Unique Windows London Ltd

Unique Windows was recommended to me by a friend, and I definitely wasn’t let down. My experience from start to finish was flawless. From my first appointment at their showroom, Joe was very knowledgeable, helpful, and guided me through the options so I could make the right decision for my Juliet balcony door. The turnaround time was quick, with everything completed within two weeks of ordering. The survey and installation both went smoothly and the customer service and communication throughout were excellent. I’m really pleased with the result and would highly recommend Unique Windows!

Very responsive when a handle broke on our bifolds, would recommend!

Needed some old, blown horrid front windows replaced. I had used Unique Windows previously on recommendation and was impressed impressed with thier service (I have used other local window companies) so called them again for a quote. Joe came around at the earliet of convenience. I was quite particular about what I wanted and Joe put a lot of thought into the design. All questions were answered and changes carried out where needed. The software the company uses was the decider for me. The digital images really helped see my vision. Much better and than other quotes where the windows were just a basic drawn design. This software really is a must if you have a certain vision and design. Communication was instant and clear, from pricing, deposits required and installation dates. Installation - Matt and Clint, AMAZING. Punctual, polite, hardworking and ever so grateful for a cup of tea and cake. They were very tidy and respectful of a dog. Can not recommend this company enough. One satisfied customer.

I recently had 6 windows replaced by unique Windows. They measured the windows correctly for the fit. The men doing the work were really polite, tidy and quick replacing the windows. They listened and answered to anything I needed to understand. If I need anymore windows I will definitely use unique Windows again. Thankyou Unique Windows.

Jo came out to see us and was so helpful. We confirmed and within 2 weeks the doors were ready to be installed. The installation was very simple and the boys were extremely helpful, polite and very tidy. I couldn’t be happier with our brand new doors, they’ve completely transformed the space. Would highly recommend these guys!

We had a great experience with Unique windows, we managed to get the Window and door replacement fitted within a week of the initial site visit survey. Clinton & Matt did a great job on the installation and they even took away the old window and door which was an added bonus, and we were highly delighted with the end result. Would highly recommend! A+

I recently had 14 windows and one door replaced in my 100+ year-old property by Unique Windows, and I am thoroughly pleased with the end product. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The pricing was very competitive, and I felt confident I was getting great value for the quality provided. Neil was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and was always on hand to answer any queries I had, which made everything run smoothly and gave me real peace of mind. Communication was clear and consistent from the initial contact right through to installation. Matt and Clint were on site every day, arriving promptly early each morning. They were polite, professional, and respectful of my home. Despite the scale of the job, they kept noise and disruption to a minimum and made sure everything was tidied up thoroughly at the end of each day. Their attention to detail was impressive, and the quality of the finish is excellent—particularly important in a property of this age where care and precision really matter. They’ve done such a good job that I’ve already decided to have additional windows replaced. I would highly recommend Unique Windows to anyone looking for quality workmanship, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer service.

We're so happy with our new aluminium-frame windows from Unique. Clinton and Matt were true professionals and made the installation process painless. Unique even went the extra mile and arranged for a specialist joiner to put together the oak windowsills we'd sourced, and they look fabulous. We're proud to support a local business and are looking forward to getting more windows installed by Unique in the near future.

Very impressed with the work carried out - completed sooner than anticipated, efficient, tidy and polite.

From the outset it has been a pleasure dealing with Unique Windows. In the first instance Neil provided a thorough understanding our our requirements and this was followed with a very professional installation of all our front windows by Clinton and Matt who were friendly, courteous and who paid close attention to every detail. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Unique Windows.

Very good service. Whole house of windows, doors and new bifold very well installed. All the fitters were friendly, helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. Recommended.

