The whole process was seamless from start to finish ! The fitters led by Nathan were polite and efficient throughout and went above and beyond expectations (they could not have been more helpful)! This was a two week job with a completely new insulated roof to replace a plastic one and we are extremely pleased with the final outcome ! I strongly recommend Pretty Windows as a company.
Cannot praise this company highly enough. From start to finish they were professional and efficient. Martin who came round to view for a quote was thorough and informative. He clearly explained the whole process and timescale. The fitters were exceptional. Got the job finished, clean and tidy and the quality is high. They were so patient with mum who has dementia and can be a bother. A credit to the company. We are really pleased with the finished result and we would highly recommend.

Just had the Sandford stable door (Georgian) fitted, replacing my old back door. And I am beyond happy. From speaking to the receptionist and Martin on the phone, visiting him at their Rookley showroom, the installation survey being carried out and Chris carrying out the installation, the whole process was effortless. They assisted us with our choice, we're clear about lead times and were never pushy. Chris who carried out the installation did a great job, cleaning up as he went along. A great guy, friendly and polite. Pretty Windows are now my one and only choice going forward. Highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend Pretty Windows. The staff are friendly, polite , and very knowledgeable. My new composite door and sidelite are absolutely beautiful . I am so glad I picked these guys their work is of a very high standard . Top marks from a very happy customer .

I have had a super conservatory put up 5 years ago and it’s great,New windows put in and the front windows triple glazed and the other double glazed new doors back and front couldn’t ask for more friendly service the guys who did the work were brilliant and courteous recommend pretty windows every time
We had Two Doors fitted, A lovely Red Composite front door and a White UPVC back door and they are simply Perfect, the fitters are so friendly and professional and really clean and tidy, the price was extremely good also and you can’t get much better than that.
Had all my Windows, doors, porch, facia boards, gutterings completed by pretty windows. Very satisfied with their work.
