What a lovely small business to work with. No high pressure sales here, just professionals who know their trade and understand their customers requirements. We were reluctant to change our front door because it was part of the character of our cottage but we were aware it was well past its sell by date. Paul came to do a survey and came up with a brilliant design. We are so pleased with our new door, it is so close to the original but without the cracks and flaking paint. Phil the fitter was brilliant and worked so hard on a hot day to get it all done. We Love Our New Door.
A very difficult decision as to what door to choose, as the house is 100 years old we did not want a plastic looking door etc. We found just what we wanted and were not under any pressure to buy. Phil the fitter was really pleasant and did a good job taking out the old very hard timber and saved the leaded light glass.

It is so refreshing when you have a problem to have a purchased from a supplier that is there for you as much as when you were bought the product. That is exactly the experience I had with Love Your Door. We had a problem with the locking mechanism of our door on Wednesday evening. By 9.45 the next morning the barrel had been exchanged for a new one and we got on with our lives. None of the usual being passed from pillar to post, waiting in all day just great after sales service. Thanks Paul. From beginning to end, the purchase of our new composite door has been great. We have just had a front door fitted by Love Your Door. We chose from their Palladio range that gave exactly what we wanted. Both Paul and Lesley were very helpful in explaining the process which took about 6 weeks from ordering to installation day. The fitter arrived on time, leaving no mess, and made a beautiful job. Love my Door? Certainly do. The style was unfortunately dictated by the building's owners but so well executed by the LYD team. So much nicer than a similar replacement to next doo, all the fittings match! From start to finish I was very pleased. Our previous door was the wrong colour for the house and also solid so didn’t let any light into the hallway. Our new door, supplied and installed by Love your Door is beautiful and well constructed. There was a good selection of doors and both Lesley and Paul were very helpful. The installation technician was very professional and took pride in his work. Although I have had a Palladio door before and highly rate them, my experience with Love your Door was less than positive. Initially, the quote was good and the fitter was excellent. The door was fitted on the 1st May, however, I then had a significant draft under the bottom of the door! Now, I always say the true measure of any company is how aftersales issues are dealt with and this is where they fell down. It took a further four fruitless visits, which wasted my time and caused more frustration and it was not until A senior Palladio engineer attended on the 14th July (making this the 5th visit) that the situation was rectified. Even, Palladio appeared frustrated and it appears that if Love your Door had watched the training videos that Palladio provide, this would have been resolved a lot sooner. So for all the above reasons I cannot recommend this company and the three star rating only really relates to the quality of the actual Palladio door.
we have just had an old 1980’s door replaced with a new composite door with a frosted glass side panel and would like to highly recommend Love your Door as they were brilliant from start to finish. We recently had our very old front door changed by Love Your Door and the service was exceptional from start to finish. After having quotes from national firms we were left unhappy with the service received. It became apparent with Paul very quickly that we were in safe hands. He showed us our options and gave us a price within 40 minutes which we were happy with. We were kept up to date throughout and Matt who fitted our door was exceptional. Really great service start to finnish. I went to their show room where they were friendly and helpful. Then they came out to quote and were friendly and chatty. Then it was only a 4 week wait to get the door fitted (which was a good timescale) then the guy who fitted the door was really nice and worked hard and weve now got an amazing front door. Weve had alot of compliments. I used them through a recommendation and i will now be recommending to others.

An old draughty wooden front door was replaced with a Solidor door, service was excellent and fitter extremely polite and professional.

Awesome, wonderful job done by Phil today because my kitchen back doorway was not easy, being a bit narrower than the standard minimum size for glazed composite doors. He took infinite care with the whole job which took about 5 hours in Poole’s freezing February conditions and I think he’s a hero. Love Your Door Ltd has been an excellent company to work with and has enabled me to get the style of back door I’d set my heart on. Unreservedly recommended to anyone in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area.

