Wilxys Window Warehouse Ltd is praised for quality windows and doors, careful fitting and friendly, helpful service from quotation through to installation. Customers also mention conservatory glass roofs, replacement sealed units and front doors, with fitters often leaving homes clean and tidy and taking pride in the finish. One older review reported an unprofessional and disorganised experience, but the wider feedback highlights good value and reliable communication.
Paul installed all my windows on my house , around 15 including bay windows. He also installed my kitchen back door with cat flap.... got my FENSA certs through 2 days later. Really good service.
Highly recommended, great doors and windows and the fitter we had was brilliant, very meticulous.
Had shopped around for quotes for new conservatory glass roof and was recommended Wilxys by my neighbour. Theirs was the best quote and local company too. Danny and his apprentice did a fab job, despite some heavy rain at times, they were dubious about taking old roof off one of the days, so did a long day the following day and completed..left tidy and clean. One very happy customer and loving my quieter conservatory.
I have just had new doors and windows fitted and I am absolutely delighted by the quality of work from the fitters Paul and his Son the attention to detail and overall finish is superb. The doors and windows fitted are of the highest quality. The customer service has been very efficient from the initial quotation to arranging an installation date. I would highly recommend Wilxys Windows to anyone who is considering having new doors and windows fitted and thank you so much for all your hard work it is much appreciated
We have had 16 windows replaced on the front of our oldish house. Flush casement to replace the old wooden windows. The service from Ben and his team has been exception from start to finish. The product and fitting has been fantastic and we are very pleased. Paul and his son Jack clearly took great pride in what they were doing and were conscientious throughout and very tidy. Some minor damage to some tiles was repaired beautifully and straight away . Communication was excellent throughout. I would highly recommend this service.
Used the company by recommendation for a new front door and side panel and we are very satisfied with the product and service fitted the day they said and the fitter was very pleasant done a great job and left everything clean and tidy
Amazing service, I couldn't find a fitter in my local area that could do what they did! Amazing service - and the £ was good too !!
Ben and his team are the best in the area. Really good prices and very professional. Not pushy, just understanding of what you want and delivering in a timely manner. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for windows and doors and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace any type of door or window. Thank you for making our house look amazing. We’ve received so many lovely comments from everyone who has come to visit.

Great product , great finish , cannot recommend Ben and his team ( special mention to Phil who worked his socks off ) so pleased with our new windows and doors
Have used Wilxys for a few years for replacement sealed units when ours have gone foggy. They're always good quality, exactly to size and a good price. Would definitely recommend.
Great guys here.. really helpful and very knowledgeable.. highly recommend
We have now had two doors from wilxys and both times we have been very impressed with there service. They are quite happy just to fit one door and don't try and sell you windows and a conservatory. I would really recommend this company for a good price and products.
Unprofessional, inaccurate and disorganised service. They work and respond requests as amateurs. We would never recommend them at all.
Good supplier to the trade
Briliant place to get your self the best deal. And verry friendly
We looked at all windows and this place is brilliant value for money, nothing is too much trouble. We had our ground floor windows and doors done this week and cannot praise the fitter highly enough, excellent work all round. Sue Russell
