Their engineers are excellent timekeepers, polite and always clean up after themselves. Something you don’t get this with other tradesmen/work men! Absolute first class service. I spoke to them at 1pm with an electrical issue and they were here within a couple of hours to look at it! The problem was fixed straight away and the gentleman that came was very professional and polite, even took his shoes off before walking on our carpets which doesn't always happen these days! Very responsive company, extremely reasonable on price, reliable and honest. What more could you ask for from a company? Definitely using them again and telling our family and friends! I’m in my 80’s and recently widowed and they were very professional and helpful . Made me feel at ease . Gave me a time slot that suited me . The gentlemen that came to fit it was super efficient and very friendly too . Even took his shoes of in the house . The AHC electrician fitted a new Consumer Unit after visiting us and offering sound advice. He worked tirelessly, and professionally, keeping us informed throughout the long day. The AHC office staff sent all paperwork through promptly with options for payment.

100% would recommend to anyone. I have just had a new combi boiler fitted and from start to finish the process was faultless. Mandy who organised everything for me was great, such a friendly service and then Richard and the team came and got the job done in a day with no mess to come home to and a new heating system in working order. Unbelievable service. Had a boiler fault which caused a leak from the boiler - Area Home Care took less than an hour to call out, diagnose the fault and replace the faulty parts - which were already in stock on his van. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service 👍🏼

Such a relief to have service from a known tradesman (or partner) rather than whoever got allocated to deal with a problem. Also Richard is clearly more interested in providing a careful service than getting through an annual boiler visit in the minimum of time, whilst a visit today to deal with a minor plumbing issue proved the advantage of not just going for the minimum cover. Just experienced first repeat annual service despite being in lock-down (due to age rather than health) and delighted with how Richard dealt with the situation leaving us once more confident of our boiler for a while as well as dealing speedily with a minor plumbing issue. We were told when lock down commenced that they would continue to be available. This in itself was a significant addition to our peace of mind knowing that a known and very competent tradesman was available to deal with any issues with our boiler but also electrics or plumbing.

Richard looked after my old boiler for years until it was no longer viable. Replaced with a new one, and did not hesitate in taking out the area gas care service package earlier this year. Total piece of mind knowing that someone local is looking after the boiler. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend Area Gas Care based in Farsley. Great friendly service from Richard and Mick, who had some trouble getting the boiler working in my new house. They discovered why it wouldn’t stay on after swapping out quite a lot of expensive parts and rerouting piping. All for a fixed monthly cost and no hidden call out charges. Really good value for money.
