Arb Elite Tree Care

Had an emergency when a large tree fell on our property we were going on holiday the next day but sam and his excellent team did all that was required while we were away with complete trust and professionalism

Sam and his team removed two very large fir trees in our front garden. Sam turned up when he said he would and then completed the job exactly when and how agreed, leaving the site very tidy, and were very considerate to our neighbours too. His pricing was really reasonable and communication was great! Would highly recommend Arb Elite Tree Care - I've actually already passed Sam's details onto a friend!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

As always Sam and his team are polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

Sam attended urgently to cut down my mum's large tree in her garden which had partially fallen in a storm. Sam and his team did a great job, were lovely guys, very professional, and their pricing was very competitive and fair. They left her garden clean and tidy. 👍🏻 She cannot recommend them highly enough, and she will definitely use them again. 😊

Outstanding service from a very friendly and professional company have used before and will definitely use and recommend to anyone in the need for there services thanks again to Sam and his team

Highly professional, prompt and friendly approach. From my initial enquiry with Arb Elite, I had every confidence that I would have exemplary service. Quite outstanding service, from the initial quote to the finished job. All the staff at ARB Elite were excellent throughout the experience, a fantastic job, they left my property really clean and tidy when the works were completed too. I will definitely use again and would recommend to all. Steve

Sam & his team were brilliant, great communication left everything clean and tidy and a great job with the tree, highly recommended

I recently had Arb Elite Tree Care remove several large trees from my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, the team was professional, hardworking, and clearly experienced at what they do. The tree cutting was carried out safely and efficiently, and they handled everything with great care and attention. What really impressed me most was how clean and tidy they left the area afterwards. Once the job was finished, you would hardly know they had been there — every branch, leaf, and bit of debris was cleared away perfectly. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with such respect for a customer’s property. I would highly recommend Arb Elite Tree Care to anyone looking for reliable, professional tree services. Fantastic job all around! Thanks for all the hard work. Will Green

Absolutely thrilled with the service we received - carried out all the work quickly and even cleared up after themselves - will definitely use them again - and would throughly recommend them to others

This is the second time we have used ARB Elite. Great service, friendly and professional. From meeting Sam to give us a quote to the team who did an excellent job. They left the garden tidy and asked us throughout the process if we were happy with the what they were doing. Would recommend them to anyone. Will use their services again. Experts in their own field. Thankyou so much.

Sam and the team are professional, friendly and careful in their work. They cut back our mature conifer hedges annually. The hedges look great!

Did an excellent job at reducing size and shaping our Magnolia tree and Acer. They were polite, punctual, so careful and so tidy. They were brilliant and so pleased with their work. Thank you guys.

Super happy with the workmanship, nothing is too much trouble attitude and professional work, felt very comfortable and confident with Sam’s and his co worker’s ability to do the job from the start. Exceeded my expectations 💯 recommend

We recently had Arb Elite Tree Care out to work on our Goat Willow and Bay tree, and the results are incredible. The Goat Willow has been heavily reduced with great care, and the Bay tree beautifully reduced, tidied, and shaped. At the time of quoting, Sam took the time to thoroughly check the trees for bird nests, which he did find. The work was then postponed until the fledglings had safely left, something that really shows how much they care, not just about the trees but also about the wildlife in them. The final results are stunning, and they left the garden spotless, removing every last bit of cuttings. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Arb Elite Tree Care to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring team

After successfully receiving planning consent to remove a very short oak tree with a dense low canopy Sam came recommended by a friend and his quote was most favourable of three so work was scheduled for 31/7. The team arrived promptly on time and carried out the work respectfully of the neighbouring houses, liaising with the neighbour most affected and making sure everyone was kept in the loop with the fell as it progressed. In all the job was complete in under eight hours. I chose to keep the oak and the guys logged it for me and left the garden tidy and the drive, both mine and neighbouring, spotless. The tree had pushed out my boundary fences so Sam returned the following day with some of the guys to make it good until I can put a permanent solution in place. I would highly recommend Arb Elite for customer relations, quality of work and courtesy of the team. Thanks guys 👍

Sam and the team did a great job on my oak tree. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when giving advice for the quote. When Sam and the team came to to do the job they were friendly and professional, doing a brilliant job and leaving everything clean and tidy. I will definitely be using Arb Elite for any future tree work.

