James and his team came early one morning, finished replacing 3 windows (one a very wide bay) in the one day and did a very neat job at a reasonable price. Love the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Secura to anyone.

One last bit of work outstanding because of order/delivery dates, but have to say James, Lee and Tyrece were brilliant. Professional, just grafting and getting it all done in good time but friendly, and worked with integrity where questions came up about how to resolve previous poor quality work. Will definitely be calling them again when we are ready to change our patio doors and a last window which is newer than the others that were 20+ years old needing Lintels and lots of brickwork sorting. Zak from 1st visit to quote and scope works was excellent once order was placed he gave me install dates and kept me informed along the way when install date arrived James ,Lee and the young apprentice did an excellent job installing 2 bay windows ,6 no windows and 3 no door assembly units with side panels .they were very conscientious with the work .and did a excellent job of the install ,they tidied up and took all the rubbish away excellently at the end of each days work I would have no hesitation in recommending Secura windows for any other works people may require.

Many thanks to James, Lee and Tyreece at Secura Windows for the brilliant fitting of my doors and window. This wasn’t an easy job in our higgeldy-piggeldy, 1904 terraced house. The new front door is very smart and was finished to a high standard, inside and out. It’s cheered my front room up no end too. The back door and window again were fitted to a high standard with additional tricky building and brickwork. We can finally get back out into the garden easily. The dog is especially pleased! I would totally recommend using this company. Zak was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He gave us a reasonable quote without being pushy. The work was even brought forward which helped our family out immensely. Thank you again.

Poorly fitted windows, originally installed by safe style, were letting in cold and draughts, Secura windows changed all that, windows now fit perfectly and no more problems, very happy with the job 5 windows and a bay installed, staff very friendly and efficient, some terrible singing but I’ll let that pass lol, would highly recommend.. thanks a lot gents for a great job. I cannot fault Secura Windows, they were very professional, incredibly technically competent, everything was done when they said they would and the window looks great. This was a difficult install on a second floor and they made it look easy, and for a fair price. Everyone, from sales to the installers was pleasant and helpful, with great attention to detail. I work in construction and I wish this was the standard with all contractors.

We decided to go local for our windows as we were in fact fed up with people offering the world on a plate at large prices then cutting big chunks off the price if we did it within the week. We wanted to talk it out with people who have fitted windows and ask opinions about how it’s going to be done, discuss the finer details. Its a big purchase and needs to done with proper planning not a tick box exercise. James spoke about his vision. I gave him the statement- if this were your house how would you do it? Our vision and his vision collided. Our goal was to take the house back to its past where it was born before it was changed but also to bring it forward into the future for security and energy efficiency. James , Lee and Ty were fantastic. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were infectious. Decisions were joint and complimentary to the house and the build. The outcome was transforming. The House looks like it should have done . The finishes of the lead work (lee) were beautiful. The internal oak window cills , the stone cills externally set off the windows beautifully. We couldnt be more happy. The price was perfect. This transformation was worth every single penny. We love the finish and the product. Even the team loved doing it. I had 10 windows installed last year by James and the team at secura windows. They were professional, did a tidy job and the windows still look great. Recently, I had an issue with the hinge on one of the windows, James was quick to respond when I contacted him, and he came to fix the issue a few days later at a time that suited me as well. I highly recommend Secura windows.

Fantastic service - the windows were installed with great care and skill with the team overcoming several unexpected challenges in the process. In particular the Secura team were brilliant in ensuring that the removal of windows which were structurally supporting the gable end of our house did not cause problems. In addition they carried our some repointing to repair a pre-existing problem which could not have been identified prior to the work commencing. Outstanding work and care. I could not recommend Secura high enough!

We’re generally of the opinion that reviews should not be necessary as we expect tradespeople to do a good job, however, I sit writing this with the noise of drills as a very local window company is attempting to rectify a problem with our installation that was identified by FENSA almost a year ago. We are EXTREMELY happy with the seven windows that SECURA have installed. The quoting and measuring process was seamless and without the “haggling”process of the eighties that some companies are still using. The windows (triple glazed with solar reflect) are excellent and we cannot fault the fitting. James took great care to render round the frames upstairs - this looks so much better than plastic beading or just silicone. James also took half a day to colour match trickle vents and drain covers, chopping out faulty mortar and re-sealing - correcting work that hadn’t been done properly by the previous fitters - and adjusted our front door - all for no extra charge! To sum up - Very pleasant people to deal with, pleasant tradespeople doing the fitting, we would say a perfect job and a perfect experience.

