I booked clear vision to do a full window cleaning service on our mid terraced house for internal and external windows and doors. The guy that turned up was with a approx 12 year child in tow which I was not told about and I was not happy to have an under 18 in my house for this reason. Some of the windows were not cleaned properly at all and just had a basic wipe with a cloth. They forgot to do our doors and so I phoned the office after they left to ask to come back which admittedly they did. The overall job was not good and sadly I won't be using this company again. Also when I enquired I asked for full window cleaning but it was not explained to me that it does not include the sills in between when the window opens/closes. When I asked why wasn't this done, I was told I should have asked for that to be done as well as the glass. I'm not happy as (like many people would think the same) a full window clean should mean all parts of the window/door not just the glass. It's a shame I felt I had to provide this 2 star review but I am very dissapointed with this service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Service – Crystal Clear Results! Alex from Clear Vision Window Cleaners attended my house today for a regular cleaning service. As he is new to this area, this was the first time he had cleaned my windows, and I couldn't be happier with the results! He was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. When I asked if he could clean my Velux windows—which had unfortunately been missed by previous cleaners—he immediately agreed without hesitation. Alex did a fab job and paid great attention to detail. I can now actually see the clouds passing as I look to the sky through my crystal-clear Velux windows. Highly recommended!

Alot of running water marks on windows which i sorted myself once i noticed, quote was high in comparsion to other window cleaners but went with as wanted done asap, after wash i then got email to say they were charging £5 more then quoted, wont be using again.
Delighted with the service. Had render panels at the front of my house chemically cleaned. The work was done to a very high, professional standard and communication throughout was outstanding. Would highly recommend.

We had our first appointment with Clear Vision. Josh arrived as arranged and we had everything done windows , soffits the lot. Josh did a very thorough job and worked hard. After he has finished he ask me to inspect his work and make sure I was happy. He went over the t&c’s explained I would be notified 2 days before he would arrive. The ladies in the office were super friendly too. Very happy. Well done

Today we had our lounge carpet cleaned, and Clearvision did an excellent job. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were courteous and professional, and got on with the task efficiently. After the cleaning, they showed us areas that had been previously stained, stains that other cleaners couldn’t remove, and they were completely gone! The carpet was also almost dry immediately after cleaning, so we could get everything back in place straight away. I’ve attached a photo, though it doesn’t really do justice to how clean the carpet actually looks in person. We’re really happy with the results and would highly recommend Clearvision to anyone, whether at home or business, who needs their carpets cleaned.
Just cleaned my conservatory roof and external windows. What a difference. This is the third year they have done my conservatory. Really like this company. They turn up when they say, do a great job and office team great at responding to my emails, even it is me checking when my next window clean is! Very little regard for their customers property. Clearly seen on CCTV draping hoses over plants and pulling rather than taking the effort of a few seconds to untangle - snapping branches off of bushes etc Clearly aware of what they were doing. Just a wilful disrespect for property they have been invited on to.

Great customer service via call / email. Prompt replies and friendly staff. Cleaning quality not what we expected, had to have a couple of callbacks and eventually a different cleaner to get the result we wanted. Perhaps it was just bad luck but the following cleans have been poor on average as shown in the photos. I can see some people have had better experiences so leaving this as a 2 star for their good customer service.

Andy G from Clear Vision Services was an absolute gem. I have 2 young babies who i deal with early hours of the morning and clear vision have us down for an early morning window clean. I can’t always get to the door in time when they knock but the person starts cleaning the windows anyway and sometimes will not complete the job because they can’t get round the side of our house to do the back. But Andy had no issues with this and took it upon himself to get round the back and complete the job fully and i am ever so grateful for this because you are the only one who has gone above and beyond with customer service and customer satisfaction. We did not have a good experience with this company. The window cleaner came as agreed and we were home at the time of cleaning. The cleaner did not take care of our property, she seemed rushed and we heard constant loud banging. Immediately after she was done, I went out to check and noticed that paint had been chipped away on our front door, back door and the kitchen window. I called the company straight away and was advised that it will be escalated to the manager and I was to send over photos. The manager contacted me via WhatsApp messages the following day, taking no responsibility and blaming our paint, saying it was sun damaged, and that their plastic brushes can’t do any damage. The kitchen window was newly painted the month prior, and the front door is north facing in an alcove with no sun exposure. I had additionally raised, that I would expect a workman to take reasonable care and should they have felt that the paint couldn’t hold up their cleaning then they should not have proceeded and instead advised that a different method needs to be used, e.g. done by hand. Going ahead and accepting that damage may occur to our property is not acceptable. And that is aside from the fact that the window cleaner was simply careless with the brush and kept banging the plastic that the bristles are attached to against the window frames and doors. I had raised this with the manager and she simply ignored anything I’m saying and instead maintains that our paint was sun damaged, even when that is not possible. I also advised that I will not go ahead with any further cleans and that given the damage, plus the hassle of sorting out the damage I will not pay for the clean which we received. She said she would cancel my account. Despite this, I received a letter advising that they intend court action over the unpaid bill. Overall not a great company to deal with and no due respect for people’s property.
Were cleaning windows next door and I asked if they could pop over to discuss doing our windows. They did so and went onto to wash the windows for us. The windows were cleaned by Andy and Grant. Done a great job. Reasonable price too which could then be paid after they had gone. Left with information to do so. Thank you and would use again.

