Absolutely 1st Class service from quotation to clearing up! Would that all businesses acted with this level of professionalism.

Highly recommend Barlow tree surgery. Graham replied to my initial enquiry promptly , a quote was given in a few days and booked in for trees to be cut within a few weeks. A very professional team arrived on the day , cleaned up and tided garden when they had finished. Would 100% use them again.

Excellent service worked throughout the day in horrendous weather would highly recommend.

In fact this is the second time of having them they cut down a large conifer in the front .So that’s why we went back to Barlow Tree Surgery.

Fantastic service, extremely professional and expert. The team removed a large Cedar from our front garden and completed the complex job quickly and tidied up very well afterwards. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service by Barlow Tree Surgery. We have used their services on four separate occasions. Highly recommended.

Another amazing job done! Graham and team are very professional. See you in another couple of years!

Highly recommended. Graham is highly professional and helped us with potentially tricky TPO issues with the council before his team arrived to do a great job trimming back an array of woodland trees bordering our property.

Work required to Pollard Goat Willow & , Reduce Weeping Willow by approximately 30% including width reduction and crown thinning. Very pleased with the work carried out, the team were polite, courteous & professional with the area area kept clean & tidy. Pricing was very competitive, I would definitely recommend your services to anyone seeking tree work.

Graham and his team extracted a living Birch tree from my small walled garden as some of the roots were penetrating the wall. A very competent job with no damage to the surroundings, and he has even found another location where the tree can continue to grow. My compliments

Barlow Tree Surgery is an impressive business staffed by a highly professional, friendly and competent team. I have used their services in recent days to reestablish a right of way due to a fallen tree blocking a path and latterly trim a large yew hedge. The result was immaculate! Thanks BTS!

Top notch service from start to finish. Pruned and shaped two overgrown trees in the garden. Arrived as agreed. Polite, friendly, clean and tidy workers. Cleared away all debris. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The team that came and took 20 trees down on the wettest, windiest Monday were absolutely magnificent. It took them 7 hours and they didn't stop. A wonderful example of men at work. THANK YOU.

The team did an excellent job of pruning a very overgrown plum tree. They were very polite and helpful and cleared away all the prunings. I was impressed that they used a chipper so that the wood chips can be used again.

Graham and his team did a great job for a fair price. We were very impressed.

The best and hardest working group of guys I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with on the island. Great value for money. Thank you Graham .

Thoroughly recommend this company... they were very efficient, worked so quick and cleared everything away ... THANK YOU guys for a great job our hedges have never look so good !

Thank you so much for the job you did for my elderly parents. Fantastic company to deal with, reliable and trustworthy and they always had a smile on their faces. Great job guys 👍🏻

I've just had these guys in to remove a tree! They done a fantastic job! It's like it was never there as they left the area so tidy. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic job done by Graham and his team - very professional from first contact right through to completion. They work fast and efficiently. Very happy with everything.

A very efficient service, from highlighting the fungus problem within our tree to it's subsequent removal. A friendly and careful team that did an excellent job and a thorough clean up to. Highly recommended.

Excellent jobs done, many thanks, one 2-3 weeks back and one today in appalling heat - both done very efficiently and without fuss (despite far from easy access), all left neat and tidy, with expertise and knowledgeable advice all part of the service. We're most grateful, will use again and have no hesitation in recommending. Thanks again.

A rotten old willow in my garden was really close to my house and nearly went over in high wind. Barlow Tree Surgery came round the same day to assess and completed the work the next day. A very professional, efficient and good looking outfit.

Very pleased with the whole experience from initial contact through to completion of the work. The team were very friendly, professional and efficient. Three large lime trees had some major work done and look great.

Top notch service from start to finish. Graham is very knowledgeable and his team are second to none. I couldn’t recommend Barlow Tree Surgery enough! Fab company!

The two men who came to cut our large over grown hedge were very polite and efficient. They worked well together. When finished they cleared every scrap of cuttings up. They did a very professional job. Our hedge has never looked so good.

Barlow Tree Surgery carried out the removal of an Ash Tree, and reduction of overhang also on another Ash Tree for me. I was amazed at what a great job they had made. Not only had they done exactly what they said they would do and on the date arranged they also left the garden immaculate ! I wouldn't have known they had been, apart from the missing tree ! I would certainly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Graham and his team have re-shaped my eucalyptus and cherry trees in Yarmouth about 8 years ago and again a few weeks ago. Both times the trees have looked so much better. He and his team have been so professional and we’ve been really happy with the results. They have also been extremely reliable and have come exactly when they said they would.

