Great from start to finish. Provided useful advice by email about a problem tree, then after a well-priced quote we booked them to remove two trees. The team on the day were excellent- friendly and polite, efficient and tidy. We wanted to keep a fair amount of material and they were really helpful. It’s great to watch them work- the speed and skill with which they disappear a tree is very impressive! We’ll use them again without hesitation.

I have worked with ATS on a few occasions, both professionally in my job as a Chartered Surveyor and on this occasion in regards to a private contracting project ATS's work is always carried out swiftly and to a very high professional standard. In addition their fees are always fair and reasonable.

We highly recommend Advance Tree Service, from start to finish they were very helpful as well as knowledgeable. Our 100+ year old beech tree was dying back from the top. ATS diagnosed the tree with malicious disease Kretzschmaria Deusta. Once permission had been granted via ATS the beech tree was cut back to a safe stump height, their team worked very hard for 3 days in humid conditions, a big thank you to them. I have added pictures to show what the disease had done internally, had the tree snapped in high winds it would have caused extensive damage to at least 4 neighbouring gardens.

ATS Trees came out swiftly to expertly remove 20 OPM nests from our oak trees and safely dispose of the hazardous waste. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, worked quickly and left everything neat and tidy. It's a huge relief now that the nests are gone!

ATS worked for me having been given notice to cut back a tree with a TPO (order) on it by the council (Surrey/Epsom-who put them TPO on the tree!). Very professional service, they got the required ‘planning’ permission (required!) and the work was carried out with great care. The guys were great! Highly recommend.

I have used ATS TREE SERVICES for a few years now and I’ve always been Very satisfied with their work. The whole team are excellent. I have recently had a tree and shrubs removed plus drilling out old roots. The Tree Surgeons are excellent they left my garden clean and tidy with all the work they did you would not of known that there had been in. The lads were very polite and respectful to my property. I would highly recommend them.
This company were involved in removing three healthy mature trees near Merton High Street at the behest of Merton council. This was done without any consultation with local residents and by operatives some of whom who had a surly and uncaring attitude to a obviously sensitive situation.
Did the job ok, but not exactly what we agreed on: cutting the hedge lower. They guys said that they did not have the appropriate tools to cut the top of the hedge.
Witnessed the most appaling behaviour from one of your drivers today. I suggest who ever was in vehicle registration number LK64EUV needs to have disciplinary action. Cutting up other vehicles on the road, going through red traffic lights, using offensive hand gestures, foul language and still had the audacity to spit out of his window. Not a very good image on your company. He was driving down Hammersmith way around 1:30 today. I most certainly will not be using your company at all costs. This is not the way to behave in work uniform and in public. If I could rate a zero star I would!!
If I could rate them ZERO stars I would. They cut off my cable wire and left me a hand written note to say ‘it’s broken and to call their main office’ called their main office who said I have to call my provider. What an absolute joke. Not only have they caused the damage I have to then ring up several numbers to sort out their mess. Please refrain yourself from using their services - extremely unprofessional and unapologetic!
Great service..polite, prompt, and left the garden tidy as its possible. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Have all the proper kit for taking down trees or pruning back etc and they take away eveything which is so useful..
Drive in an aggressive manner round Surrey, cutting drivers up, seen the same van doing this twice now. Had to slam brakes on today to avoid an accident.
