Totally Local Company Ltd received praise from some reviewers. One called it an excellent company to do business with, with staff who are always happy and cheerful, and another described a staff member as very professional and helpful. Other positive mentions include a bus taxi test that went well at a happy workplace, a quick, efficient and polite service, and great, helpful service. On the other hand, one reviewer said the company would not empty a bin if its lid was slightly open, another said it failed an MOT test and then failed a retest on other grounds, and another described poor communication, rude staff and a lengthy notice period with a cancellation fee when leaving. Several other reviewers simply called the service not good or not satisfying.
wont take your bin if its few cm open. Council need to fire these lot
Totally useless company
Dishonest people. Fail your MOT test to make retest mony. If you go second time for retest 'again they will fail you with other reasons. Why you not tell us first time all the faults. Not recommended dishonesty will reflect in other businesses. Be aware stay far stay safe
Not satisfying
6 people to put up a tree? 2 people working, 4 people watching... do you sub contract council work? 👍🤣

Not good service
Ok
Bus taxi test went very well Happy work place all seemed Happy at their work
We used this company for our small retail business in Cheadle, all was well until for many years until we tried to leave. We had sent a letter informing them of our intention to end the contract and to ask for a date this would happen but we heard nothing, we then sent another letter asking for them to confirm the end date but still nothing! After about three months our bin wasn't emptied after being left out so I contacted them only to be told that the contract had ended! Having dropped us in the proverbial they also dropped a £300 invoice on us for cancellation fees! It took a further 2 month to collect the 2 big bins that we had, so the end result, don't use this company, poor communication, rude staff and on top, a ridiculous notice period and extortionate cancellation fee makes it almost impossible to get out. Not what I would expect from a council run company 😒