I don't usually write a review. But, I feel I should share a review about Secura windows. First of all, the price for 11 windows and a door was fantastic!!! When Zak turned up to take measurements and before installation, I was given very good advice. I would receive a response no matter what time day or night. During installation, the team was very professional, did the job fantastically well. There was a blemish in one window from the manufacturer, which I did not notice. They wen t to get a replacement and came the next day to replace that one plain of glass. I probably would not have noticed the blemish until months later. Also, they kindly helped with some work on a different door. Absolutely fantastic!

Was simple process form selecting the window and door to measuring up and fitting was kept informed from day one with dates and fitting. And on day off fitting the team Worked quickly and happy with the quality of door and window.

We had 3 windows replaced and a small amount of bricking up to make one of them smaller. We had 3 quotes, Zak from secura windows was loverly (the less said about Everest windows the better!) and provided us the cheapest ( and I think best quality) quote. James and the installation team did a fantastic job replacing the 3 windows achieving an excellent finish. No need to touch up any of the internal paintwork!

Brilliant from start to finish. After initial scoping visit from Zak we discussed a price for full replacement of our bay window and conservatory windows in Wilford and found Secura the best value from the three companies we spoke to as well as enjoying elements like speaking to the people who actually do the work with James on the second visit, the speed of replies & accomodating with things like using credit cards. We booked in for a few months later and we've just had them fitted and we're thrilled, a brilliant job done quickly, professionally and in very cold conditions. We have used Secura windows twice now, the first time we had a full house of window replacements, a composite front door and a window in the lounge knocked out and replaced with French doors. This time we had our tall wooden gates (at the front/side of house) replaced with a composite door and side panel. We were very happy both times with the work and end result. Secura were recommended by a friend, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Quick and convenient to arrange a quote (very competitive price) and then only a couple of weeks to installation. I only had some glazing replaced (not the frames) but James was extra helpful, taking out windows that weren’t being replaced and cleaning and servicing them, and sorting out some other minor issues that weren’t part of the job. All included in the price. Very satisfied customer and would happily recommend to everyone.

Secure Windows is a very professional company. When I asked for a quote from Zak online, he sent it to me very quickly and he wasn't pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Overall I only had to wait about 2 months to enjoy the new windows. James and his team did a great job and they cleaned up really nicely after too. We were worried that we might get some marks on our tiles by where the windows were being changed, but they finished the job without any marks, scuffs, or breaks - we were really impressed. I had all the windows and doors replaced in July 2024. The doors and windows in situ look great. The quality is very good. I have already noticed a significant reduction in street noise thanks to the new doors and windows insulative qualities. The quotation process was supportive very easy to navigate and I found Zak to be really helpful. He took time to answer all of my questions and there was no sales pressure put on me at all. James came to measure up, and he again was very detailed in his work and very helpful when it came time to choosing finishes and fittings. The installation was very well managed. I was given a date and time in advance, and the work was completed on time. The fitters Lee and his colleagues were very professional. The attention to detail and care shown for their work was really impressive to see. It was lovely to have a service delivered by a team who obviously enjoy their job, and care about the end product. Lee and colleague also did a great job of cleaning up after the work, which was much appreciated. I can fully recommend this company, as my experience from start to finish has been brilliant.

I have got to say that Secura have done a fantastic job. Firstly a front window for my converted garage, fitted perfectly and extremely high quality. Then, a few weeks later, their advice on the French Doors for the rear was invaluable. Again measured to perfection to fit my home made opening, delivered within a couple of weeks and fitted perfectly and finished beyond my expectations. Extremely high quality and extremely well made and secure (being ground floor). Found them in the local NG15 magazine. He was so honest and professional he went round and checked all the windows being honest to their condition and which needed replacing. We rang Secura Windows for a quote. Zak arrived and was very helpful,good to talk to and not in the least bit pushy. Soon I had a quote emailed to me. It was much cheaper than any others. I agreed to go ahead and a further more in depth survey was carried out and we discussed extra work that I wanted along with the window fitting. This was facia replacement and sound proofing above and below the bay. The fitters were fantastic and the windows look great. The finish is really nice and it was good to see professional people doing a first class job, well done to all at Secura Windows.

