I would definitely recommend prime tree care. I had a very large tree in my garden. Unfortunately it needed to be felled due to construction work. I had numerous quotes, I decided to go with prime tree care. Rob and his team were amazing and very professional. It wasn’t about speed or money more doing the job correctly. They even made my garden look better that it was before they started. Super clean up. My neighbours were complimentary also. Very easy to deal with, you could clearly see they are consummate professionals. I will definitely use this company again.
Prime Tree Care came highly recommended by a friend and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service from start to finish. The job included reducing the height of a very overgrown conifer hedge at the rear of the garden, including cutting it back where it overhung the side boundaries. They also trimmed back a number of overgrown shrubs, trees and a smaller conifer hedge in the garden. Ryan and his team worked tirelessly throughout a very hot day and tidied up completely at the end of the day. They were polite, friendly and kept me informed throughout the process.

We have had Prime Tree Care working next door on a big job for the last 3 days. They asked us very nicely if we could possibly give them easier access through our garden, which we granted. They have been brilliant. Despite us not actually being out clients, they have been punctual, polite, efficient and incredibly hard working, despite the high temperatures. This is the 2nd time I've used Prime Tree Care and they're coming back for a 3rd visit once local authority permission has been granted for work in a conservation area. They're efficient, very pleasant to deal with and good at dealing with neighbour's concerns.
I manage a number of small blocks of flats in Surrey and I've been using Prime Tree Care Ltd for a long time because they offer an excellent service at a fair price. Nothing is too much trouble for them and this was demonstrated yet again when I asked Rob if they could do some extra work very late in the day at a site they were working at last week. He could have declined but he very kindly agreed to stay on and do the extra work whilst his team was on site and that was much appreciated. Another big bonus is that Rob keeps in contact and he's always at a site when he says he will be. If there's a problem he will let me know straight away so the work can be rescheduled. It's so refreshing to deal with a company like this and I will continue to support Prime Tree Care Ltd because they offer what I would call good old-fashioned service and they don't rip their clients off.

Prime Tree Care were one of very few companies to respond to our query. Rob was the only one to instantly provide an idea to what caused the damage to our trees from the photos we had provided. After an in person inspection to confirm that our trees were damaged and dead from squirrels we decided to go with Rob because of his knowledge and professionalism. On the day of the works, Rob and his team worked hard all day in the rain, they were polite and accommodating. All rubbish and tree debris were taken and garden left tidy. I asked Prime Tree Care to remove some fir trees from the front of my father’s property. The quotation was very reasonable so we agreed on a date for the work. Two technicians from Prime Tree Care arrived on the day; they made themselves known, let us know what they were going to do and got to work straight away. The offending trees were trimmed, cut down and the smaller parts were reduced to wood-chips while the larger parts of the trunks were cut down to smaller sizes. All of the waste was put into the back of their truck/trailer to be taken away. Before departure they tidied the size to leave it in a presentable state. They were polite & communicative and am very pleased with the standard of their work .

Rob and his team made a perfect job of cutting my beech and privet hedges. I have always cut them myself but have now reached the age when I cannot manage the ladder. I needn’t have worried because Prime Tree Care were able to take over the job from me. They did a first class job for me last year and were able to repeat the operation for me again this year.

This is the 3rd time we have used Rob and his team. After successfully sorting out our Eucalyptus tree we decided to remove a conifer bush and trim the out of control Cherry tree. Conifers were efficiently removed and the roots grubbed out. Robs team were careful to ensure no stones were thrown around with barriers carefully positioned. They managed to tackle an ivy bush that had been left to its own devices for years, and a tree that had been butchered by neighbours with a saw, they assured me that it would all look good at the end and it did, amazing, thankyou for a doing such a professional job, will use again.

The tree was in a difficult location (see before and after pictures), but they did an excellent job, taking care not to damage surrounding area. Quick, efficient, tidy and competitively priced. I've used prime tree care a couple of times and both times they have delivered without exception. They are polite on time and a considerate when working to both your property and neighbours. I had the whole side of my garden cleared by prime and they chipped all of the bushes and left over vegetation. I also had them remove some excess vegetation which was created from some building work and they arrived promptly and did the job with minimum fuss. I would highly recommend their service.

Prime Tree Care removed a dead cedar tree for us and ground out the stump, and they also inspected a mature dawn redwood, which needed some dead branches removed. Rob and his team did an excellent job. Communication with Rob and arranging a date for the work were both very easy, and the team on the day were excellent. They were very knowledgeable, and really cared about their work. They left everything very tidy. Overall we were really impressed. These guys came to us on 30th August to chop our tree down. It was a large conifer and we could not believe how quickly they did the job. I cannot fault them for their workmanship, time keeping and courtesy. I recommend them highly and we thought their charges very reasonable. What more can I say? If we need other trees chopped we will be back onto them in a heartbeat AND they cleared up after themselves!

We were recommended to use Prime Tree Care by some friends and we can see why. Rob and his team were very punctual, they were very polite, got all the work done efficiently and cleared up very well after too. We had got another quote which was significantly higher and they would have charged more for the extra stump grinding we asked Rob to do. All the work was done within a few hours, 3 large trees taken down and many stumps ground out, providing so much more light and a better starting point for us to design our garden properly. The only thing I wish they had highlighted on arrival was that the wood chipper would spray chippings everywhere and cover the neighbour's car. My neighbour wasn't impressed with her car covered in chippings, but they did easily brush off.
I highly recommend Rob and his team. They reduced our willow tree by 50%, reduced our cantoneastor down to the top of our lounge window and trimmed both sides as tight as possible. Cut back our Laurel as tight as possible and reshaped it. They arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently leaving no mess or debris when they finished.
Rob and his team have just completed work on our overgrown trees in our garden which included a really large Pyracantha growing into a Cherry tree and an equally large Hawthorn both trees have to treated with caution . The team arrived promptly in the morning. Very friendly, polite and professional. Had all the safety equipment and checked the area for any potential risks before starting any works and informed me of what happens encase I wanted to move any furniture. When grinding the roots out they put up wooden boards to protect the house from flying stones. They removed all rubbish and left the site as they found it (bar the two tree's of course). Couldn't fault them and highly recommend!
