Very professional service from the initial quote to carrying out the work. Terry and the team are extremely friendly and helpful. My tree had grown very tall and I wanted it down to a manageable size without losing any privacy, this was exactly what they did for me and they even dealt with the neighbours. They took everything cut off away and cleaned up after. I would recommend them to anyone.

Terry and the team from Fosters Tree Surgeons performed a crown reduction on a substantial oak tree beginning to get too close to our property. The outcome of the work is fantastic, the tree has obviously been worked on but the shape and (given the growth appearing on it now) it’s health have been professionally and sympathetically maintained. More than this, from the point of quoting through being on site on the day and leaving our property as if they had never been there (a smaller tree aside) every member of the team was polite, courteous and professional. I would not look anywhere else when next in need of a tree surgeon. Thank you

An excellent, reliable and efficient service! We needed quite a tricky conifer reduction and two minor branches to be cut back. The team arrived on time and worked really effectively together over four hours. They were all polite in manner and respectful of our property, clearing up everything afterwards. The work was completed to a very high standard indeed. The light floods into the garden now! Well done, everyone. Highly recommended.
30% crown reduction and all round shaping to our ornamental pear tree. I emailed Terry a few photos late on a Friday, he emailed to say he’d take a look on Monday and provided his quote the same day. I waited for a few other quotes and Terry’s was the best for what we wanted done. They came the following Thursday at 9am and were done by 10:30am giving us plenty of notice and all his team were polite and courteous of our and our neighbours’ properties so much so one of our neighbours made them all hot drinks! A really professional and friendly service and we would highly recommend them to anyone out there. We will be using them again and again! Thank you Terry and team!
Terry and his team have today reduced down some very overgrown trees in our garden. The work they did was a great quality and they did all the work very efficiently. Their service is great value and wouldnt hesitate to use again!

Terry and his team have been cutting back the high, deep and vicious holly and bay hedge in my garden for the last 20yrs. They are efficient, reasonably price and always tidy up and make sure I am happy with the work. highly recommended.
Five stars to Terry Foster & his team We’ve used Terry a number of times over the years. Pollarding a Magnolia tree every 3-4 years, general garden tidy up, pruning large Bay Tree etc. We recently moved house & required Terrys services once again - take down a large, very large actually Lime tree that was blocking considerable light to the back garden. The team duly arrived as scheduled - Five Guys & 4 hours later it was done. Great Job ✅ Would highly recommend 👍🏻
Had a crown reduction on a large birch tree and a lower branch taken off, the process from quote to work was great. The job was completed just as we asked and the guys were lovely, they cleared up well afterwards . A great service would highly recommend.

We contacted Fosters on the recommendation of a friend to carry out work in a new house. Remove an old Holly tree and reduced the height and shape 2 other trees. Excellent service from Terry and his team who worked hard to complete the job with minimum fuss and left everything clean and tidy

Rang Terry yesterday morning and he arrived in the afternoon to give me a quote for cutting back/trimming a large conifer hedge. The team had space the following afternoon and have just finished the job to their usual excellent standard. Have used them many times before, they always arrive on time, work tirelessly til the job is done, and leave the property and garden clear of any debris. Team are always friendly and show complete teamwork taking on the differing roles as determined by the work. Full marks, AGAIN.

Terry had recently done a leaflet drop in my area which was very fortunate as I was looking to have a tree removed. I emailed him and got a very quick reply. He came on site within a few days to view the tree and gave an on-site quote which I accepted. He and team arrived today and did a marvellous job. Ive just had Terry and team to fell a large ash tree and large sycamore. Terry was quick to respond to my request for a quote (unlike two other firms who didnt bother)and attended quickly and as agreed to look at the work. His price was very reasonable and considerably less than another company who quoted last year and never appeared. The work was carried out quickly, safely and efficiently, and the wood was left tidily stacked exactly as I'd asked. Terry and his team were friendly polite and helpful and the whole process from my first call to the work being completed was simple and entirely stress free. I would certainly recommend and will definitely use again
We had a big birch and apple tree pruned and also they dug out an old, well established shrub that was dying. Great crew turned up on time - worked very efficiently and left our garden spotless after all debris from the trees. Highly recommend them !!!
We were really hesitant about our tree getting any kind of haircut despite it reaching a height that was unmanageable. After a date was set we were reassured that nothing would be done that we were unhappy about. Today they arrived, all 5 of them. Communication amongst the team is clearly excellent, and within 30 minutes they were done. Garden tidy, and I was able to keep some chippings for a gardening project at work. The tree looks great, the team were professional and friendly, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them. Thanks lads!

If your looking for a tree surgeon then look no further because Terry and his team are brilliant. Ive have used this company since I moved into my house in 2016 and have definately not felt the need to look further afield. Terry is always great at coming by to quote for work, even quoted while I wasnt home. The team have always turned up on time, done the jobs asked of them and left little to no trace they had been by, other than the tree looking a lot cleaner/tidier/safer. I have always paid what was originally quoted and have never experienced upscaling after quotation Worth every penny.
Terry and team are friendly, professional, trustworthy and hard working. They spent the morning tidying the garden, front and back, taking down trees, re shaping bushes etc. They left the garden very clean and tidy. Tackled a huge bay tree for us, took everything away, swept up and shaped neighbours side too to keep him happy as lots overhanging his garden. Couldn't ask for more. We have had 2 trees removed by Terry and his team over the last year with the latest being a large bay tree whichwas cut down this morning. Both have been done in a very professional manner and very quickly as they clearly know what they are doing and take extreme care not to damage any property. They clear up after themselves and are courteous and friendly. If we have anymore trees to chop down in the future we will definitely use them.

Trimmed my 8 foot hedge down to 6 foot cut it back and generally tidied it all around. Did the same on the side hedge. An excellent job very well done. Cleaned and tidied the pavement and all done in about an hour. Cannot praise these guys enough. This is the second time I've used FOSTERS and will assuredly use again in time to come.

Terry has taught his team well when it comes to professional and courteous customer service. He listens to what you want to achieve BEFORE coming up with the ideal solution. The team work well together being extremely mindful of their client (ie You) and the environment leaving it tidy. I am not one to recommend anyone unless I have witnessed them first hand and having had Foster Tree Surgeons work on several of our trees over a number of years and also friends/family who, likewise use them again when the need arises, you couldn’t do any better than at least having a ‘no pressure’ chat with them. No matter what you are planning to do, whether it be a simple trim back or managing complicated tree(s) within potential dangerous or complicated terrain, I STRONGLY recommend giving them a call.
