Fantastic customer service!! We had an issue with door discolouration (manufacturer issue not Capital issue) and even though this was over a year after capital fitted our door, they worked with us and manufacture to resolve issue and their customer service was amazing throughout. We would definitely use them again to give us that peace of mind. Their staff are friendly and very professional. Rare to find this level of customer service today!
We’d used the so called big names in the “new windows” world before but having moved to New Milton last summer and obtaining a couple of other quotes, we decided to go with Capital Windows. Jason and Colin did all the design/measuring up and this week, the windows were fitted. When one of the fitters, Ollie said, “is it ok to park one of the vans on our decorative stones out the front”, we got the feeling things would be good. Well, they weren’t just good as Ollie and Dan were an absolute pleasure to have in our home just as Colin and Jason were. Ollie and Dan were very polite, thoughtful, respectful of our home and extremely clean and tidy. They covered everything including the floor so zero mess was left behind and the hoovered up at the end of their day. The windows look amazing and have already proved what a difference they’ve made to the warmth of our home. More than happy with the purchase and fitting of our new door and windows. From the time of purchase to fitting, nothing, but great service. It is rare to find such professionalism in businesses now days. They were fitted on time. Fitters, Ollie and Dan, were amazing. Efficient, friendly and very polite. They left our house spotless. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. About half a dozen homes in our close have used them to fit double glazing and every single person has spoken so highly of them. Over the moon with the double glazing they fitted. They are very professional and I recommend them to any-one I know.

On the day of the installation the fitters arrived promptly and worked solidly throughout the day, leaving my home spotless. Three windows fitted in less than six hours. I would thoroughly recommend Capital Windows. Following the fitting of our windows, we called Capital again for a quote for a new front door. As expected, the service from start to finish was excellent. We had a particularly tricky frame work for the door and the fitter Ollie did an amazing job paying attention to all the small details. We have just had a new door fitted with a sidelight. The service from choosing everything to it all being fitted was superb. Everyone was so friendly & gave advice. Capital Windows recently fitted new French doors to our kitchen and I can only say that from initial enquiry to final installation it was a pleasure to deal with them. Their attention to detail in the design stage was excellent, and their recommendation about the type of glass best suited to the installation has already proved worthwhile in the hotter weather. The fitters were clean, tidy and freely gave good advice regarding some other issues discovered during the fitting. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
I have lived in this house for 30 years and Capital Windows are the third window company to have done work for me but only the first to do it to a high standard. The workmanship and attention to detail are absolutely first class. I will only ever use Capital in the future and now recommend them to all my friends.

Have had 2 front bungalow windows, kitchen door with window and patio doors fitted by Capital Windows, first time having used them and I have to say from the first initial contact through to completion of the job they have been nothing other than excellent in terms of communication, product and installation. They would definitely be my first port of call in future and I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody considering any aspect of double glazing or conservatories, other trades and companies would do well to provide anything like the service, thanks to all at Capital Windows.
Had to have a new conservatory and windows installed. I chose Capital Windows as the product seemed of very good quality . Can't praise them enough. Excellent work from start to finish and customer service is outstanding. Had a little misunderstanding with the finished product and they sorted it straight away fitting around my schedule. Mike and Dan the fitters were excellent, very clean and tidy and the work was brilliant. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a conservatory or windows.

Outstanding service and support from Capital Windows throughout, from the first 'sales' visit, the survey, on going communication and the fitting of our windows. The Capital Windows installation team did an excellent job in carefully removing our old windows and fitting the replacement units, with minimum disruption and no subsequent redecoration or tidying up required. Delighted with the final product and the overall service!
Really pleased with our extension which is now part of our house been up now 9 years and we have no problems with the actual build one or two problems with the glass blowing causing condensation between glass but a phone call to capital and the glass was replaced also alterations with the doors again put right no quibble. Very pleased with the actual guys even thou work was in the winter time. Not so pleased with the roof thou wished we had opted for a different one very noisy when it rains polycarbonate. But overall pleased and would recommend

Cannot fault the workmanship, all rooms left clean, every speck of rubbish removed. If you are considering conservatory and or windows you will not find a better company, and no I am not related.

Capital Windows and Conservatories have just fitted double doors and three windows for us. The units fitted are excellent quality and our fitter was an extremely tidy and conscientious worker who took a great deal of trouble to talk us through what he would be doing in order to ensure the best outcome. He then did the job in a very timely manner with minimum disruption to us … to an excellent standard. We’re delighted with the units, and the level of workmanship.

Excellent company, professional courteous staff. We recently moved into our new home and inherited a lovely conservatory that was almost 10 years old. We noticed that one of the glazed units had blown so contacted Capital. They honoured the 10 year guarantee without any quibble. Catharine arranged for Olly and Dean to attend and assess what could be done. After advice we decided to have the unit replaced which was done in 10 minutes with no fuss or mess.
