Very helpful both at the yard and when delivering. I ordered topsoil bark chippings and compost at a fraction of the price of garden centres or diy stores without the plastic waste. The quality is better too.
The tree side of things,no issues at all. But please tell me why the hedge looks like edward scissor hands has been let loose at it! I have never in my life seen anything so bad and why am i left to clean up after your guys??? These guys are hired by the local HA, these hedges are not my responsibility but the HA's. I now have to pay somebody else to come and rectify this awful job. I will be putting in a complaint with the HA whom you have a contract with tomorrow morning.
Just had the team at Treefellas cut back and shape 2 'flamingo' willows in my garden. They did an amazing job and exactly what I'd asked for. Would definitely recommend 👌
Paul visited and seemed very knowledgeable. Quoted a very good price. Due to circumstances we didn't go forward with it but would definitely call them again and use. Some were quoting extortionate prices but I felt that Tree Fella was very fair and sensible.

I would like to thank the team that helped with reducing five very large oaks at our pack holiday home. We had Adam, Cassie, Oli and Lee who did the job. They were all very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kept me up to date with what they were doing at each stage - which was really appreciated. They could not have helped more. I have been a customer for both logs and tree control for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied. Today I went to purchase my regular box of logs to load into the boot of my car and was advised that there were no longer boxes, but bags. I was told that a bag (£35 ) was "a bit smaller than a box" but was the same price. Conveniently a box filled my boot and also provided a bag of small chips for fire lighting. On emptying the bag into the boot, it contained less than half a boot full. When stacked in my garage it is approximately one third of the normal amount from a box. This amounts to a 300% increase, since my last purchase 2 months ago, outrageous, I shall not return!
We had a team of Tree Fella guys in Leigh-on-Sea today cutting the tree's back, and what an exceptionally happy, curteous and professional bunch they were! They were not employed by me (presume the council) but I felt like I should leave a review to say what a great job they did in such a short space of time. I also found out I love the sound of the wood chipper!! Welcome back down my road anytime, thank you for being so polite and lovely.

When carrying out council work the flyers that are put through your door with their headers on and containing the work and access conditions are contradicting the the councils signs and end up with you getting parking tickets, beware.
Do not hesitate to get these guys to complete your tree/shrub work! I feel like it's a rare thing these days to find tradespeople you can actually trust and that complete a job professionally and to a high standard that warrants what they charge. Tree Fella deliver at every juncture! Arrived for the quote exactly when they said they would, super professional, took photos and notes for their reference for what needed doing, advised us on what should be done for the best (as the garden of the house we have purchased was a complete overgrown mess and we didnt even know where to start!), and costed everything incredibly fairly for both front and back of the house! On the day of the work, the team of 3 arrived bright and early, right on time for when they said they would come, and got straight to work. Completed everything in a really timely fashion amd cleared away all the mess. Everything we asked for was completed. Only thing was one shrub for felling was accidentally only cut back rather than being removed, which I noticed after they left (as I had gone out and came back just after they left). However we were informed anyway that if there were any issues to get in touch, which we did, and on highlighting what was missed we were met with an incredibly friendly and professional response with an apology for the oversight, and a promise to remedy the issue ASAP. Arranged for them to come back a mere 4 days later to just take that shrub out which took no time at all, and again, lovely job done and very friendly and professional service. Overall a really positive experience. Thanks Tree Fella!

I have been buying my logs for my wood burner for over 10 years. In the last 3-4 years the price has slowly been increasing until this year£140 for a bulk bag! They are now kiln dried (that’s good for the environment…. not!), but the price is such that I can have logs delivered from half way across the country cheaper! To put the pricing into perspective, I normally buy 4 bulk bags for £400 odd, this year £560, from an online seller 3.5 bags £373.95. Sorry Treefella’s you have priced yourself out of the market!

Superb jobs from Jordan and his team. Spruced up Silver Birch and then a later visit for shrub pruning and some removals. I have to say that the shaped Pittosporum brings a tear to my eye in its new beauty. Well done all
Always had excellent service from Tree Fella. They know what they are doing, give useful advice if asked for, punctual, hardworking and they tidy up - properly. They take care not to trash other plants and produce aesthetically pleasing results on those they work on. Not the cheapest, but my experience of cheaper has not been as good.
We had a tree cut down in our back garden, the two lads who initially came to do the work were very polite and friendly and did a great job. However, it took repeated calls to get the work booked in the first place. We had to get the stump ground down also as the actual job had not been communicated via the office to the lads doing the work correctly. Took almost two weeks to get it booked back in after several calls to the office. Overall work completed to a decent standard but office team lets the company down.
Tree Fella are great for all aspects of tree work including logs, that they supply us, and we burn all winter! A professional company, that we always highly recommend!

Turned up early, really engaging when it came to advice and tips, cleaned up after themselves and thoroughly professional - used them twice now over the last 13 years and the same fella turned up today that removed huge conifers all those years ago

I had to make 5 phone calls over two weeks to get a response. First they said upload photos; after that many excuses for not responding.
Didn't bother getting back to me after I'd left a message asking them if they would contact me. I wanted a large tree in my garden taken down. Found a reliable company to do this for me.

As a tradesman, I enjoy my visits when its quick and little stress, so this is why I frequently visit this site, its tidy, well organised and a good friendly service. Bring cash with you, as the card machine like today wasnt working. But apart from that, and that is nothing, good people, and the weybridge is very good too.
The logs are nicely seasoned but the staff in the office are the most miserable I've ever encountered. I think they must have to go on a course to be this morose!!
A convenient place to bring green waste, nice and easy, can get muddy here but only where the mud goes across the road. Still a lot cheaper place to go than ordering a skip.
