J & K Glass & Glazing Ltd

Did an excellent job replacing all our windows doors and conservatory. Would recommend

From start to finish, J & K have proven themselves to be an extremely competent business. Communication is excellent. Attention to detail is sublime. Friendly staff members. The product itself feels of a good solid quality. Recommended without hesitation..

Great Company…really professional and went out of their way to help get my sliding door fixed quickly.

I got recommended J&K Glass & Glazing Ltd through a friend of mine, because of the impressive work they did to their property. Jon from J&K did a fantastic job from start to finish from getting the quote and making adjustments to the specification to keep within my budget. Both Nathan and his colleague who were the installers completed everything within 2 days. They both did a very professional job of installing my new windows and door and even accommodated for anything extra that I asked. 5 stars highly recommended.

Had my bungalow done with j&k I have used different companies before, but can honestly say these are best quality at the best price. turned up on time, very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend, and I will be using them again

Install to a tenanted house, tenant informs me the workman where polite, no issues. Turned up as promised. Job looks very good. Had half a dozen quotes, not the cheapest but pleased I chose them. Professional outfit.

The service from J and K was excellent, John who first visited the house was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give sound advice on all products. The fitters were clearly experienced and carried out the work in a clean and efficient manner. All waste was cleared from site . The windows and doors are outstanding quality and built to last , our property has been transformed for a very reasonable cost. I would recommend J and K Glass to anyone Thank you John and your team

Jon was a superb ambassador for the company again, I've used them twice now, and each time he has provided a first class service. Great advice given and nothing was too much for him. The fitters were amazing and again worked very hard on site and really cared about their work. I would not hesitate to use them a third time and the company has been used three times for members of my family. Highly recommend to all!!!

Great price and customer service from start to finish putting the customer first. The company have great colleagues and everything was no trouble to help the installation go well. The team who put windows and door in are an asset to them.

Recently installed a new composite front door. Very good service. Arrived when stated and installed the door in just over an hour. All mess cleared and tidied. Very happy with the outcome.

The whole experience was so easy. After obtaining 3 quotes from local companies we decided to go with J&K . Fantastic install from Ryan and Luke, guys were so clean throughout and the finish on the window surrounds were excellent. Overall very happy . Thank you J& K …..

Second time using J&K now for both a conservatory and front door with side lights. Great service on both occasions, competitively priced and top quality install. Highly recommend.

Very Reasonably Priced Replacement Sealed Glazing Units. We've used these guys on three separate times now to custom make panels to repair our UVPC conservatory and kitchen windows. Always friendly and helpful service and they don't make you feel like an idiot when you're not sure what you are talking about. 😆

A1 service. From initial quotation through to job completion, can not fault these guys. Polite, friendly, no mess & no quibble.

Workmen attended the property whilst I was not there but when I came home there was no evidence of them being here (except a nice new door!)

Made the right choice choosing J & K communicated with us on Monday 20th November letting us known the windows will be started the Wednesday sure enough the team arrived and got straight on with changing the window great team of men very polite and professionwork was completed on the Friday after they completed their quality checks would we recommend J & K Glass YES and thanks again to a great team 😀

Had a bad experience with this company. The bloke who came around was never interested in the job so messed us about and waisted a lot of time. Wish he had just said we can't do it in the begining. Thankfully we doged a bullet and ended up with a brilliant company so he actually did us a favour in the end .

Had our windows and doors fitted with this company on a new build 4 years ago. We had an issue with our front door today and they were straight around fixing the issue at no extra cost as it was in warranty. Beyond helpful, friendly and prompt.

We just wanted to extend our thanks to Ryan , Luke ,Nathan and Jon for the excellent service provided by J & K. From the initial contact with Jon it was a clear in depth quote with excellent advice. Ryan, Luke and Nathan who installed the windows and doors arrived promptly and worked tirelessly each day in challenging weather conditions. They showed great consideration to our home both inside and out throughout the weeks installation. They were courteous and nothing was a problem. The numerous windows and doors installed have been completed to the highest standard , they were a pleasure to have around for the week.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend J & K .

Superb service. Professional and courteous throughout. Had whole bungalow done second week of November and now very happy to be living in warm silence 😁. The two guys who fitted them were great and the work is second to none, really good. Windows seem good quality and the price was good too. Cannot fault them. Thank You J&K.

An equally shocking & unforgivable experience. The two workmen sent to our property for the project were collectively inept & workshy; with poor timekeeping skills. They had little regard for our cherished home & I had to ask them many times to do the job better than they were actually doing it, which no 'professional' would be asked to do. Not only did they cause damage to our property, but also, when bricks had to be returned to the structure they didn't put them all back & even failed to use cement on some of them. then cracks appeared almost straight away. When this was brought to J&K's attention they came up with technical jargon as to why the bricks hadn't bonded with the render/ plaster. I was getting ready to call trading standards when they came back & sent someone else who appeared to know what he was doing to strip everything back & rectify things. I hope our home stays up. Like many companies J&K don't appear to have a backup plan when things go wrong. A job that I was informed would take 2/3 days took over 80 because of poor workmanship & them being too busy entertaining new customers. Probably the worst ever tradesman experience. They were lucky they got their cheque in the post.

Really great service received from J K windows, right from the start when we got our quote from Jon through to when Ryan and Nathan came to fit our lovely French doors. They look so great. Thanks to you all.😊👍

Andrew came round ours as was arranged. Obviously he didn't want to take on the job so didn't bother to send me a quote as he promised. I emailed him to remind him our quote, he asked if someone was round. I replied yes and then no other response. Highly unprofessional.

Quality

These people built our conservatory and replaced all our wooden windows, we had arched windows, Three front doors and had Sachs type windows also fitted over 10years ago, they were fantastic price...we had two minor issues (3/7 years in) both fixed without any hassle, when I asked how much they said in warranty !!! The window and conservatory still all look great, it was well built and still has no leaks and all glass and windows is still fog free, they are well priced the installers for us were brilliant, even buying was hassle free, we were so happy with them recently we even had them do the gutters, soffits and fascia, they weren't the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for, a great job and quality product and these people keep to there word for a worry free time. Thanks J & K...

friendly and professional, got the job done on time and no issues

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. The fitters were very helpful, considerate and did an excellent job. We couldn't be more pleased with our new conservatory, that looks great and has a solid feel to it!

Very pleased with j&k, we had all our windows, guttering, and doors put on, they made a fantastic job, and cleaned up after their selves. They are very friendly, and very polite. We had a little miner problem, and they came out straight away. We couldn't fault them, infact all my family has had j&k doing their work for them. Would recommend them. Bev

Great work excellent product

Probably the best double glazing UPVC manufacturers and installers in Norfolk, our main supplier of upvc and double glazed sealed units for a number of years now and never had any problems.

Had new front door/back door fitted by them & a set of new patio doors as old ones where broken first rate service all round especially bob the sales fella who helped me find just what I wanted Even a few years after fitting the patio doors when they started to leak at the bottom in heavy rain they came & fixed them without fuss or bother A fantastic local company for doors & windows

Good supplier of windows and doors recommend locally, refreshingly honest answers to your questions.