I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your installers Shane and Ashley for the way they conducted themselvesin my house. No noise, no mess and no radio. They were polite and I could see that after 50 years in the constuctiion industry they were real professionals in their trade. In particularthey spent time making good the odd patch of rendering which is a speckled type. The matching was excellent.and showed real craftsmanship.I would aslso like to add that the whole process from choosing , to placing the order and keeping in touch and answering any questiions swiftly (Joe and Paul) helped immensely. I am happy to recommend your company to friends and neighbours. A E Rochford. KT3 5QD

Ash and Shane did a fantastic job! Worked non stop all day! Fantastic workmanship. 100% recommend.

We have just had all our windows replaced by Unique Windows and couldn’t be more happier. The fitters (Clint and Matt) were courteous, tidy and just very pleasant from the time they arrived (which was early) until they left, everything was smooth and professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending Unique Windows. Thank you very much for a great service 👍🏻

I've had a brilliant experience with unique windows. I've had 6 windows and a back door installed. Dean and Freddie were incredibly respectful and kind. They worked tirelessly and completed my new window installation in the time allocated which was one week. I was very impressed with the little repair I've needed to do post work. Literally just touching up paintwork around the windows. My house feels warm now . I would highly recommend unique windows.

A very professional service all the way through. I’m incredibly happy with my new windows. Thank you!

2nd time I've used Unique Windows. Really pleased with the service and the windows from this company. Fitters made a neat job with minimal disruption. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd lot of windows and doors installed in our community hall by Unique Windows and once again the work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with excellent detail to the finish. As a charity we are duty bound to get 3 quotes and Unique Windows were the most competitive. The pre-installation site visit was carried out quickly and a comprehensive easy to understand quote sent within days. The installers were professional, helpful and very understanding of our day users and when the work was complete they left the hall in excellent clean order. We cannot recommend Unique Windows highly enough and we look forward to getting them back to replace the rest of our wooden windows. Many thanks to Neil and his team

This is the second time I’ve used this firm for bi-folds, and the standard keeps improving. On time, good value, superb installation. Helpful and with great communication from first to last call.

I am delighted with my new windows. I had the whole house done, and they look fantastic. The fitters (Matt and Stuart) did a great job, and did the windows exactly how I wanted them, they were very quick and left the house clean and tidy. The windows came with the wrong handles, but they replaced them with the correct ones in less than a day. I wholeheartedly recommend Unique Windows.

I changed my house all windows and good price and very nice fitting

Unique windows did a great job a year ago and the windows they installed are still great. The specification forms took a little time for me to complete, but the company spotted a couple of mistakes in my form, so saved the day. I got the satinsised finish in the bathroom which is more modern. Measurement and installation was very quick and clean. I couldn't be more pleased

Unique Windows did the installation of all windows in our house. From start to end of the project they were very profesional and go far beyond to make sure we were happy with the end product. They kept us well informed of progress and schedules. The installation team was professional, friendly, and considerate with everyone living in the house. They did tyde up at the end of each day, and leave the house clean when they finish. We are very happy with our new windows. We would hire them again.

Kell has been most pleasant and professional. Telling me throughout what was happening. Excellent service. Very very happy with him, his work and the windows. Thank you

Great service from start to finish. Initial drawings were professional and very clear. Guys who installed the windows were really skilled and it’s a very communicative business which is always important. Windows look lovely thanks.

Unique Windows London Ltd have just fitted a lovely new front door to our home. From the initial phone call asking for a quote to the installation, we found the company to be very professional, approachable and friendly. We are delighted with their work. The installation team arrived promptly and worked diligently, leaving everything clean and tidy despite the freezing temperature outside. We would recommend this company to others.

I used the company to install new windows in my loft. They gave a great service throughout the whole process. The fitters were tidy and professional and the work fairly priced.

I would recommend Unique Windows to anyone. From early, non-pressured conversations with Joe, email correspondence with Rebecca, through to the punctual, hard-working, polite and very clean installers (Shane, Ash and more - you know who you are). Thank you so much.