I can't recommend Secura Windows highly enough. Excellent product. Two fitters arrived on time on the appointed date. Totally professional and did a first class job. I actually reviewed their work after they had gone to find fault. Nothing! I would say that their work was as near perfect as one could get. Although installation of our front door was twice delayed briefly (once through supplier issues) James kept us fully up to date and made great efforts to ensure postponement was as brief as possible. From the original call for a quote to the installation everything was super simple, friendly and painless. The team were very reassuring, worked efficiently and tidied away after themselves. We were asked for our opinion about various aspects of the install along the way, given friendly advice and made to feel like we were valued. The windows were fitted a few months ago in November and the difference was immediately noticeable. The house is much warmer, didn't realise how much cold air was descending from the old windows cooling down the lower floor. We had 6 windows installed and the price was very reasonable. Thank-you to secura windows for an amazing job by the whole team. We were researching companies to do our front door and windows, but we had had a bad experience with a local large company that had done some recent work on our conservatory. We came across Secura and though we hadn't heard of them we were impressed by the feedback and booked them to do us a quote. Zak was lovely, he was such a genuine guy, non pushy. The quote was slightly higher than a previous, but they agreed to match it. Then James the boss, visited to do the survey and answered all our queries and we felt confident that he knew his trade. Nothing was too much trouble, even though one of our bay windows was badly deformed. The team, James, Lee and Ty were punctual and had 3 days work with us. They were all polite and friendly. Poor Lee had to work in extremely wet and windy conditions, but he carried on regardless. They protected our carpets and cleared up each day before leaving. We needed some extra work doing, which gave James another job and took extra time, but he carried it out for us and didn't charge us for it. We really appreciated it. Zak even popped by during the fitting to see how it was going. We would not hesitate to have them again and highly recommend Secura. Again Thank-you

Admittedly the quality of paperwork slightly put me on edge HOWEVER everyone I interacted with was fantastic. Zak the sales guy was a lovely chap and the three guys who did my fitting were fantastic (always respect someone who actually tells you they broke one of your plates instead of hides it...). 8 windows and doors fitted across 2 days, they'd finished by 3pm each day - quality is what you'd expect for the money, they're windows and doors after all. Would definitely recommend if you need windows and doors and need to be on a bit of a budget.

We had six windows,back door, patio windows and a lovely blue front door. Arrived nice and early and didn't stop for hours. James, Lee and Tyreece work non stop everything done within two days weather was not always on their side😂. I had a great experience right from the start when Zak first came for the quotation. Unlike some other companies there was no pushy sale which I really appreciated. He was very polite and knew what he was talking about, and what we really liked was the no BS approach! He didn't overprice the quote, then give us a 'discount'. The prices were fair and honest, unlike the other quotes we got. We were really impressed with the installation team and how they turned up and just got on with it. They removed some of the back wall and sorted a preexisting problem with the brickwork to ensure the doors would fit perfectly. The bifold doors look fabulous! We love our new front door and our new windows. They cleaned up after themselves and our home now looks amazing! The installation was Nov '22 and we've had no issues whatsoever since, just a much warmer home with no drafts! I would definitely recommend this company. I had two bay windows professionally replaced by Secura Windows. My old bay windows was in a bad state, James recomended extra steel supports above both of the bay windows. Most companies will run a mile but not Secura Windows! So thank you Zak for taking the job on In addition to installing the extra supported bay windows the middle of the bay windows was also completely rebuilt James, Lee and the team went above and beyond and I cant thank them enough! I liaised with Zak from Australia regarding this project and he was a true professional, offering advice and keeping me up to date with exactly when the work would be commenced and completed. I was sent photos as the project progressed and James was able to complete a modification of the work before he finished. I had nothing to be concerned about being overseas as Zak went out of his way to collect and drop off keys before and after the installation. Overall a professional and trustworthy company with sensible pricing.

I had my windows fitted in July but didn't want to post a review until I could confirm the quality/ standard in the colder weather. I am happy to say the new windows are great no more draughts. I did have to wait quite a while before they could install due to how busy the company is but was more than happy to do so as the price was right. Very pleasant workmen, professional and very tidy. Really happy with my new windows, we totally replaced 7 large pieces of windows, changed 2 pieces of glass. Well installed, fit perfectly, bright, secure and warm now. I got a quote for my windows from their company 3 months ago and agreed to go ahead with the job at that time. Unfortunately, they told me that they are busy and would only be able to instal the windows 3 months later and I accepted this. A couple of weeks ago, they came around for a final survey and I got a call following this, informing me that they are no longer able to install the new windows at the previously agreed price as their supplier has increased the price to Secura. The price increase to me, the customer, is a whooping 40% hike! I find this completely wrong and unprofessional to pass this cost onto the customer in this way. Every business has its risks, which they should be able to cover, without breaking a promise to a customer. Had they ordered the windows at the time of agreement, we wouldn’t be in this situation. Additionally, had I known, I could have gone with a different company and got the windows in. Now we are left in a position where we have to shoulder a higher price for heating that may have been lower had they installed the double glazing at the promised price. Very disappointing, I will not be recommending this company at all.