Graham and his team carried out a first class job. As I have had bad experiences with other tree surgeons on the the island and also my property In Wales but, this was a breath of fresh air. At last a competent firm who just gets on with the job hassle free. Many thanks Mr M Evans

I had a Copper Beech tree which was condemned by the council and Barlow Tree Surgery sorted out all the paperwork and took the tree down with the minimum of fuss. this is not the first time I have used them and would not hesitate in recommending them. always a great job, thank you

Once again Graham Barlow has done us an excellent service completing a large amount of work on two large trees and a very substantial hedge. He has a good eye for shaping. I trust his judgement completely. All tidied immediately by his well organised clearance team. Fully recommended.

I'm not surprised that the reviews of Barlow Tree Surgery are all 5 stars. This is going to be another one. Some time ago our (professional) gardener recommended Graham and his team to help us manage a copse which is subject to a tree preservation order. Graham addressed the TPO issues with the relevant authorities - secured approval - and then set about the work to deal with problem trees. In addition to carrying out tree surgery in a skilled and safe manner we also appreciate the fact that Graham sets out his proposals with a detailed estimate pricing individual items with accompanying photos so we know exactly what is going to be done - and for how much. The site is always left clean and tidy with no "surprises". Graham has also helped sort emergency issues where trees have been blown over or are hanging perilously. I cannot think of any reason not to use Barlow Tree Surgery.

this was the second time we have used Barlow Tree Surgery and have to say the company is excellent. Despite the mess of removing trees the site was left perfectly clean and all debris removed. If you need works done on Trees use this company you will not be disappointed.

Graham and the team trimmed 3 oak trees in our garden last week. Their work was excellent and they did exactly what we required. The service they provide is second to none, very reasonable and friendly. They made a wonderful job of cleaning up afterwards. We shall be highly recommending them to everyone.

I had to have over 20 trees taken down and cleared and rang Barlow Tree Surgery. They arrived and did the job over 3 and a half days and were very professional and helpful and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this Company for any tree work. Thank you very much

A thoroughly professional company. From the speedy quotation process, knowledgeable advice, dealing with TPO permission application to the safe, efficient dismantling of 3 diseased mature trees and tidying afterwards, Graham and his team were excellent. In particular, we valued the quick response when an aspect of the work became urgent, fair pricing and the pleasant, approachable character of all of the team. Certainly, we will use Barlow Tree Surgery again and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high quality service.

Can’t recommend Graham and his team enough! Replied promptly to my enquiry, visited within a few days to give us a quote. Job booked in and we even managed to get the work done quicker than expected as they had a cancellation. Men arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. They cleaned everything up afterwords as well. Fantastic customer service would definitely use again. Thank you 😊

I strongly recommend Barlow Tree Surgery. A very skillful team who did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They gave great advice, did exactly what I asked and left the garden clear and tidy. Price was exactly on estimate and they turned up when we agreed. No hesitation in commending them to all.

This was the second time we had used Barlow’s and the experience was again superb. We asked their advice about dealing with a huge Downy Birch in a very restricted area and a smaller Alder on a river bank with a precious (to us) large plant beneath it. They arrived early, unloaded the kit and literally swung into action. With a greenhouse on one side and a shed on the other my wife couldn’t bear to watch, but she needn’t have worried. The whole operation was smooth and professional. It was a long job, but the site was cleared as the tree was cut, with care taken to avoid damaging the rest of the garden. They also respected our feelings about having such a beautiful tree removed. The Alder was in tricky position, but again it was cut and removed with care and not a mark on the foliage beneath. The site was cleaned as soon as the operation was complete, and also the garden next door was cleaned of sawdust. The remains of the trees were quickly removed from the driveway and a very efficient clean up carried out. I cannot praise Barlow’s enough. They are professional, cheerful, and just as importantly, very good value for money.

I would not hesitate in recommending Graham and his team. Totally professional, turned up exactly when expected ( unusual these days ) did the job, no fuss with excellent customer service and cleaned up everything, when they’d finished you wouldn’t have known they’d been there, We have used Graham twice to remove three trees, also a large conifer. Excellent work at a fair price.

We have used Barlow Tree Surgery twice, to remove an Ash tree and a large dying Beech. Both jobs were above excellent from quote to finish, conducted by a very professional, reliable and friendly team. Speedy work, marvellous clearing up. Cannot recommend highly enough, a pleasure to work with, thank you Graham and team.
