I contacted A&E Window Cleaners to see if they could clean the roof of our conservatory. Andrew came and gave us a quote which was extremely good. He came a few days later and worked very hard cleaning the whole of the conservatory and our windows. The conservatory roof looked as good as new as did all the other windows. We were so pleased we have asked Andrew to come again and clean our windows on a regular basis.

Ive used AE window cleaning for years, they always turn up on the day they say they will (weather permitting). They also have the option to do a GoCardless payment, which comes out automatically on job completion, which I find really useful to not need cash or remembering to transfer money. I don't have any before or after pictures because my windows have been clean for years 😉

AE has been cleaning my windows for over 18 months. They do a great job and I am more than happy with the service. I have payments set up via a direct debit which is very straightforward. AE have also cleaned my gutters a couple of times on request and even helped to repair a leak for me.

Personally, I value a window cleaner who is consistently reliable and punctual like Andrew. He will always send a day-before text reminder and arrive on time. If for any reason there is a time change, this is also communicated within the reminder. Additionally, I always like the option of paying by card at the time of cleaning rather than having to remember to have the cash. Andrew has cleaned our UPVC window frames and guttering on two occasions now. He made such a brilliant job we've hired him to clean our windows on a monthly basis almost ever since.