I cannot recommend Secura Windows enough. I needed 11 windows and a door to be replaced and reached out for a qoute. I was not disappointed. Zak came round and sat with me explaining what they do. He measured up and was finished in about 30 mins with no hard sell tactics like the big companies do. It was a refreshing experience. James visited about 6 weeks before my installation date to get a more detailed picture and to answer any questions about what we wanted. On the day of fitting James and the team turned up and were brilliant. All the windows and door were fitted to a professional standard with absolutely no issues and look fantastic. If you are thinking of getting your windows done definitely give them a call, you will not be disappointed. If I could leave more then 5 stars I would.

Excellent service from initial quote through to installation. We replaced two very old windows that had the original surrounds, at first Jame's who came to do the site survey and measurements was not he would be able to retain the woodwork. However, he came up with a solution to preserve them, which work perfectly, and we are very happy with the end result. Installation of two large windows took only about 4 hours. Would highly recommend Secura.

Simply brilliant, Zac came for the the initial consultation and offered only good advice and a very competitive quote with no pressure. On the day of fitting which was on the hottest day of the year James and his team arrived and had everything installed in no time at all. These guys really know their stuff. The final finish was great and they took all the old frames away with them and cleared up any mess. Originally Zak came to measure up and prepare the quote - no hard sell and he was knowledgeable and gave us advice about what suit us best. James came to do the site survey and ordered our windows and back door - the lads were also very professional and tidy when we had our windows fitted. We had a few issues but they were quickly sorted which was brilliant. I needed them to come back a few months later to do some adjustments to our back door which again wasn't a problem. I would definitely recommend these guys and save yourself some money as they are very competitive with their prices!!

Am really happy with the work done by James and Lee, they installed 14 windows for me, 8 of which were sash windows. Both James and Lee were very friendly, worked hard and were able to solve any problems they encountered (given that my house is Victorian and nothing is easy to install). They always arrived on time and cleared up after themselves. Zac, the salesman, was also very professional, always returned any calls promptly and was friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting new windows.

I love my 4 upstairs new windows. The windows are of high quality and the installation wasn't as messy I was expecting. We had couple of other companies come out and give us quotes but Secura Windows quote was the most competitive and reasonable. Zak was friendly, he came round and took measurements and was very attentive to our requirements. Zak replied to our messages and calls timely. He wasn't a pushy salesman either. I previously had my downstairs windows done with another nationwide known company but their team left the rooms in a mess. Didn't even sweep up their mess after themselves. But the installation team at Secura Windows were very minimal with their mess and cleaned up after themselves. The team came just like Zak said at 8.30am. They finished installation around 2pm. I have two young kids and so cleaning up the dust and hoovering after the team was gone was very quick thanks to the minimal mess left. The team were very friendly with my kids. It things like these that makes customers feel valued. They don't just come in do their job but acknowledge the people in the house. After the windows have been installed, we got demonstrated the features of the new windows. And I really appreciate that. I will be using Secura Windows again and will be recommending to family and friends. To sum up the positive points. Fast & efficient and good customer service The only thing I would consider as a negative point was the wait time for the installation. But its understandable because of the demand in their services. The quote was given around 10th September 2021 and the installation happened around 20th January 2022. A big thank you from our family.

We have a new door installed by Secura Windows. The whole process was smooth. The door installed was exactly what we wanted and even exceeded our expectations. Customer care from the team at the end of the process was nicely handled.

Initially we had spoken to Zak about replacing all the windows in the home I was about to move into. He went to the property to measure the windows and provide a quote. He was extremely friendly and professional was very helpful all the way though. The sale of the house took a bit longer to go though than anticipated, when I finally moved in James popped round to give the windows another measure. Again, was so polite and friendly and helped talk though all the options with the windows. On the day of installation James and team turned up on-time. They got straight to work. Again so friendly and polite and really clean. I couldn't believe how quickly they got to work. The windows in the property we very old and in bad shape. Some were difficult to remove, but it seemed like no trouble and was handled fantastically. At the end of they day they cleaned up and helped put things back in place. Initially met with Zak (the salesman) who popped round to check the requirements, measure up and provide a quote. No pushy sales and the quote provided was much more competitive than the others I had received. Checked the reviews and decided to go with it. Had a couple of windows installed by James and they were fitted quickly but properly even though the upstairs window was tricky to access. Incredibly clean for workmen also, no mess or dust even though the existing kitchen window had clearly never been cleaned by the previous homeowner so was in quite a state. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again, also provided a one hour time slot for the installation so didn't have to wait in all day.

