We have used Hayden and the team at Surrey Alpine Windows for approximately 7 of our projects now. I really appreciate the fact that there’s a physical shop, so you can see what you’re buying beforehand. Also, the quotes and drawings we recieve before ordering are extremely clear, which makes things a lot easier for us. There has been one or two times where we’ve needed minor adjustments on doors and windows, and the team is always there within 48 hours. Can’t recommend them enough!
Brilliant job and service from Surrey Alpine Windows for our house renovation. Hayden and the team supplied/fitted our loft extension windows as well as sliding patio doors/skylight for our kitchen extension. Updated (July 2026): Just wanted to update my review to include that I re-used Surrey Alpine Windows to replace the rest of my windows and the back door and once again they did a fantastic job. I thoroughly recommend this company. _____ June 2025 I recently used Surrey Alpine Windows for a new bedroom window and front door. Excellent service from start to finish. Shout out to the guys who did the installation today - they were extremely thorough and tidy. I'm very pleased with my sparkling new front door and window. Would definitely recommend.

We used Surrey Alpine windows to replace our existing windows. We went with the Residence R7 flush window range which is a really good quality product and matches the character of our house. We visited the showroom in Cheam and Hayden visited us a few times to take surveys before we ordered. Overall a really easy experience, plus the fitters Connor and Jake did a great job of fitting the windows and left the house in good order at the end of each day. Would definitely be happy to recommend Surrey Alpine Windows, and thanks again!

I honestly cannot recommend Surrey Alpine Windows enough. I’ve now had two properties worked on by Hayden and the team. House renovations are stressful, but they made everything from quotation through to fitting as easy as possible. They’re also a lovely team. Professional and a great range of quality products. We used the R9 windows on our first home, then went for the heritage aluminium doors, which look fantastic. Couldn’t be happier with the results.
Brilliant work from Surrey Alpine. They installed a new porch set up for us last week, and I highly recommend them. From their first visit to measure up & quote, to the installation team - they were detailed, polite & provided a great end product. No need to coordinate with other suppliers, they did it all - and it's just what we were looking for.

Hayden, Connor and the team are friendly and helpful especially as they can be dealing with a real problem that needs solving. We had the interior glass in a set of bifold doors shatter without cause. Connor came and measured promptly, Hayden ordered the glass, covered it with the warranty and Connor fitted as soon as they could - even rearranging their schedule to fit earlier to avoid any further problems with a broken safety glass window in a busy kitchen. Top notch work.
We are very happy with our replacement windows and doors. The windows and doors arrived earlier than we expected. The team were brilliant at keeping things tidy and ensuring that everything was working at the end of each day. The team were always very polite and kept us informed of the work planned for each day. Beautiful patio aluminium doors purchased and installed by the team. Hayden was very patient with us whilst we decided what we wanted and I am pleased to say that we have ended up with some beautiful doors. The installation was seamless and the guys that came out were tidy and very knowledgeable. We did have a slight problem with the glass after installation, but Hayden sorted it 100% to our satisfaction. Its rare to come across a company that deliver and even more so rare to admit when there is a problem and to sort it out (I have to add that the glass was not Surrey Alpine's fault, but manufacturers). Excellent customer service!! We will definitely come back and get our Windows replaced with them. A brilliant team!

Connor and Jake did a great job fitting our windows. They worked flat out for both days doing our whole house including the loft. They were polite, punctual and did an amazing job of tidying up after themselves. We are really pleased with the result and would recommend.
It has always been in the back of my mind to change the internal doors after some works we did on our house. I walked past Surrey Alpine Windows and one of the doors caught my eye due to the colour. It was a random visit and Hayden happened to be at the shop and was there to answer any questions. A few days later a survey was conducted any many of my questions were clearly answered. A draft drawing was created and agreed 48hrs later. With regards to installation the team were on time, clean and tidy, dust sheets were laid and all mess sweeped up and old doors disposed of. I opted for the doors I originally saw in the window and I did compare Surrey Alpine Windows with others but chose Hayden mainly because I could see the finished product and service wise he answered all my questions without any pressure. Overall I'm so happy with the new doors, friends & family have said it has transformed the space, even though the physical dimensions have not changed.
We are so happy with our heritage French doors. They give so much character to our kitchen. This is exactly what we wanted and Thank you. They were professional and fitted them well in for us. This was great service and I recommend them highly.
The windows have been fitted well and we were pleased with the fitters but the balcony door frames are very chunky and not quite what we were expecting. A bit disappointed with the overall look due to this.
Thank you Hayden, Harry and his team fitted my new patio windows. They worked so hard that I had to threaten them with no more tea until they stopped and rested and I bribed them with cake. Seriously they worked non stop their work was excellent and cleared away all the mess. I am so delighted.

I felt valued and all of Hayden's advice on deciding on certain options, sizes and designs was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Can't recommend Surrey Alpine Windows enough. They have changed a few of my windows and had the amazing idea to put in sash windows which look amazing. When I noticed the window was scratched I sent a text to Hayden and within a week they had changed the unit with no hassle. Got them back to put a new back door in. High recommend them!
