Prime Tree Care Ltd

Reliable and efficient.

Excellent company. High standard of service. Highly recommend.

Prime Tree Care came highly recommended by a friend and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service from start to finish. The job included reducing the height of a very overgrown conifer hedge at the rear of the garden, including cutting it back where it overhung the side boundaries. They also trimmed back a number of overgrown shrubs, trees and a smaller conifer hedge in the garden. Ryan and his team worked tirelessly throughout a very hot day and tidied up completely at the end of the day. They were polite, friendly and kept me informed throughout the process.

Excellent work from friendly professionals at reasonable prices. What more do you want?

Great job. Nice polite guys who knew their stuff. 😊

We have had Prime Tree Care working next door on a big job for the last 3 days. They asked us very nicely if we could possibly give them easier access through our garden, which we granted. They have been brilliant. Despite us not actually being out clients, they have been punctual, polite, efficient and incredibly hard working, despite the high temperatures. They tidied up totally, and we will be using them in the future should we need any work done. Highly recommended to all 😊

I highly recommend Rob and the team if you’re looking for a professional, high-quality service. From the initial booking through to the completion of the work, the entire process was seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They did an excellent job trimming our huge olive trees and shaping our front garden bay trees. Thanks, guys!

Great professional job, left are clean and tidy very impressed by the work

Great company- very quick, friendly and efficient, hedges look the best they ever have

A professional job - the team worked hard and Rob was able to quote for a tricky job with 4 neighbours all wanting slightly different things. Cleared up well afterwards.

Rob and his team are excellent and professional They worked on one of the hottest days of the year with no fuss Great job

Very professional, very polite and I would have no hesitation but to thoroughly recommend

Rob and his team were great . Very happy with the result. Left my driveway cleaner than before they started !

Rob and his team did a fantastic job of removing 2 overgrown trees. They are very efficient work quickly and leave the premises clean and tidy. We have used them in the past and will continue using their services in the future.

I am very pleased with the work undertaken to day

This is the 2nd time I've used Prime Tree Care and they're coming back for a 3rd visit once local authority permission has been granted for work in a conservation area. They're efficient, very pleasant to deal with and good at dealing with neighbour's concerns.

Prime Care are efficient, courteous and totally reliable.

I manage a number of small blocks of flats in Surrey and I've been using Prime Tree Care Ltd for a long time because they offer an excellent service at a fair price. Nothing is too much trouble for them and this was demonstrated yet again when I asked Rob if they could do some extra work very late in the day at a site they were working at last week. He could have declined but he very kindly agreed to stay on and do the extra work whilst his team was on site and that was much appreciated. Another big bonus is that Rob keeps in contact and he's always at a site when he says he will be. If there's a problem he will let me know straight away so the work can be rescheduled. It's so refreshing to deal with a company like this and I will continue to support Prime Tree Care Ltd because they offer what I would call good old-fashioned service and they don't rip their clients off.

I would definitely recommend this company. They were punctual, professional and very polite. I could not fault there work!

Easy to book, good job and most important - a friendly service. 10/10

Rob’s team have just completed a fantastic job for us! Overhanging trees from my neighbours all neatly cut back. Both guys were polite, hardworking and accommodating. Great job and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Top notch tree care! It's the 2nd time I've used Prime. Rob and Ryan have done a beautiful job on our trees, and cleaned up immaculately after.

Great job and nice team - thank you

Professional and reliable company. Would highly recommend! Thank you 😊

The 3 lads did a great job, very polite and helpful, and tidying up after was spot on. Highly recommend them.

I used Prime Tree Care to trim my overgrown apple tree down to a better mushroom shape. They did an excellent job in unsavoury weather conditions - it was raining. But I would heartily recommend them.

**100% RECOMMEND** We’ve been using Prime Tree Care for years and would thoroughly recommend using. They are always on time, friendly, do an amazing job and tidy up perfectly. If you need any work done do not hesitate to contact them 😀

Great work, tackled a crown reduction of an oak tree efficiently. Good communication.

We were satisfied with the service from Prime Tree Care. From engagement to completion they were prompt, precise, punctual and professional. The team was very hard working and left the garden in a very good condition after removing 2 large trees. We would definitely recommend them for similar work.

Prime Tree Care were one of very few companies to respond to our query. Rob was the only one to instantly provide an idea to what caused the damage to our trees from the photos we had provided. After an in person inspection to confirm that our trees were damaged and dead from squirrels we decided to go with Rob because of his knowledge and professionalism. On the day of the works, Rob and his team worked hard all day in the rain, they were polite and accommodating. All rubbish and tree debris were taken and garden left tidy. I would recommend Prime Tree Care and would use them again.

Very professional job. Conifer felled, two trees shaped and overgrown ivy hedge tidied. Every area left completely free of debris. Very pleased.