Happy to recommend Secura Windows, Nottingham... I had a couple of quotes to replace my front door and windows, one of which was from Zak at Secura Windows. Zak was very helpful and professional when he came round to measure up and there was no pushy, hard sell involved. Very promptly afterwards, I received a really easy to read, very competitively priced quote. Like many people, I had read some really good reviews from these guys and went ahead to book in my date. Despite being busy, they booked me in a date with the chance of potentially moving it forward. Sure enough, I got a call the day before and the installation took place ahead of schedule. It was a single day to remove and fit a new front door and 5 windows. They arrived in the morning with all their own sheets to sheet up and protect the house (carpets/floors etc). Naturally, this sort of work creates brick dust and mess, but James & Scott both worked hard and made a concerted effort to leave things tidy and work with minimal disruption. The windows and front door look great, they are clean with a professional finish. From inside, they open smoothly and quietly with additional features such as the window restriction catch on the upstairs windows. They have made such a big difference to both the draughts we had before, but also the road traffic noise outside. I have recently received my FENSA certificate through after Secura Windows registered the job. James and the team did an excellent job installing windows and doors for the whole house. Even though there was a small misunderstanding it was dealt with professionally and sorted with a smile. I chose Secura on the basis of their reviews on various websites and they did not disappoint. We are renovating in stages and they installed three new bedroom windows. They were honest and transparent about cost, and the design process was very flexible. I didn’t feel at all pressured to go for a particular design, they talked me through the options and respected my choices. They were easy to contact, responsive, and kept me in the loop once I had ordered. We arranged a mutually beneficial installation, and the fitter kept me informed and reassured about when to expect me. The installation itself was quick, efficient and trouble-free. They were very tidy and removed all their waste and the old windows. My only tiny quibble was that they could have used more dust sheets over beds and furniture, but that’s the only fault I could find, and it just meant I had to do a decent clean up. Not even worth losing a star though, just honest feedback from this lazy housewife. We are looking forward to the next stage of renovation when we will welcome them back to install new doors. I wholeheartedly recommend Secura Windows and Doors Ltd Nottingham.

Held off changing our windows for years as we were worried about cowboy window firms out there either ripping us off or just doing a poor job. After Secura Windows were recommended by a friend we felt a little more comfortable in getting them out to quote for new windows throughout the house plus a new front door. Zak, James and Lee did a great job for us and we're really happy with the final result. Front door in particular looks great!

We had all of our windows, front door and patio doors replaced by Secura and I would give them 6 out of 5 if I could! From the moment Zak came round to measure up and talk us through the designs I knew that we were dealing with a professional and personable company, he was very friendly and listened to what we wanted whilst also giving advice gathered from years of working in the business. James and Lee then came round to measure again (measure twice, cut once!) and got us booked in straight away with no hassle. When they came back to fit the windows and doors, James and Lee were fantastic, they were on site early and even stayed past sunset to make sure each window and door was finished and weather tight each day before leaving. There were a couple of scratches on 2 windows and the glass had failed on another window (not their fault) and they got the panes re-ordered and replaced within 3 weeks. Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend them to anyone, we've already had people asking for their details so they can get work done too!!

From the outset, you get a real strong feeling of 'this is unique to you - this installation will be especially customised to fit you'. Starting at the top....Zak came along....didnt push too hard, wasnt apathetic or disinterested when we changed our minds about things, instead he listened and shaped his offering to our requirements. (Expectation Exceeded = LEVEL 3) So the installers arrive (Lee and Scott). Fantastic, real positive natured guys. No fuss, no bother. Utmost professionalism. No standing room here. These guys were on it! 2 days - and they stuck to it! In fact, by my reckoning it was actually 1.5 days [which comprised installing a brand new door, a brand new panel window next to the door, knocking out some plaster and brickwork to accommodate the former and 7 windows] AND they cleaned up, and (completely out of scope) they installed our brand new mailbox. (Expectation Exceeded = LEVEL 4) And the final result....the door and the windows look magnificent! Simply magnificent. (Expectation Exceeded = LEVEL 5) We're both very pleased with the result! I've been really impressed by the work Secura Windows have done. Their windows are good quality, the installers first rate; they came on time and worked neatly. leaving behind no mess whatsoever. Hi all, we wanted a replacement composite front door. We looked around the Nottingham area and got various quotes for a 'Solidor' composite door. Trevor provided us with the best quote and we decided to take a punt and go with him, partly based on the reviews here and also because of his professional and friendly attitude.
