This company always arrive the day they say which is messaged to you the day before. They use "Pure Water" hence the company name, from their own tanks on their vehicles using very long hoses. After the soap wash the windows are washed with pure water and left to dry, which works well. I would recommend this company. Alan M. Surrey.
We regularly use pure to clean our windows and they always do a very thorough job, we also used pure to clean our guttering and they did a great job, they were full of moss and pure made sure to clear it all out.

Booked in for a window clean but as I said I wanted to see results before confirming to a rolling 8 week contract he never turned up. Then stated staff shortages when I asked why they did not show before finally i was told because I would not automatically agree to a clean every 8 weeks he would not clean my windows. Not very professional in my opinion. Did not even have decency to inform me either.

Prices have been maintained at fair and competitive rates and reasonable quotes received for periodic one-off more extensive cleans. Some of our windows are too high for easy access by the traditional "ladder & bucket" method so PW's hosed water technique is ideal. We recommend you give them a try.

They use a water fed pole system and always leave the windows sparkling, plus they also clean the frames, which my last window cleaner didn't do! They send a text the day before to let us know when they'll be calling by and all the guys are polite and courteous. If you're looking for a professional local window cleaning company I have no hesitation in recommending them!
Their drivers are not safe drivers and find it acceptable to tailgate a woman and young child leaving a small gap between the vehicles.
