SRS Windows & Doors Ltd

Charged £180 for quote for roof repairs but compared to other roofers I considered the quote to be unreliable. I explained ahead of time that there was no internal access to the roof and shared pictures of the internal damage. Other roofers arrived in pairs prepared to go up onto the roof and provided a definite number. Other roofers did not charge for quotes but SRS advised they charge for a "survey" / "inspection." I agreed to this charge because I was referred to SRS by a friend and trusted that they would provide a high quality service. SRS sent one person who would not go on the roof, citing health and safety, even though I had said ahead of time that there was no internal access. They asked me for photos from other roofers and used Google Maps to provide a quote based on typical issues with this type of roof, and could only reassure me that the quote "should be fine" and if they found anything else they would "cost for that down the line". I have paid the call out fee because SRS were very clear about it ahead of time. I do not feel that I have been given a good quality service compared to the other roofers I spoke to who came more prepared and thoroughly inspected the roof. I could have had the same quote from SRS without the need for a call out and charge.

Loved the service from SRS! They replaced my front door and the entire process was smooth and professional. New door looks great and is very secure, would definitely recommend!

I needed a lock changing quickly and SRS came straight out and resolved the problem within a day, great service thanks!

I was looking for a door supplier and fitter for my Church and came across SRS and decided amongst the 3 suppliers I contacted to go with them. They came, measured up and provided me with quotes to go back to my Church with. The church trusted my opinion so we went ahead with their quote, paid the deposit from their quote, we went for 3 composite door instead of PVC or wood. The doors are excellent quality the installation I can’t fault and everything is just more beautiful than I could have imagined, the church authorities and members all love the doors. Thank you SRS for a clean and professional job, God bless your business.

I had my external doors replaced and I am so happy with them. I would like to thank Paul, Gary and Mike for all being so professional, keeping my home tidy during the work being done and for clearing up and making sure everything was clean and tidy inside and out before they left! What a lovely bunch of guys! Def recommended! Thank you!

Very good and speedy service. My rear upvc door wouldn't lock. I randomly picked SRS from google (near me). They attended within a couple of hours, replaced the barrel and lock within half an hour! No fuss, easy. Would definitely use again.

Our builders recommended Billy and his team. Their products and workmanship are second to none. There was a slight delay on our bi folds because they were made to order but they were well worth the wait. We also had 3 windows changed on the side of the house too. The difference it has made with the sunlight, all of Billy's advice was worth it. Thank you to the team!
