Pro-Teck Electrical Ltd

Repaired my tyre straight away and very very friendly and helpful and offer me coffee and biscuits FINALLY highly recommended. Thank you.

Pro-Teck were fantastic - helpful, on time, on budget & they did extra to tidy up things other past workmen had left in a sub-optimal state. Highly recommended based on our experience ✅

The relocation of my existing battery and addition of another was undertaken quickly and professionally by the team. Very pleased overall with the service.

Proteck were very professional, they responded quickly in all correspondence, they always arrived on time and on the correct day. They stayed late until our Loxone system was installed and working. The showed us how to work it by hand and on the app. Totally slick service

The company were very efficient in replying to my enquiry. They gave me good advice on installing the tesla charger and powerall2. The engineers worked long hours to get everything installed for me, before my new car arrived. Nice lads also.

Have to say dealing with a lot of contractors previously the job done for me by Pro-Teck shows professionalism in every aspect. From projecting the entire job on tablet before the entire project began to explain every step to daily updates during a job that felt like you were dealing with experts in the matter. On that point, I would strongly recommended to see menager Marcin to experience what I am talking about. You always have a chance not to accept the offer, which was clearly explained to me from the first appointment. Apart from many smart features fitted in the house, we also get help with our older installation, which needs to be looked at with no extra cost. It's now two months since the project finished, and we are still getting service from Pro-Teck regarding the few changes which were established only after leaving in the converted to the smart house property for a while, the control from tablets and phones is outstanding and we also found that quality of control and features used was top notch. You have options to use various makes and models. However, remember you get what you pay for, and I have to honestly admit it was worth it every penny. Highly recommended

Just had my car charger done, and I was really pleased with the service I got. Not only I was explained in details by Marcin all the requirements and show me the visualisation of certain options on his virtual app but I was offered little conversion of my garage electrical system to adopt not.only to charge my car but also for any future add ons..., the job was finished on time, and my place was left cleaned and tidy afterwards. It was good found as I show my neighbours how my charger was done and he want it exactly the same way Highly recommended! Kind regards! Vlad.

We reached for a while to find installers where we felt confident in their ability. Happily, we found Marcin & the guys who helped with design and were very transparent about costing and likely payback period. We now have 39 solar panels and 2 Tesla Powerwall batteries as well as EV charger and utilising spare production to heat domestic water. The guys were great and the end result looks fantastic, see photos. No hesitation in recommending Pro-Teck

Amazing work, and incredible service. Very reliable. Big thank you for Marcin and his team.

Excellent and professional service. Brilliant work. Highly recommend this company.

Pro-Teck did solar panels and batteries storage work on my property. Superb and clean job. Highly recommended. Worth every penny .

Fantastic work by the Pro-Teck team on our garage conversion. Super happy. The team were brilliant, always on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Incredible service and support from Pro-Tek, from initial consultation, to installation, to in life. Wanted local support, local company to install Tesla charger which was managed very efficiently. We then started thinking about other cost saving and environmentally beneficial solutions and asked Pro-Tek to come and have a chat. Marcin helped us understand what Kilowatt hours meant and all the science stuff that goes with it. He explained it clearly and simply. We did the maths together and decided to install solar panels and a battery. Why the battery? To be able to hold more affordable energy at different times of the night. So, with solar panels installed, battery in place - everything managed on time and on budget, as we agreed price up front, we now have an excellent fuel solution which integrates with the Tesla charger. And what we really like is that we can have in life support. The service continues. We thought about other cheaper options however please beware of those who say they can do it cheaper. Our experience with Pro-Tek was and is excellent. Good, honest, very hard working people.

We had 13 solar panels installed in February 2023 together with a 10kWh Sonnen battery. At maximum production we can generate about 5kWh but this varies greatly with the weather. On average we use about 10 or 12 kWh a day and can generate at least this amount on a reasonable day but there are timing mismatches so we have to buy some power from the grid. We also had a connection made to our immersion heater and had an electric car charging point installed. We don’t have an electric car or any plans to buy one. We just thought it would be worth doing this at the same time. Our house layout was a bit awkward because the battery had to go in the garage which is on the opposite side of the house to the location of the mains input and meter. Thus meant wiring had to be laid from the garage, up the house wall and through the loft and down to the meter cupboard. We were very impressed with Pro Tek and their workmen. They put in long hours, worked hard, were cheerful and did an excellent job. They were very careful with our property and always cleaned up each day. Our system is working well but we are still waiting to do a deal with our power supplier Octopus. We have often been generating more power than we can use or store and the excess is going into the grid as a free gift.

Had a Tesla charger fitted, Greg did a brilliant job, very professional, very conscientious, explained and checked everything with me very carefully. Highly recommended.

Pro-Tech Smart Solutions redesigned and fitted our downstairs lighting and I cannot recommend them enough! Not only are we absolutely delighted with the results, the actual process was as pleasant as it can possibly be. This company sets an exemplary standard of how all tradesmen should be- professional, efficient knowledgeable, trustworthy, tidy, passionate, polite and friendly. If you need electricians who know exactly what they’re doing and who are passionate about the work that they do, then look no further!

Very neat install of my Tesla charger

I wanted to thank you, and especially Michael who fitted our Tesla Home Charger, for the exemplary work he did. Michael was early to site, was very polite, knowledgeable, and considerate to ensure we had everything just as we wanted it. He worked very hard all day and his standard of workmanship was outstanding. The area where he worked and excavated for the post and cable run was reinstated so you wouldn’t know any work have been done at all! This young man is a credit to your business and my wife and I are thrilled with the outcome.

Good communication and good work, although a bit more money then others, you get what you pay for, the work is to a very high standard and safe and clean, the staff are very courteous. Would highly recommend using this company.

We asked Pro-Teck to survey and quote for a new Tesla Charger Installation. The survey took place promptly and a competitive quotation followed. All works carried out to a high standard, left clean and tidy. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Excellent and professional service. Installed an EV home charger, with a long cable run that was completely hidden. Onsite survey, which none of the larger companies would do. Also completed a couple of other small jobs. Highly recommend this company.

Thank you for helping us.Highly recommended.Good price and a brilliant quality of work.

Excellent job . Very professional & great service. Would highly recommend.

Marcin rewired our entire house 3 years ago. We hadn't had any faults or problems until last week. With the work under warranty, Marcin promptly sent someone round to investigate. It turned out not to be a fault, but user error... Great that Marcin was so quick to respond and he didn't charge us for the call out. Great original job and great service, can't recommend highly enough.

Reliable firm & professional service.

Great service. Fully recommended.
