The team at Topline have done an amazing job for us here in Drayton. Initially we asked for the architects design to be priced, then found we needed to make an addendum to ensure the final output was as we wanted. The Topline sales and manufacturing team supported and assured us of the change would be compliant and functional and repriced the project without excessive charge. The Apex window and oversized door and sidelights were fabricated and then installed by the Topline team. Overall the experience with Topline has been superb. Well be getting phase 2 of our extension works done by this company.
Thanks guys, had a job in waterlooville today, I’m not from the area. I needed a tilt & turn handle and a pair of big hinges, these guys had them straight away, great help from the people in the warehouse to the office staff. Have had people come out to look at replacing window seals twice now, of which the first time they have no recollection, and can't even tell us who came in to our house. Still waiting on them to contact us weeks after the second visit, wouldn't bother, will be going elsewhere.
Since we bought our property, we have found the installation of certain windows, & especially the French doors have been decidedly botched. (Actually seeing daylight through wall cavity from inside to out)! I believe the previous owner was sadly mislead.

New French doors and side panels to replace old sliding doors. Fitters arrived on time , explained the job . As they progressed they removed old doors and rubbish then fitted new French doors and panels the finished job was excellent and whole area left clean. The fitters were polite did not stop untill job completed. I would well recommend Topline Windows because of the quality of work , I have now ordered a new window for kitchen . And looking at renovating my conservatory
We had windows fitted by Top Line 4 years ago. Recently one of the windows had blown and their team came to repair it. Today one of their team came to re-mastic the seal on the window but also checked all the other windows at the same-time. Recently had Topline replace two large windows in my son’s flat and a replacement conservatory in our house along with new back door and double patio doors. Very pleased with the work completed - Ray and Lewis worked hard, were extremely polite, helpful and did a great job. Also electricians and plasterers were polite, punctual and completed a good job. What a waste of time. Phoned on the Monday to arrange someone to come out to take measurements for a replacement set of doors. Earliest they could come out was Friday. Guy turned up, looked at the damaged door, and then left to see what hinges he had in stock for the door, even though we told him that the door needed replacing and it had a crack in it. He left and have not heard a thing. I spoke to the office, who said they would get him to call me. Heard nothing. I have now wasted a week waiting for this company to give me a quote, when I could have had someone else come out instead. Clearly not reliable or worth dealing with so going to take my money elsewhere.
Just had windows and doors replaced, and what a difference! The windows and doors are great quality. The fitters were very professional and polite, couldn't ask for a better team. Come upon a couple of hiccups due to covid, causing delay in door availability, but we were kept in the loop at all times. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
had a conservatory built by this lot 5 years ago it's falling to bits doors no longer lock gutter needs replacing mortar falling out of the brickwork. we had problems from the onset when they sent their so called customer services manager out he was rude and obnoxiouse avoid at all cost. further update brickwork now sinking doors do not open at all, we now have called a builder in to sort this out he said the whole thing is shoddy workmanship. please avoid this company you are wasting your money dealing with them
Recently brought a house that has had windows fitted by this company... Previous owners gave us all receipts and guarantees as they have 10 years on them Noticed a problem with one of the windows and didn't even get as far as complaining about door lock.... so emailed and they have said it's not on the windows it's on the person who paid for the windows.... In one bit of the guarantee is states that it's not transferable but notice of transfer can be requested for a sum to be paid at the discretion of the company.... They have now said they will do that at a charge of £300!!!! Absolutely ridiculous and will make sure I never use This company nor will I recommend them
My back door was not locking. The man from Topline took about 10 minutes to fix it. Very pleased thanks .

We went with them for our windows, from quote to fitting hastle free. 100% recommend them. I'd never waste my time with the Zeneth or Safestyle guys again. Quote took 30 mins, Zeneth took over 4 hours with their sales pitch and phone a friend rubbish. Top line gave me a written quote the others just gave me random numbers. Choosing windows and fittings was also quick and easy the way it should be. Excellent service, I think they left our main bedroom cleaner then it was when they started. Top guys, pleasure to do business with.
We had an extension built and old dining room knocked through to make a large kitchen diner finished with bi-fold doors opening out onto our garden. Build went perfectly and cannot speak highly enough of how well we were treated throughout. Topline also fitted a new glass roof to our utility room and repaired some minor faults to existing windows around our home and even took the time to repair our front door. Prices for all work were fantastic. After care and follow up visits were done in a timely fashion and all work completed to a very high standard. Will definitely topline use again. Having worked in the Housing Industry for over 10 years... I come across a blown window pane in my own home. Windows were brought and fitted back in 2016 with Fensa Certified Certificate Warranted for 5 years but this means nothing if the Window panes were brought from Topline Windows & Conservatory. They deny all warranty, any reason to get out of not taking liability for a blown window pane supplied by them. I contacted them, was told they did not fit the window so needed to contact the trademan who fitted the window and take it with them... And was told nothing to with them. Luckily all my calls are recorded on my phone... The Fensa Certificate is clearly for the window pane supplied by the suppliers, nothing to do the contractor who fitted the window. Taking me as a fool. Have contacted Fensa & Trading standards with all evidents who are now investigating this company further... God forbid who ever uses Topline company or even consider them under any large Procurement Contract works... We never recommend to anyone! You might even see them soon on Watchdog!
we replaced our existing conservatory with a new larger one, it has transform, the bungalow, extra room for the grandchildren to play in. i would like to say thank you to the fitters and staff at Topline windows.

Topline were recommended to us because they are a local company ,with a long trading history ! Our refurbished conservatory looks modern , and is cooler when the sun is out ,and warmer in the winter. We were so pleased with the excellent fitting team, and the after service dealt with promptly for minor adjustments needed . Other neighbours in our road have since used Topline ,and too are happy with the results Topline carried out . Well done good local company to chose ,and trust .
We had several windows and doors installed as part of an extension. They were supplied by Topline but installed by a subcontractor. Within five years, two panes have fogged up, two door locks and a window handle have failed. Our main contractor is no longer trading so we've got no come back with him and Topline aren't interested because they didn't install them. Regardless of who did the installation, the quality of the product is clearly lacking.