Used for the last couple of years now to keep a mimosa tree and some conifers in check. Always easy to contact, quote promptly given and once accepted work booked in soon after and overall a wonderful service. Sam and the team do a great job, are very tidy workers and always friendly. Cannot recommend arbelite highly enough.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sam Listened to what was required and gave options to tackle the job. Then quickly provided a quote and was easily contactable to agree a start date. Turned up on time with the team, did a very good job (checking as they went) and then cleaned up thoroughly. Very pleased and already discussing next job to be carried out. 5 star experience.

Sam and the team have done an outstanding job once again. Extremely pleased with first shaping of the hedge and the tidy-up of a very tall conifer, leaving everything looking immaculate—you’d never know they’ve been here! Their thorough and professional approach is highly commendable, and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Highly recommended!

We have use Arb Elite for the past 6 years and can highly recommend Sam and his team. Arrive on time every time. Not only a font of knowledge on your tree's and plants, but hard working and immaculately tidy workers. Todays job is 26 Tree's and two perimeter hedges. Everything is shredded on site and taken away for proper disposal. Arb Elite offer a great service and no need to consider anybody else.

So happy with the service, we will definitely be using again. Wasn’t as issue to add a few more brushes onto my quote. Cleared up all the mess afterwards. Would recommend to anyone in Fareham.

Very efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I explained to Sam what I wanted doing and I’m very pleased with the work that’s been done. Left my garden very tidy after the job. Would 100% recommend! Thankyou!

Sam and his team tackled an extremely difficult removal of a large sycamore from our garden. The logistics of it were incredibly difficult and involved not only our garden but that of two neighbours. Sam and his team kept all parties fully involved and informed, before, during and after the process to make sure that we were all happy and completely understood the entire process of the work which was being carried out and any concerns discussed very patiently and plans changed if needed. Through the days of the work the team onsite were professional, helpful and friendly and couldn't have done more to make a big job as straightforward as possible for all involved. The job was completed very successfully and efficiently. We absolutely couldn't recommend Sam and his team highly enough.

Great work, friendly service.

Arb Elite removed five large conifers and trimmed the remaining conifers. They did a very professional job including removal of all foliage. Very pleased with the finished result.

Sam and his team did an excellent job, a great quote and able to do the job quickly….. they took two out of control trees down and a hedge that was wild, logged the trees for my neighbour and chipped everything else. Would highly recommend them

Great work cutting back our trees and removing a Cherry Plum tree. Evening cleaned away nicely. Will definitely be using them again

Just had Arb Elite to trim our trees, what an excellent team. Sam and his team are friendly, hard working and efficient. Great job, trees looking great and they tidy up all the mess!

Sam & his team have recently trimmed and reshaped an out of control eucalyptus which now looks as it should, regaining it's place in my garden and reshaped my Phileostegia Viburniodes being to high for me to reach, again shaped beautifully. Previous work included careful trimming of Phillyrea Latifolia, so it looks like clouds and pruning other trees to control height. I would not hesitate in recommending Arb Elite, professional expertise, very clean & tidy, turn up on time and very friendly.

Very friendly, professional service by Sam and the team, have used his services twice to cut back a number of trees and shrubs and found them to be well priced and efficient, highly recommended.

Sam and the team were absolutely fantastic. Cut down a tree in our back garden within half an hour, cleaned up totally and even left me with some of the logs to use, thank you so much!

This time, we had a couple of large trees trimmed and shaped and a hedge line tidied up. They were extremely polite, professional, and efficient. Our garden was left looking immaculate, with all debris cleared away. I can't recommend their services highly enough.

Sam’s communication has been great from the start, with detailed itemised quotes all the way through to completion of the job. They arrived to complete the work on the day and time previously agreed and ensured that all debris was fully tidied away on completion of the job and removed from the property. I would fully recommend arb elite for any garden work that you require being conducted

I have employed Sam (ARB) for a number of years and have been delighted with his work. The team are professional and I would give them 6 stars if I was able

Great service!

Sam and his team have cut back and shaped our hedge twice in the last 2 years. The hedge was huge when we moved in, and was in danger of damaging the fence, and taking over the garden. Arb pragmatically came up with a plan which got the hedge under control, while still keeping enough foliage to keep our privacy during the process. They also removed some random trees that were growing within the hedge. The result each time has been fantastic, even the neighbours have said how nice it looks. Sam has been great to deal with, communication has been prompt and clear, and the quotes competitive. We couldn't be happier with the work and recommend this company with no hesitation. Thank you.

Sam and his team did a superb job of felling a large silver birch and reducing the height and trimming 140 ft of western red cedar hedge. Their work is more professional than companies I have used previously, they left the garden tidier than before they started. The quote was very competitive and I wouldn't hesitate to employ them in future. I would highly recommend arb elite. Thanks Sam, great job!

