I have been using Simmway IT for over 10 years and they have always been extremely professional, reliable, highly competent and friendly to work with! Nothing is ever too much to ask and their advice is always excellent. They maintain all my computers, plotters and printers and always recommend the perfect upgrade when its necessary. I work remotely for an extensive time of the year and even though I may be in another Country they are always on hand to help if I have even a small glitch. No job is too big or too small for them! They are extremely cost effective and you always receive an amazing service. I would always highly recommend Simmway IT for any computer or printer support services.
I cannot recommend David and SImmway highly enough. Simmway has been my company's IT support for 3 years. David is always available to solve any issues that arise in a calm, knowledgeable way. We recently moved offices and David, as ever went above and beyond assisting with all things IT in our new premises. He is organised and efficient whilst being personable and excelling in IT. Excellent service from David. Set me up on new lap top and explained clearly changes from old laptop and loaded everything needed. Certainly knows his job. Punctual and prompt with all communication and very important to me, patient with us older generation.
I phoned David after several very stressful days of my son unable to use his PC and despite being very short of time (and a Friday afternoon), David agreed to log on remotely to try and help as he was booked up for the following week. Within 10 minutes, he had identified the issue and we were back in business! David is friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. I’ve been looking for a local whizz for ages and am so relieved to have found him.
My previous IT support moved on and on recommendation I engaged with David / Simmway who was very quick to assist and has resolved all problems and at a reasonable price -I will be using David again as required.
David at (Simmway IT Solutions) is very knowledgable in his trade and offers expert assistance and advice with anything to do with IT David is a really nice and friendly guy and offers excellent customer service and will go the extra mile to make sure a customer is happy with his work David keeps you informed of the progress of any work he is doing I have been very happy with any work David has done for me and would 100% recommend David and his company for any type of IT work
David provides an excellent service and he set me up on my new computer today. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient and helpful. He sorted my email out perfectly which I'd had problems with and transferred everything else over for me.
