Fox Refrigeration Ltd is described by reviewers as a business that gets called out quickly and fixes the problem. Several say the response was swift, and one reports an engineer visiting within the hour after a same-day call. Reviewers mention repairs to fridges, freezers, ice makers, cellar cooling and air conditioning, and one says a heat pump fault was found after an extensive investigation. One reviewer says an engineer fixed a leak that other companies had not solved. The main criticism is price: one reviewer says a local company quoted for replacing a whole unit and was expensive, though this was about other firms, not Fox Refrigeration Ltd.
Fantastic service this guy knows his job fast efficient service at a very fair price he has repaired 3 ice makers 2 fridges and the cellar cooling all work perfectly I would highly recommend him
Was very quick to respond.
I own a Supermarket in Bournemouth base. They were quick to respond and within couple days they sorted out the problem on my freezers. Great customer service and really happy with the job they did. Jerry was the engineer that attended he was very professional and experienced. Clean good service thank you guys
The BEST Refrigeration services in Northern region of UK. They are best, reliable and operate with integrity. I called them for my shop fridge compressor needs to be relocated. They are punctual and cheaper then other local service . HIGHLY RECOMENDED.
This is a super nice company. Even in different cities we can get the maintenance in 24 hours. And the engineer whose name is Gerry is very professional. He worked 3 times for us alone outside lasting 6 hours in the freezing and dark conditions. What is the most important is that he fixed the problems that others can’t solve previously. After the maintenance, they even asked for the customer’s experience of their service. Well, I can only say that next time or any time, the first help I am going to look for is FOX REFRIGERATION LTD!!!!!!!!!💖❣️💕💞💓💗❤️🔥
I contacted Fox Refrigeration Ltd as the Air Source Heat Pump manufacturers were unable to send an engineer for at least 2 weeks. I had no heating or hot water. I left a message during the weekend as Fox advertised an out of hours service. Gerry got in touch very swiftly and managed to visit the property to assess the issue. After extensive investigation he managed to identify the problem. The part was ordered and fitted as soon as it was possible to. The level of service has been first class.