Clear Visiin did an amazing job cleaning my veranda today. It was quite dirty from the winter and has some hard to reach areas, it looks amazing now!
A tile from my roof fell off and got stuck in the gutter. It was in a very inaccessible place and there was no way I could get to it safely to remove the tile and the clump of vegetation that was also growing there. Alex Heider kindly came round almost straight away after I called and removed the tile plus the weeds. He wouldn't take any money and I'm more than happy to leave a 5 star review. Thanks so much for the excellent service Alex, I'll definitely get in touch again when my guttering needs a spring clean and recommend you to others. Cheers!

Clear vision windows had cleaned my windows for years and our regular cleaner was great, one day a different cleaner turned up. His clean was not satisfactory in the slightest. Water marks all over the windows and cobwebs left all over the frames. They sent him back around for a re-clean. He had a real attitude toward my wife for being called back out, short tempered and rude. This time his clean was even worse, whether by spite or not, he and/or his equipment had damaged and scratched various parts of my newly refurbished windows which cost me £3,000. Deep scratches into the aluminium windowsills and chipped paint on the front door and window trims. The company and their insurance company refuse to pay for the repair costs which total £750 to repair and respray all of the damage. I understand accidents happen but as a reputable company you need to stand by and own your mistakes. Find another company with more integrity. DO NOT USE!!
If you need a company and window cleaner that will work around your schedule then look no further. Paul arrived promptly at 5.45 this morning to do our bi monthly clean, I work early and need it done before I leave. Paul does a fantastic job and is always friendly and chatty. Cannot fault the service and would highly recommend!
I think it was Ian who cleaned our house and conservatory windows, as well as our solar panels. We were out while the work was being done but he did a great job. Very pleased. Just a couple of quibbles: we were charged £5 more than the quote but happy to pay as the job was well done. Also, it's poor PR, in my opinion, to be contacted less than 3 days later about "an outstanding payment", especially as I'd paid the bill just the day before. The person concerned would benefit from training to improve his telephone manner. That said, the cleaning job itself is terrific. Thank you.
Just had our first clean with Clear Vision window cleaning. Very impressed. I booked our first visit via their online form, very straightforward and i got a quick response. Our first clean was booked within a week of the initial contact. Customer service is outstanding, super friendly, professional and speedy. All communication has been great and Alex who cleaned our windows did a great job, a lovely guy and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

When i first had my initial chat with them on the phone all was good then i got the quote and accepted it haven't heard anything in 2 weeks sent a few emails nothing so not good after i thought oh good another job out of the way so dont know what happened there it's not up to me as a potential customer to be chasing them. i have since spoken to the office and it was a total miss understanding in many ways it has now all been sorted and will be useing this company regularly as arranged had a good chat with the office team all is good so thank you

Asked them to clean our windows. There were still bits left on the windows after they "cleaned" them, and there were water marks left around the edges. Called and complained and said they would do it again the next day, didn't show up left it a few days and rearranged again, and surprise surprise they didn't turn up again. Total waste of time use a company who knows what their doing.
I use Clear Vision for monthly window cleaning, and then noticed that they also do jet washing. Emma moved heaven and earth to fit a patio clean in before my daughters birthday party, and then Ian done a great job of it. Great friendly local business. Highly recommend.
Clear Vision Window Cleaning arrived promptly this morning to clear and clean all of our gutters on the house, conservatory and car port, as well as clean the respective fascias and soffits and clean the car port roof and cladding. This was in addition to their usual job of cleaning our windows. Paul, the operative on site, went about the job in an organised and systematic way. He was very professional, thorough and left the site tidy. His manner was friendly, polite and conscientious. I was very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to employ Clear Vision again.