The whole team were quick, efficient, polite, tidy and left the garden in a better state than how I had left it. I've now used arb elite for at least 5 jobs (Inc tree and stump removal) and will continue to be a returning customer.

This is the third time that Arb Elite have trimmed the beech tree and reduced the height of conifers and other trees. As usual, they have done as excellent job and also completed a good tidy up. They work hard and with a good sense of humour. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service from Sam and his colleagues. Visited my property in Portchester on the day I requested a quote and the work to remove a fir tree, including it's stump, was undertaken only a few days later. Safety conscious, extremely tidy, very knowledgeable and happy to give advice on maintaining other trees in my garden, it was a pleasure to meet such an enthusiastic team who did a first class job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They also fitted us in on a Friday afternoon and even helped out a neighbour! The best tree surgeon team we could have asked for! Thanks again Mr and Mrs Aquilina

Not used Sam before, but needed the remnant of a tree stump removed ASAP, as I am putting up a fence. Sam quoted promptly, competitively, was courteous, and delivered a professional job. Since Sam was already in the area with the grinder, Sam was able to do the job the same day, winner, thanks

Couldn't have been happier with the work that Arb Elite completed. We gave them a huge amount of work and they completed within the day. They were professional, friendly, tidy and efficient and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had neighbours coming over to comment on how impressed they were. We would highly recommend them to everyone, and wouldn't hesitate to have them back. You can stop reading reviews and book these guys, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Arb Elite!

Didn't actually use, but impressive and professional quoting/communication. Would still recommend. Knowledgeable also.

Always great work done and very reliable people. 5 Star Job as always. Sam and his guys are very professional!!

An excellent job and a great team. Thoroughly recommended. Four fully grown oak and and sycamore trees under TPOs carefully thinned and crown lifted, maintaining their shape with every cut being carefully guided. The Borough arborist knows these trees very well and was as impressed with the result as we were. Importantly, Sam has his own hydraulic platform which helps too. Three other trees felled and stumps ground out efficiently. Everything left clean and tidy. Well done Sam and the team. Very pleased.

Sam did an excellent job removing a bay tree and stump for us. All left clean and tidy. Thanks.

Sam was knowledgeable, and really helpful and prompt with his quote. Tom who came to do the work was excellent, again really helpful - the end result of the tree work in my garden was done perfectly with no mess left afterwards. I would certainly recommend.

From the initial contact to the completion of the job, Sam and his team were very professional and hard working. Great job on my willow tree. Would certainly recommend and will be using them again when the willow comes back.

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My journey with Arb Elite started when the strong winds had hit a few weeks back and I was worried about the large tree in my back garden falling on our house. I knew Arb Elite were local and had heard how fantastic they were! I contacted Sam who got back to me so quickly (within 24 hours) who arrange to come over for a consultation. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us so many options of what we could do. From trimming the tree, to cutting it down completely. He could even remove the roots too. We opted for cutting the tree down and turning the stump into a chair which Sam was more than happy to do. The communication with Sam was excellent. After he had gone, my partner and I decided we would like another tree to be taken down in our garden. I messaged Sam about the second tree and he added this to our quote, nothing was too much trouble. He even contacted the council for me, free of charge, to check that there wasn't any protection on our tree. On the agreed date, Sam and his team arrived very promptly. I had been up through the night with my 3 month old daughter so wasn't ready when I should have been. The whole team were completely understanding, even when I had to move my car out the way in my PJs. They came through the back and had a look at both trees that we decided to get rid of and answered any questions that I had, no matter how silly they were! The team worked so quickly, efficiently, professionally and to such a high standard. We had 4 guys within the team who worked really well together and complimented each other, which was lovely to see. It seemed as though they all had their specialist areas. The smaller tree was gone within half an hour. All of the guys were so friendly, talking to me about my daughter and they even got a few smiles out of her! The whole job took around 4 hours to complete, which included the team moving everything in my garden safely out of the way and putting it all back again, taking all of the wood with them, sweeping, leaf blowing and completely cleaning up after themselves. I honestly thought it would take all day and was so suprised at the high quality of work in such little time. My garden looks so much bigger now and there is so much more light coming into our house. Our chair looks amazing, so rustic looking. We are very happy! After another blowy night last night, I am so pleased the tree has gone. I don't normally write reviews but I couldn't thank Arb Elite enough. I will 100% be recommending them.

Have used Sam and Tom for many years now. They are excellent at their work. Nothing is too much trouble. They are hardworking and reliable. We highly recommend Arb-Elite. Mike & Mary Bampton

Amazing service from a brilliant and professional company
