I recently had all nine windows replaced by Glitz Windows and couldn’t be happier with the overall service. Our existing windows were very old and had reached the point where they really needed replacing, so we decided it was time to invest in new ones. The difference they have made to the property is incredible. Adel was fantastic throughout the whole process. Communication was clear from the beginning, he kept me updated at every stage and was always available to answer any questions. The quotation was very competitive, and I never felt under any pressure. Once everything was agreed, the installation was arranged promptly. The fitters were polite, professional and worked incredibly efficiently. We expected the installation to take around three days, but they completed everything in just two days while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. The new windows have completely transformed the look and feel of the property, and I’m really pleased with the finished result. We needed windows changed at our home as it had been 25 years since we moved in... and glitz windows came over. Helpful and informative staff... brought samples and explained all our options. Eventually after comparing prices with other companies we decided to go with them. And I must say they did an amazing job. Always available on WhatsApp to explain delivery dates and answer any questions I may have had prior to installation. They arrived on time and within 3 days changed all my windows and doors. Extremely happy with the product and service provided and would highly recommend to others! Thanks guys! I enclose some before and after pictures. We went from white windows to anthracite grey.

Working with Adeel was great. He is a very good communicator, he listened to our requests carefully and gave us good suggestions on how to design the windows for a great looking result. The new windows are exactly how we wanted them to be and very good quality as well. The job was executed quickly but with attention to details. We had an issue with one of the window's handle but Adeel took charge of replacing it fast. We will definitely contact Adeel again gor future works.
