★☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company based on my experience. I contacted them about replacing a smashed caravan window. It took around a week just to get them to attend, despite being told several times they were coming. After the visit, I was then ignored for over a week despite repeated phone calls and messages asking for an update. Eventually, I received a reply saying the site required insurance documents and other paperwork. That would have been absolutely fine if it had been communicated promptly, but instead I was left chasing with no communication at all. I understand that businesses get busy, but keeping customers informed is basic customer service. By the time I finally got a response, I could have arranged someone else to do the job. I live three and a half hours away, so the delays made the situation even more frustrating. In my experience, the communication was poor, the service was unreliable, and it wasn’t handled professionally. Sadly, I wouldn’t use them again.