From Start to finish, Unique Windows did an amazing job. The prices was extremely competitive, their installation time beat four other companied hands down. The fitting team were prompt and really quick. Left the place tidy and kept me updated all the way. The quality of the Window and French/Patio doors is excellent. Unique Windows are very professional, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We used Unique to replace all the windows and doors in our house as part of a big renovation project. Unique was easy to work with, flexible when the project took longer than expected and honest, fair and responsible when a few minor issues needed fixing. The fitters were fast, polite and did a great job and Nick and the team were always responsive to any questions, snags and general help. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from everyone at this business. The sales team made the ordering very straight forward and the fitting team were very good indeed.

Professional from start to finish, great communication and fantastic install team, friendly and windows installed to the highest standard would definitely recommend

Really professional service from start to finish. New windows look great too!! Thoroughly recommend this company.

Very happy with Unique Windows, replacing all our windows and also new bifold door. They were flexible and worked with our timeliness and always delivered when they said they would.

My partner and I ordered some Origin sliding doors for a loft extension I’m building at our home in South Croydon. Ordering: Chris in the office in Carshalton was very helpful with helping us select a decent quality of door and with a reasonably quick turnaround too. He was very patient pricing different options to help us pick the right doors. Installation: We were given good notice of the installation date and our installers (Shane and Ash) were very polite and punctual. The doors were installed with a great deal of care and look and feel fabulous in their operation. Return visit: The guys needed to return to trim the frame once I had finished the hanging tiles on the dormer. Again we were notified of when the guys were going to arrive and they were right on time. Summary: If I’m completely honest, having worked as a construction site manager and clerk of works myself I would definitely consider myself a bit of a fussy customer, but these guys didn’t disappoint, they did a cracking job and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. The guys were a pleasure to have around during the works and left everything beautifully clean when they were done, and most importantly of all there were no unexpected surprises. Seamless, thanks guys.

I used Unique Windows London Ltd. to replace my old sash windows. I am delighted with the result and cannot recommend the company enough. Shayne and Ashley installed my new windows very professionally in record time. 100% happy client.

We are very happy with the service from Unique Windows. The quoting process was professional and not pushy. They are very responsive with questions and updates. The guys that fitted the doors were clean and tidy workers and both doors have been fitted very cleanly. We would recommend.

Very happy with all aspects of the service we received from Unique Windows. The fitting team were excellent!

My wife, Anne Dawson, has just had three new windows and new bifold doors installed in our kitchen and bathroom. We were both delighted with quality and service. Additionally, we decided to replace our front door. We were completely bowled over with the result. Kell, our installer, has done a perfect job.

What I anticipated to be an extremely stressful undertaking has been carried out with little fuss and extreme professionalism and care. I have an old Victorian building and an unusual, partly built-in frame, but the finished result looks fabulous. In addition, Unique were extremely accommodation with fitting the installation dates around my schedule and that of my tenants. The tenants said the workers were very friendly and polite and they left no mess whatsoever. I could not be happier and would both recommend and use them again.

Darren, Luke and Charlie did a amazing job fitting windows through out my house including back door, incredibly professional, very clean and tidy when working, polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Guys brilliant Job

A very good company used them for front door replacement. Cheap, solid, and very good quality. Kell who assembled my door was very helpful, kind, and very professional. Fully recommend Unique Windows to everybody;)

Very happy with this company. Good service and solid craftmanship.

I used Unique Windows to carry out an installation of windows and doors for a new build project. David and his team were first class from start to finish and delivered the project on time, on budget and to a great standard. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

By far the cheapest option for the windows we wanted so would use again, however service dramatically reduced in quality as soon as we had signed up to the service. Had to chase several times after suggested timeframes were passed without anyone contacting us. We had to get the installers in twice following installation due to messy workmanship. There are still things that are not perfect but we gave up asking them back - especially when one of the fitters starting talking about covid conspiracies - we didn't fancy them coming into the house anymore. I also had to deal with some quite outdated jokes with one of the salesman suggesting my husband was the one with the money making the decisions. Actual windows themselves are very nice though.

Quality window brands

Excellent experience throughout the process. Fast response to initial email enquiry. Really thorough, helpful and non-pressurised quotation process.