Excellent hard working team. Arrived at 8.30, and worked through until late afternoon on the first cold day of the Winter. Beautifully trimmed and shaped our Yew trees and cut back and trimmed front hedges. Both front and rear gardens cleared of all debris and left neat and tidy. We will definitely ask Prime Tree Care in the future and thoroughly recommend the team. Thank you Rob and Ryan

We have used Rob and his team several times and they have been consistently efficient, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again.

Very good lads. Friendly and hard working. Recommended them to do a good job.

Very good job done with our hedges. Friendly and polite young men who cleared up when they had finished. Would recommend.

They did a great job removing a plum tree that had got out of control. Communication was good, they turned up on time and tidied up afterwards. A stress free experience and would definitely recommend to others. Thank You!

Removed a tree overhanging a garage and holy/elderberry. Arrived on time, proficient in their work and left everything clean and tidy, could not have asked for more.

I asked Prime Tree Care to remove some fir trees from the front of my father’s property. The quotation was very reasonable so we agreed on a date for the work. Two technicians from Prime Tree Care arrived on the day; they made themselves known, let us know what they were going to do and got to work straight away. The offending trees were trimmed, cut down and the smaller parts were reduced to wood-chips while the larger parts of the trunks were cut down to smaller sizes. All of the waste was put into the back of their truck/trailer to be taken away. Before departure they tidied the size to leave it in a presentable state. They were polite & communicative and am very pleased with the standard of their work .

Prime Tree Care Ltd did a superb job of trimming hedges and reducing our trees! The team were very polite and made sure I was completely satisfied before clearing up after themselves. Highly recommend them!

Top quality jobs done and completed. Efficient, Useful, Reliable and Effective. Special thanks to the crew for the work.

Rob and his team made a perfect job of cutting my beech and privet hedges. I have always cut them myself but have now reached the age when I cannot manage the ladder. I needn’t have worried because Prime Tree Care were able to take over the job from me. They did a first class job for me last year and were able to repeat the operation for me again this year.

They took care of cutting down two trees in our house, they’ve been so professional.

Rob and his team work very professionally but are still friendly and approachable. The guys did a great job on our monster ivy, and left the garden and driveway really clean.

Really pleased with our tree removal. Very friendly, informative, professional and efficient. I can highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you.

Great service, very professional and reliable. Reasonable quote, very knowledgeable. Rob and his team removed our tree and the stump efficiently, they also removed all the waste and left our driveway clean. We were very pleased with the service. Highly recommend Prime Tree Care…. Professional and reliable. Very Knowledgeable and experienced Left the garden very tidy and took all cuttings away See you later in the year guys Many thanks for another great job

First time using Prime Tree Care. Contacted Rob to arrange a visit and got a quote the same day. He offered great advice and explained my options well. His pricing was very fair. The whole team were punctual, friendly, and efficient. They were also very tidy and cleaned up all the debris once they were finished. I would 100% recommend them.

This is the second time I’ve used Prime Tree Care Ltd to prune our trees including an apple tree. Rob and his team did an excellent job once again! The communication was great from start to finish- discussing options, checking satisfaction etc. I think my yard actually looked tidier after so couldn’t be happier.

The friendly team were really efficient and professional at cutting back my large ash tree. They kept me informed along the way and avoided all my plants! They cleared away brilliantly afterwards. Would definitely recommend Prime Tree Care

Rob and his team reduced the height of some very tall conifer trees. Excellent service from advice and quote to tidying up after the job. Price was very fair and I'll certainly use Rob again for future work. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Quick and proffesional👍👍👍

Prime Tree Care have done an excellent job for me reshaping neglected trees that needed attention. The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend their services.

This is the 3rd time we have used Rob and his team. After successfully sorting out our Eucalyptus tree we decided to remove a conifer bush and trim the out of control Cherry tree. Conifers were efficiently removed and the roots grubbed out. Robs team were careful to ensure no stones were thrown around with barriers carefully positioned. The Cherry tree also now has a great shape with all the dead wood also removed Our drive was left nice and clear with all debris swept away / removed Highly recommended. Great service

Prime Tree Care Ltd Chessington ,Rob and his team , provided an excellent service in the removal of a large and badly diseased tree in my back garden , which was overhanging a footpath to the local school and was a threat to the public . They were courteous ,respectful of my property and carried out the job professionally whilst adhering to safety precautions to the public. Prime Tree Care Ltd did a fantastic job at my rear garden viz. Lopping down two large fir trees and another smaller fir tree. Their professional approach in completing the job cannot be faulted. Led by Rob, supported by Sam and Ryan. I would totally recommend them to any future clients! Adrian

We’ve had Rob round three times now to do some work, and every time he (and his team) have been superb. Would thoroughly recommend!

We’ve used Rob and his team several times over the years. Excellent service and fair pricing.

Very happy with the work done. They managed to tackle an ivy bush that had been left to its own devices for years, and a tree that had been butchered by neighbours with a saw, they assured me that it would all look good at the end and it did, amazing, thankyou for a doing such a professional job, will use again.

Rob was true to his word and he quoted appropriately and fairly. The work on the day was done without any issues, both of the lads completing the work (Rob being one) were nice, swift and professional to deal with. I would use them every time as they were within budget but also good at their job, and they ensured they tidied up well afterwards also.

