ARK Group Services Ltd

A completely avoidable situation A contractor attended my rented property to carry out works in specifically identified areas. During the visit, a light fitting belonging to me was removed from an area that was not within the scope I had described, along with my Philips Hue smart bulb. Despite subsequent correspondence and giving them ample opportunity to resolve what is, ultimately, a very minor issue, my property has not been returned or replaced. What disappoints me most isn’t the value — approximately £50 — but the way such a straightforward mistake has been handled afterwards. I work in construction management myself and would expect a contractor who accidentally removed a client’s property simply to acknowledge it, replace it and move on. Instead, an entirely avoidable issue has required repeated emails and has ultimately been left unresolved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use or recommend Ark.

excellent solar and battery installation. Honest, helpful advice. High quality team, take pride in their work. All up and running smoothly, very happy. Wholeheartedly recommended. Pic attached of inverter and battery, but 5.6kw solar array fitted too.

Highly recommended - truly genuine reliable local company who seem focussed on quality and value .. will definitely use again.
