I had a flood in my kitchen, leaking pipe, I looked up for a plumber.. I chose your plumber from reading such good reviews. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and organised a plumber to come in the afternoon on the same day. The plumber Joe phoned me to tell me he was on the way.. He was very polite.. Excellent job, found the leak and repaired the pipe.. He tidied up some of the ceiling which had come down.. I would highly recommend your plumber. Thankyou very much Rosemary.
I am so impressed with this company, from start to finish they have been so professional. The finished job is amazing. Dan, who organized it all, was so helpful and kept me up to date with everything. The fitter, Brodrick, was so good at his job, and such a nice chap. The electrician, Matt, was so professional and did a great job. If you decide to have air conditioning, I can’t recommend them enough.
We are very pleased with the air conditioner and the service provided. Broderic arrived on time and worked solidly through the day. He was friendly and polite. The engineers were also very helpful and competent. We appreciate that they had to go under the house to attach the wiring, which wasn't an easy task.

They provided the cheapest quote out of three companies, and one of the other quotes was for exactly the same air conditioning unit but at a higher price, which really showed the value and honesty of Your Plumber. Communication was great throughout, both via WhatsApp and in person. The team were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kept us informed every step of the way, from the initial consultation through to installation and follow-up. A totally excellent experience. Kathryn was extremely pleasant and efficient, sending me photographs of suitable tap fittings and sending me a reasonable quotation. Brodrick the plumber arrived earlier than expected after Kathryn had kindly called me to check that was okay. The job was completed in good time and everything was left neat and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
We first met Brodric Pahl when he came to our home to survey and quote for a complete renovation of our very tired and worn-out wet room bathroom. He had the gift of empathy for what we needed and the technical knowledge and expertise to assist us in visualising what was possible for our new bathroom. Broderic completed the survey and explained everything that he felt needed doing and pointed out what might be further failings or complications. The quotation came through and your plumber were not the cheapest nor the most expensive but they stood out head and shoulders above everybody else in professionalism, transparency, and honest advise. From the quotation transparent competitive fair pricing was agreed and it was arranged to begin the work the following week with it estimated to take a couple of weeks. Broderic duly turned up on the Tuesday and the work began. Throughout all the dust and hammering all the tiles off the wall, Broderic proved to be an enthusiastic polite very hard-working professional with extensive knowledge and an uncanny ability to know what your vision of the finished project is, in our case a completely renovated new bathroom. The attention to detail was incredible with floor protection going down to cleaning up every aspect of the finished work to the point where I believe the parky flooring was cleaner when he had finished than before he started. All aspects of your plumber from Dan the boss to Kathryn who dealt with the invoicing ect was professional and efficient and I cannot recommend this company enough to anyone who has plumbing issues. Absolutely outstanding.

I went on line to find a Plumber that was reputable and came across 'Your Plumber'. I read the reviews and they were quite near to where I lived and they sounded kosher. Your Plumber let me know the name of the plumber that was coming. Harry. Harry let me know by text he was on his way. Arrived promptly and on time. Thankfully, my situation wasn't as bad as first thought. Harry knew what the problem was and fixed it immediately. Lovely guy, very professional and clean. Following the removal of a radiator to facilitate corrective building work, Your Plumber (Brodric) returned to re-affix the (heavy) rad to a non-standard wall (mix of brick and plasterboard). This was completed to a high and sturdy quality.

Harry installed pipework in the garage to plumb in our washing machine and tumble dryer. The work was done to a very high standard and everything was clearly explained to me. After the work was completed the property was left extremely clean and tidy. Harry was very polite and friendly. Very professional service for all range of jobs. Returning customer this time mini refurb to water system, out with two old water tanks replacing for a new space saving energy efficient wall mounted hot water tank. Would definitely recommend for small to large specialist jobs.
I had work done to reseal bath as water getting through to the hallway downstairs. Sean and Taylor discovered loose damp plaster behind the tiles and replaced it with plaster board before fitting tiles back. I also had a new bath panel fitted and now looks much better. I am very pleased with their work and would certainly recommend this company.

Cannot praise your plumber enough, I have used them on a few occasions in the past and been impressed. On this occasion though a boiler installation and old central heating pipes being replaced with new was a big job. Not only was their quote the best I couldn't of hoped for a more polite and courteous plummer than Drew. I see he has been mentioned positively in a few other posts and I'm not surprised, not only did he work incredibly hard he cleared up after himself and checked that everything was to my satisfaction daily. Arrived 9 15am, kept me informed. Installation of washer/dryer took about half hour @£77ph,so not too bad. Pleased to see a female plumber! All.went to plan, except for an issue with the electrics. They were more than happy to return and resolve the issue, so Im very happy with that. Pipework under the sink is so srraight and perfect angles, it is a wofk of Art!

Excellent company to deal with. I have a business in which they came to install a new gas cooker and to give me a Gas Safe Certificate, but on this occasion I had a problem with my boiler at home. The pipes in our bathroom were leaking from somewhere but I couldn't find from where. These guys came and after the inspection of the pipes they found from where it's leaking and changed it. This is the best plumbing company for me! 5 stars for you guys!