I have used Love Your Door on a few occasions for numerous doors and windows. I have been really pleased every time. Doors and windows have always been ready within the timescale given. Everything is always fitted to perfection. Love Your Door have a wide selection of doors and window to choose from. The products are well priced compared to some other companies whose quote came at a higher price. Love Your Door are professional and friendly and I won't hesitate to continue using them during my house renovation.

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. After popping in to the showroom Lesley arranged a visit from Paul a few days later to take our order and measure up. Delivery was quicker than expected and Phil did an amazing job of fitting them, with all old doors taken away.

Fabulous company to deal with. We bought two doors, both triple glazed to improve heat insulation and sense of security. I bought my beautiful front door over 6 years ago and all has been well... I found recently the door to be not closing quite like it did and so I enquired about a fitter to come and take a look, as I was so pleased with the service I had received when I purchased the door all those years ago.... love your door came round the next day and adjusted the locks & fittings and made sure all was well. Cannot recommend Love Your Door enough! We went to several local door showrooms and not one came back to us- but after visiting Love Your Door, they were so knowledgeable and able to give an estimate on the spot of what we were looking for and a quote emailed within an hour of visiting their showroom! The following week they came out to measure and show us samples of colours, glass and styles that would suit our home (a service we haven’t experienced with any other door companies!). And within 3 weeks of stepping into Love Your Door’s showroom, we have a new door before Christmas! The staff are all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, which really helped with what seemed like a daunting task to select a new door! I was recommended these guys by the neighbours at the new house Ive moved into and I can see why. The nicest people to deal with and the doors looks incredible. I had a new front door and back door installed, the price was extremely competitive and the fitter was so friendly. The doors looks so nice and work so well, everyone who's been over has commented on how nice they look and how smooth they are to open and close. Really happy and would go back in an instant if I ever needed any other exterior doors replaced. 10/10 from me.

It was a refreshing experience dealing with Paul and Lesley for our new Front Door. What a wonderful small family business. We had invaluable advice on the make and style of door that would best suite us, a much quicker turnaround than we expected, and Phil did a great job of the fitting. Amazing service. We had a door fitted over 8 years ago, which we've been very happy with, until a few days ago when the multi-point lock system failed. A quick email to Love Your Door resulted in a visit the same afternoon, and the door was fixed immediately under guarantee. Couldn't ask for a better response!

We wanted a composite front door to replace our old UPVC door that was old and letting the cold air in to our north facing hallway. We got 3 other quotes before contacting Love Your Door. We went along to their showroom, it was good to see the different doors and colours, much better than just looking at a brochure. Paul and Lesley were very friendly and helpful in helping us to make our choice of door and glass to go in it. Paul came to our home to get exact measurements for our lovely new door. The Love Your Door price was not much more than the other quotes we'd received but we got a superior quality door and attractive glass that we had chosen. The installation of the door was expertly done by a lovely friendly guy, he took the time to make sure it was perfectly fitted. Everything was left clean and tidy after the fitter had finished. Very pleased with our Composite Door which attracts so many positive comments as to how nice it looks. Had a small problem with the locking mechanism, (which turned out to be nothing to do with the product) which meant that the door was locked and couldn't be opened from inside. Paul answered my email late at night and was with us first thing the next morning and resolved the issue very quickly. I always believe that it's how a Company reacts when there is an issue that counts and I couldn't have hoped for a better response!

Big thanks to Paul and a well deserved 5 stars, we have had two exterior doors fitted and are very pleased with them, one of the doors needed a slight adjustment 3 years after fitting and nothing was too much trouble in coming over to Dorchester to re adjust within 2 hours, that is fantastic service which is second to none.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this company with no reservations. Paul is a man of his word and delivers a great product. He is professional and the fitting was excellent. Through a manufacturing decision on handle placement we had a problem with our door, and it wasn't quite as we wanted. We raised this with Paul and he went above and beyond to get us what we had originally wanted. At no time was he obstructive and he took the cost of this himself as the small print from the manufacturer caught him out. There really aren't many companies that deliver in that way these days.
