Unique Windows recently installed 3 new UPVC bay windows for us, we have been extremely pleased with the whole installation which took 3 days to complete. Right from the outset Joe was so helpful in coming up with spot on designs and all at a very competitive price. We had to wait a few weeks for installation but that was no problem at all and we were so pleased with work carried out by Michael ( Mick) and Aiden, such skilful and friendly chaps. The icing on the cake was the fact that at the end of the job I had no decoration to do whatsoever. Many thanks.

From my first appointment at their showroom, Joe was very knowledgeable, helpful, and guided me through the options so I could make the right decision for my Juliet balcony door. The turnaround time was quick, with everything completed within two weeks of ordering. Needed some old, blown horrid front windows replaced. I had used Unique Windows previously on recommendation and was impressed impressed with thier service (I have used other local window companies) so called them again for a quote. Joe came around at the earliet of convenience. I was quite particular about what I wanted and Joe put a lot of thought into the design. All questions were answered and changes carried out where needed. The software the company uses was the decider for me. The digital images really helped see my vision. Much better and than other quotes where the windows were just a basic drawn design. This software really is a must if you have a certain vision and design. Communication was instant and clear, from pricing, deposits required and installation dates. Installation - Matt and Clint, AMAZING. Punctual, polite, hardworking and ever so grateful for a cup of tea and cake. They were very tidy and respectful of a dog. Can not recommend this company enough. One satisfied customer.
I recently had 6 windows replaced by unique Windows. They measured the windows correctly for the fit. The men doing the work were really polite, tidy and quick replacing the windows. They were polite and I could see that after 50 years in the constuctiion industry they were real professionals in their trade. In particularthey spent time making good the odd patch of rendering which is a speckled type.The matching was excellent.and showed real craftsmanship.I would aslso like to add that the whole process from choosing , to placing the order and keeping in touch and answering any questiions swiftly (Joe and Paul) helped immensely. I've had a brilliant experience with unique windows. I've had 6 windows and a back door installed. Dean and Freddie were incredibly respectful and kind. They worked tirelessly and completed my new window installation in the time allocated which was one week. I was very impressed with the little repair I've needed to do post work. Literally just touching up paintwork around the windows. My house feels warm now . I would highly recommend unique windows.

This is the 2nd lot of windows and doors installed in our community hall by Unique Windows and once again the work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with excellent detail to the finish. As a charity we are duty bound to get 3 quotes and Unique Windows were the most competitive. The pre-installation site visit was carried out quickly and a comprehensive easy to understand quote sent within days. The installers were professional, helpful and very understanding of our day users and when the work was complete they left the hall in excellent clean order. I am delighted with my new windows. I had the whole house done, and they look fantastic. The fitters (Matt and Stuart) did a great job, and did the windows exactly how I wanted them, they were very quick and left the house clean and tidy. The windows came with the wrong handles, but they replaced them with the correct ones in less than a day. I wholeheartedly recommend Unique Windows.
Unique windows did a great job a year ago and the windows they installed are still great. The specification forms took a little time for me to complete, but the company spotted a couple of mistakes in my form, so saved the day. I got the satinsised finish in the bathroom which is more modern. Measurement and installation was very quick and clean. I couldn't be more pleased

My partner and I ordered some Origin sliding doors for a loft extension I’m building at our home in South Croydon. Ordering: Chris in the office in Carshalton was very helpful with helping us select a decent quality of door and with a reasonably quick turnaround too. He was very patient pricing different options to help us pick the right doors. Installation: We were given good notice of the installation date and our installers (Shane and Ash) were very polite and punctual. The doors were installed with a great deal of care and look and feel fabulous in their operation. Return visit: The guys needed to return to trim the frame once I had finished the hanging tiles on the dormer. Again we were notified of when the guys were going to arrive and they were right on time. Summary: If I’m completely honest, having worked as a construction site manager and clerk of works myself I would definitely consider myself a bit of a fussy customer, but these guys didn’t disappoint, they did a cracking job and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. The guys were a pleasure to have around during the works and left everything beautifully clean when they were done, and most importantly of all there were no unexpected surprises. What I anticipated to be an extremely stressful undertaking has been carried out with little fuss and extreme professionalism and care. I have an old Victorian building and an unusual, partly built-in frame, but the finished result looks fabulous. In addition, Unique were extremely accommodation with fitting the installation dates around my schedule and that of my tenants. The tenants said the workers were very friendly and polite and they left no mess whatsoever. I could not be happier and would both recommend and use them again.

I used Unique Windows to carry out an installation of windows and doors for a new build project. David and his team were first class from start to finish and delivered the project on time, on budget and to a great standard. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
By far the cheapest option for the windows we wanted so would use again, however service dramatically reduced in quality as soon as we had signed up to the service. Had to chase several times after suggested timeframes were passed without anyone contacting us. We had to get the installers in twice following installation due to messy workmanship. There are still things that are not perfect but we gave up asking them back - especially when one of the fitters starting talking about covid conspiracies - we didn't fancy them coming into the house anymore. I also had to deal with some quite outdated jokes with one of the salesman suggesting my husband was the one with the money making the decisions. Actual windows themselves are very nice though.