Rob and his team did a great job removing my tree. Excellent value for money, prompt arrival, very efficient and left absolutely no mess behind them. Very satisfied customer, I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Rob and his team did a good job cutting back and shaping a hawthorn tree and getting rid of two old hedges in my front garden. The price was competitive and they were polite and tidy. I would use them again if I have more gardening jobs to take care of.

Rob has been great from the start. Offering advice and providing a competitive quote. The removal of one conifer went smoothly thanks to Rob and his trusted team. I would highly recommend Prime Tree Care Ltd.

Job completed as agreed, all left clean and tidy. Happy to recommend.

Second time using Prime Tree Care and once again very pleased with their work. Rob and the team expertly removed mature pseudoacacia robinia that unfortunately developed an incurable fungus. The tree was in a difficult location (see before and after pictures), but they did an excellent job, taking care not to damage surrounding area. Quick, efficient, tidy and competitively priced. I highly recommend.

I've used prime tree care a couple of times and both times they have delivered without exception. They are polite on time and a considerate when working to both your property and neighbours. I had the whole side of my garden cleared by prime and they chipped all of the bushes and left over vegetation. I also had them remove some excess vegetation which was created from some building work and they arrived promptly and did the job with minimum fuss. I would highly recommend their service.

Rob and his team were very professional and completed my job to a high standard. I was also impressed that they cleared all the rubbish and left my garden looking clean and tidy. The work was done in a timely manner, and I would not hesitate to use Prime Tree Care again or recommend them to others. Thanks for a great job!

Prime Tree Care removed a dead cedar tree for us and ground out the stump, and they also inspected a mature dawn redwood, which needed some dead branches removed. Rob and his team did an excellent job. Communication with Rob and arranging a date for the work were both very easy, and the team on the day were excellent. They were very knowledgeable, and really cared about their work. They left everything very tidy. Overall we were really impressed. We would definitely recommend Prime Tree Care, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Rob and his team did a great job. Polite, punctual, tidy. Second time I have used them. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Thank you Rob&team. Very happy with the work done. Very professional and friendly. Will be in touch again. Best, Eva

These guys came to us on 30th August to chop our tree down. It was a large conifer and we could not believe how quickly they did the job. I cannot fault them for their workmanship, time keeping and courtesy. I recommend them highly and we thought their charges very reasonable. What more can I say? If we need other trees chopped we will be back onto them in a heartbeat AND they cleared up after themselves!

We had three trees trimmed, one willow significantly. Rob explained the work before it was started and what to expect. The work was carried out timely and with great care. We were very pleased with the result, clean up was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I use Prime for all our tree work and have for a number of years. They’ve never let me down and always provide a great service. Reliable, professional and tidy. Rob and his team always deliver - Pettyfer Landscaping

We were recommended to use Prime Tree Care by some friends and we can see why. Rob and his team were very punctual, they were very polite, got all the work done efficiently and cleared up very well after too. We had got another quote which was significantly higher and they would have charged more for the extra stump grinding we asked Rob to do. All the work was done within a few hours, 3 large trees taken down and many stumps ground out, providing so much more light and a better starting point for us to design our garden properly. The only thing I wish they had highlighted on arrival was that the wood chipper would spray chippings everywhere and cover the neighbour's car. My neighbour wasn't impressed with her car covered in chippings, but they did easily brush off.

I highly recommend Rob and his team. They reduced our willow tree by 50%, reduced our cantoneastor down to the top of our lounge window and trimmed both sides as tight as possible. Cut back our Laurel as tight as possible and reshaped it. They arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently leaving no mess or debris when they finished.

Rob and his team have just completed work on our overgrown trees in our garden which included a really large Pyracantha growing into a Cherry tree and an equally large Hawthorn both trees have to treated with caution . They arrived.and they had obviously been briefed our requirements and started immediately in one of the hottest days of the year I will use again and recommend this company as we found them to be very professional ,hard working ,clean and respected our property at all times Thanks Rob and your team and a pleasure to forward this review ..thanks David

Really happy with Rob and his team - removing a large tree from our garden . They worked efficiently and safely. I would definitely recommend Prime Tree Care to my friends 👍

The team arrived promptly in the morning. Very friendly, polite and professional. Had all the safety equipment and checked the area for any potential risks before starting any works and informed me of what happens encase I wanted to move any furniture. When grinding the roots out they put up wooden boards to protect the house from flying stones. They removed all rubbish and left the site as they found it (bar the two tree's of course). Couldn't fault them and highly recommend!

Rob and the team did a great job again! Quick to follow up with queries, great result in cutting back my tree, they clearly are very knowledgeable, reasonable costs and a good processional team! If you're reading this, don't hesitate, use Rob and his team.

Amazing guys. Really friendly with great advice on what should be done. The best jobs we've had done on our trees yet. Not only that they tidied up the whole garden after them. Will definitely be using again.
