We had three windows fitted by Ross, Lewis and Hayden, all three guys carried out the job in a very professional and workman like manner from start to finish. They were all very clean and tidy and made a lovely job of the installation, inside and out. The windows look great and are good quality, recommended.

Lewis, Ross and Ben fitted 9 windows and a door, from start to finish dealing with the company has been streight forward. Everyone was polite, respectfull of my home, and cleaned up after themselves. We're a pleasure to have.

We recently had our windows and doors replaced, and due to the fact I spent over 12 years in manufacturing of pvc windows, I am very particular. After gaining quotes from several different companies, I settled with piper windows due to the professional attitude of the surveyor followed by the office keeping us informed of delivery. On the day of fitting 2 gents Lewis and Ross introduced themselves in a professional manner and fitted the product to perfection, very friendly, cleaned up, and couldn’t do enough for us. I would recommend Piper Windows anytime.

Well I was overwhelmed with the workmanship and the quality of my new front door. They did a fantastic job and it now looks amazing and works really well and high Quality and far better insulated then my previous door. Really good on price too as they beat all my local competitors! They have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about everything and I could not be happier with their service and product.

Recently had new windows and door fitted to my static caravan. Great service from my first phone call to completion. Antony kept me updated throughout the whole process. Kieran & Georgio were amazing the two days they were here installing. Polite, friendly but professional. Nothing was a bother to them and they were respectful and left everything clean and tidy. There was a slight issue with incorrect measurements for one window, however this was dealt with immediately and sorted as soon as the correct size was made. Pipers came recommended and I can see why. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others. Thank you for making the process so straightforward.

I could not close my bathroom window on Friday morning 9.30am. I phoned Piper Windows and by 3.30pm their fitters had arrived and repaired it, including fixing a problem with the handle which went wrong whilst they were there. Excellent service from start to finish for the recent replacement of 11 house windows including 2 bays. Starting with the initial contact, survey, help and advice in the showroom pre-fitting to the fitting its self and the professionalism of the team, including the respect they showed when working inside the property, we could not fault this experience. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Would never use again had a carport put up they firstly siliconed my bathroom vent shut and never told us and then we was told couldnt have the posts where we wanted as the carport would bow so we agreed to have the posts in a little now the roof is bowing anyway in the middle to be told they will all bow so beware your carport will bow in the middle as they told us they all do

I had Piper Windows engineers out on site at my home on Tuesday 17th December 2024 & myself & my Wife was absolutely delighted with the two lads who carried out our front door upgrade. They were on time, polite, and cracked on with the door replacement, put floor covers down & cleaned up after themselves and the end result was brilliant! On my experience with Piper Windows, I’d definitely recommend them and they will be back in the new year to replace my rear house doors ! Fantastic company ! Really good job guys

Piper built me a lovely big conservatory on the back of my house. Best thing was to have proper roof with two sky windows very pleased with it. So many compliments and I recommended them to my next door neighbour who is also pleased with them. Good bunch of guys 👍

The team are incredible. I never buy cheap buy twice, the quote for the entire house and doors was more than reasonable. Professional and timely crew on site too. Had a few snags, one was the bay window upvc board that was flimsy, it’s a 1934 property so this was to be expected; that said, the team came back, unhappy with the finish, and totally rebuilt the bay board infrastructure (great carpentry) and placed the new upvc on top! The finished job is second to none. The window product itself is of high quality, the service team are always there for me … just the best experience! So much so, I’ve just bought a new conservatory which will be fitted in a month or so… amazing Keileigh and Antony!

A massive Thank You to all at Pipers for our prize of a composite door plus installation from your 40th anniversary party last year. The door was excellently installed by Connor and Olly who done an absolutely fab job. The door was installed 3 days ago and it not only looks fab but the kitchen is so much warmer now, it’s made a huge difference!! A big shout out to Hallmark Doors and Panels for supplying the door, it’s a top quality piece of kit and we’d highly recommend them. WOW, What praise can I give that hasn't already been said? My first impressions are very favourable. Gary and Wayne did a sterling job fitting our windows. They were funny, polite and we had a good laugh. They cleaned up what little mess they made. The prices made me smile as well. Just as impressive was the atmosphere at their office/showroom...happy and comforting and made you feel welcome. They even had an open day celebrating 40 years in business.....free food and drink. Asked for a quote for double glazing on our static caravan, a quote for all in one go and bit by bit. Didn't get that far. The lady stated "we"re the most expensive " and couldn't put us off enough. Obviously they don't need our custom so we'll go elsewhere. 👍

Not impressed. Phoned up they agreed a day and time to come. 10mins to the appointment time for a text to say they couldn't come. And will come the next day. We changed our personal plans to accommodate. They didn't even turn up. Phoned Shane the guy who was due to come. Never answered the phone nor contacted us after. Disappointing.

Unfortunately this company won't respond to the màny messages I've sent regarding all the leaks still ongoing in my conservatory roof after more than a year...Another 2 buckets under them in todays downpour...I had a large conservatory and 2 glass roof domes installed, expected a little customer service or at least not to be left in this situation.

Just had all my windows doors and bird cages done well impressed the guys did a great job clean tidy and very helpful well pleased from start to finish and it looks and feels great thanks to you all

Best window company in Skegness

Popped in to Pipers to buy some gaskets for some old double glazed windows. The guy at the desk advised that there were many options and it would be best to provide a sample. When I explained the issue, he recommended that they call round to inspect and make sure what was causing the issue of being able to see daylight in the window opening even when they were closed. Informing him that my elderly aunt felt vulnerable with workmen coming to here home when she is there alone, he offered to get someone to come and inspect the same afternoon and to put right the issue. As true as his word, Wayne arrived a couple of hours later, checked out the issue and advised that the hinges had failed and would need replacing. He did the job within an hour and the gap along with the howling wind is gone! My aunt hasn’t stopped going on about how happy she is not just for the fixed windows but more so about how amazing Pipers service is. Keep it up Pipers, you’re the best! Thank you.

We had two doors fitted (30/09/2019) by Craig and Carl both of whom we found to be very professional and courteous. The front door and side panel as shown in the attached picture and a second door fitted to our potting shed in the back garden. We are very happy with the work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend the company.

We had the piper team to install 6windows and a composite front door. All I can say is the team of John. Carl and arron were quick clean professional and courteous in the two days we had them. The windows and door are really nice and solid, good looking (like the team) and draught free. Pipers cleared away all the debris and old frames in fact you would not know they had been if you didn't look at the new sparkling windows and door .I would recommend them from planning, pricing and installation thank you pipers.

You people complaining about not getting a call back same day, do you think Piper Windows staff are sitting around waiting for you to call them... They're one of the top window companies on the East Coast and are most likely out fitting and fulfilling confirmed orders. Your comments are as ridiculous as they are potentially damaging.

Waited over 4 weeks for a quote and still no call back, don't waste your time go to someone else.

Jokers.....customer service is 0%.....waited 2 hrs for a call back....which I had to do myself, was then told " sorry can't get 2 u 2day"...
