4.6

SRM SOLAR Limited is described by several reviewers as professional, with clear explanations of the process and a smooth installation. One reviewer was happy with the quality of the work and said the team was efficient throughout, while another said the system performed in line with projections. Another reviewer would recommend the team, saying they knew their stuff and provided an excellent service from start to finish. One reviewer said three attempts to move house failed because SRM SOLAR Limited did not respond to requests from solicitors to complete conveyancing, that the solar panel lease agreement did not meet mortgage lenders' requests and made the property impossible to sell, and that the company did not respond to requests from the reviewer or their conveyancing solicitor.

Have had 3 failed attempts to move house, as this company has not responded to requests from solicitors complete conveyancing. The solar panel lease agreement doesn't confirm to mortgage lenders requests, and making impossible to sell. This company has not responded to my requests and that of conveyancing solicitor, thus 3 attempts to sell caused by SRM.

I would highly recommend the SRM team. They clearly know their stuff and provided an excellent service from start to finish, which was so refreshing having been let down so many times by other trades.
