Like in the previous years, I got a fantastic boiler service from tam Boiler Geeks! Brilliant, unobtrusive communication from the firm is to be commented. And it was nice to see the same engineer from last year, Tom, coming to attend to my boiler. Shows continuity in engagements as well as good retention with the firm. Tom was very detailed and exhaustive in his work and very friendly and knowledgeable. And of course, the pricing was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend the team

Tom at Boiler Greeks is a rare find these days, honest ,genuine and a very competent gas engineer. Tom and his 2IC Jeff fitted a new boiler , radiators and new pipes in our bungalow. After my boiler failed on NYE, I was incredibly impressed with Boiler geeks, responding to my emails on New Year’s Day, attending the following morning first thing repairing my boiler within the hour. Absolutely outstanding! Tom has completed our boiler service for the past 3 years and more recently fitted some new taps to our bathroom sink. He did a fantastic job at a good price but a few days later we noticed the pipes were slowly dripping around the back. Tom came back out at short notice on a Saturday and found our valves had failed (coincidentally on the same sink, nothing to do with the work he'd recently done). He kindly fitted new values for us which took a good hour of hard work and he didn't charge us for this extra work. Always polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, we will gladly recommend Boiler Geeks to anyone.

Don't go anywhere else! This duo are a pleasure to have in your house. Our back boiler finally kicked in, aged approximately 40. Heart breaking as it was, all is now resolved painlessly with the help of boiler geeks. They bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable during their time working in our house, and also helped to uncover and fix a problem we had with our toilet. They are extremely sharp and knowledgeable about their specialty whilst being professional, courteous, clean and tidy all at the same time! An enormous recommendation from me!

Tom and Geoff did a fantastic job on our boiler and heating system replacement. We converted from a regular boiler to a combi boiler, and replaced 9 radiators. They took all the old stuff away with them, and left the place clean with all holes nicely patched. They're very knowledgeable, really nice guys, and have an excellent work ethic. Very pleased with how everything went and highly recommend them to everyone!

Boiler Geeks are OUTSTANDING. Both Tom & Jeff are knowledgable, professional and a pleasure to have around. They fixed our boiler which was making a terrible noise every time it fired up - after 3 different plumbers couldn't! They also did another job for us which was not an easy task - and completed it to a fantastic standard (whilst putting my mind at rest!) Tom recently provided a boiler gas service and safety inspection. During the safety inspection he identified an incorrect piping issue, which had been installed and overlooked by others. He corrected the issue in a neat and tidy manner very professionally. Boiler Geeks remind you of their appointment giving you sufficient time to re-arrange and let you know they are coming. They are polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, professional at reasonable cost. Goodness what more could you want!! I would like to express my thanks to Boiler Geeks for their professionalism. They performed Annual Bolier Servicing for my Boiler. They rectified an issue with a filter seal that initial installer of the combi boiler didn't set properly. I would not hesitate to recommend Boiler Geeks to anyone if they were looking to have any form of plumbing and heating work carried out. I don't usually like reviewing companies, but this one is a complete waste of time. Advertising as fast and local, but they are anything but that. We wanted a boiler service as I was selling my house, but the wait was unacceptable so we used someone else. I'm now in my new house and thought let's try them again as it was previously cold so appreciate they was busy, but was told its a 2 month wait then oh no sorry its only a 1 month wait. This to me is a company trying to pose as local when they are obviously not.

Not only great at diagnostics and fixing, but also friendly service. We had two issue, one involving a toilet flush, and one with hot water. We had recently had a plumber round who claimed to have sorted the flush, but that fix only lasted a few hours, which dented our trust somewhat. Tom from Boiler Geeks, not only identified the actual issues immediately, but when he fixed them, he notice a further issue which he fixed free of charge. They were friendly, quick, reasonably priced, and we won't be heading anywhere else for any future issues
