I've had a couple of doors replaced by Ambassador recently. The service and comminication from enquiry level through to completion has been excellent. Good workmanship and a friendly company!

Perfect installation of a new front door, back stable door and new porch. Tom and Matt were brilliant tidy and efficient in the work carried out. Amazing with the dogs and I could not be more pleased with the results. Thank you. This is a firm that deliver on their promises and very well priced with no pressure selling. A delight to work with and will always recommend them for future works.

From the first initial enquiry the service has been very good. Everyone is really friendly and communicates well. The quote was the best out of all the companies I approached. I only waited 3 weeks to have the windows installed and they completed the work with care and precision. They cleaned up when they had finished working and can honestly say there was a tiny bit of plaster that had come away when pulling out the window boards. I was expecting to have to redecorate ever my room. The guys came back the next morning to double check everything and filled in where the plaster has come away. Outstanding service, price and quality of work. Thank you 🙏

We received excellent service from the first time we called to arrange a quote to the day they installed the windows. They listened to what we wanted and didn't try to pressurise us into anything else. In fact, we thought we needed to replace one complete window frame and glass but was advised the frame was OK it was just the hinge that needed replaced which ended up saving us quite a bit off money. The fitters Wayne and Tom were polite, very helpful, hard-working, and efficient. Left each area clean and tidy at the end of each day. They even fitted the cat flap we had purchased to the glass unit we ordered for the conservatory. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

We had to have our front door and side window replaced and from start to finish we had excellent service by all and the fitters Christopher and Trevor was very polite and clean they done a great job would recommend as we are very satisfied with the job they done thank you all.

Exceedingly happy with the entire process- from the initial contact to the final checks. We wanted a sunroom extention to our living room and we've ended up with a fabulous, 5mx3m space we can/will live in for 365 days of the year. We were listened to, our ideas were interpreted, plans drawn up, fitters were excellent, courteous, respectful, tidy- everything ran smoothly.

Avoid the Alford branch waited in all day then lied to me having no equipment .

Just had my 10.6 m carport lined by Michael and Jason. They did an excellent job. Very clean and tidy installers. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Double check what they sell you. I bought 6 bottles of solvent and got 3 identical bottles of glass cleaner. I was too far away and a few weeks after the sale when I realised, so I didn't bother them with a complaint. I'm quite sure they would have been decent about it.

Just had conservatory installed,cannot fault the office or installers.Very professional throughout.

Ordered my windows from this company. Excellent service and I am very pleased with the windows they have fitted. The owner was fantastic, highly recommended.

Awful company, ordered all my doors and windows in the wrong colour when i phoned up the owner just hung up on me. When trying to resolve this the sheet with the order on had gone "missing" refused to do anything and got very nasty and abusive towards me. Avoid at all cost

Manager is a waste of time, rude and arrogant. Hangs up on the phone, swearing, shouting. No customer service at all. Poor management. Should be sacked!

Manager rude nasty on the phone no communication when waiting to have windows fixed like to have your money but not do repairs told myself to go fourth and multiply thought big companys had more manners

Do not have them at all not nice at all they keep putting phone down and Manger got no manners rude people better off with pipes

Had ambassadors to do 8k's worth of work on my place and the work and quality of windows etc are 2nd to none I couldn't be happier with the outcome,id recommend them to anyone and will be using them again.

Had windows installed on wainfleet road for mr boulton I've found these exceptionally polite and they have done a amazing job putting my bay window in couldn't wish for a better job would highly recommended these guys :) :)

I have had Windows and doors and guttering looks good. Very pleased. The fitters very helpful answering everything I asked about. very clean and tidy work.

We have just had Ambassadors to install a Conservatory. They were polite, hard working, and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. Quality materials used. Highly recommended

Only ever bought "parts" from here but they always try and be helpful.

Becareful with this supplier. simon(boss) always overcharged .Ordered 6m long which got price for 7.5m ,fine. refused to give rest of lengths . very rude to say that what he sell ,if not happy ,go . we had been used here 9 years which is shame to get worse.if local suppliers dont keep service and Integrity management ，The business wouldnt last longer. other staffs are brilliant . His customer service is terrible.

We received excellent service. The work was needed to be done at very short notice so as to fit in with our schedule. This was carried out quicker than we expected with the windows fitted of superb quality. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusting management. Phoned to them last year about French door. Man who looked at last year said it should be on warranty.He was very nice. 2 days later I have a bill. What happened when he back to office??I don't know. Someone else decide to charged us.Still got problem with it. Phoned again to them 2 weeks ago and a man who rang me back was absolutely disgusting,very rude.Told me to Never ring again. And they are surprise for bad reviews if you treat people like that?There you are,another from me! After few months, had locker change in one window and now another window locker is broke🤬 soon summer started and we use patio door, I have them all the time to looked at my them as was struggling to lock it. Very poor quality. Cover eyes with warranty but later on,not to do it. Don't worry I want ring again. Someone else have to look on your rubbish product.!

The end product is very good, however, after the installation, we were given invoice and saw typed as an extra, that credit card payments of over £500 were no longer accepted, which we were not informed of when placing order and paying deposit, there was nothing relating to this on their terms and conditions. Following day we spoke to owner, Simon, who was extremely rude and offensive, stating that we should not have placed order if we didn't have cash to pay for them. Next day we were told by Kevin, that card would be accepted as long as we payed the charges, we declined and payed full amount in cash on principle.

The stable door I purchased has to be locked when shut for it to fit correctly, otherwise there is a gap big enough to show daylight through it. When querying the fit the reply was “you shouldn’t have listened to our salesman. That’s what he is, you should’ve gone to the showroom”. The problem wouldn’t have been noticed in a showroom, only where fitted.

Absolutely rubbish and management bad attitudes as a company our selves I will never use them again be aware they even threaten to knock out customers
