After coming very highly recommended by a friend, I had Medoria to install an 8 pannel 3 battery system. From beginning to install and post customer service Phillip, Jon ,and the team run a first class operation with the personal touch of a local company who take great pride in what they do. The solar and battery system perform very impressively indeed and I am already seeing exceptional results. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Medoria to anyone who is wanting great customer service from great people who install great products.

From specifying the original system of panels, inverter and batteries, through installation nearly three years ago, to after sales response to a software glitch, Philip is totally professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

Mediora Solar installed our 14 panels 11 years ago and have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with ever since. They are professional, friendly, appropriately informative, fairly priced, reliable and prompt. Since installation they’ve advised us on batteries, installed pigeon netting and replaced our inverter when it eventually wore out after 11 years. I write reviews occasionally, but this is the first time I’ve been so happy to recommend a company.

15 months after installation I am still delighted. My 7KW array + batteries generated 5,800 KWh of solar so far (2 winters and 1 summer). Thanks Phil!

Philip at Medoria is completely trustworthy. His install team are reliable, personable and communicative. For our house Medoria were the cheaper of 2 quotes from people recommended to us, but to be frank, we would be happy to pay a little more to have Medoria do the work as I really do have complete faith in the company. Just coming up to having had the panels and batteries for a year. Philip is happy to answer messages about software queries (My only one was a change in a software update). System has worked perfectly since day one. Could not recommend Medoria more highly.

If you consider pv panels or battery installation, do contact Phil from Medoria. He is happy to dedicate time to explore in detail various options for you and to explain how things work. He does not push you to decide quickly and, most reassuringly, his communication is fantastic! He leaves no question you have unanswered, even if asked outside office hours, and he answers them in detail and politely. I didn't know beforehand installing pv panels comes with quite a few options, each with their own pros and cons, and Phil does not get tired finding things out for you. His quote is itemised and came out the same as that of a bigger company. Go for Medoria for direct and pleasant communication, for your best solution and installation. Arranges all documents and registrations promptly for you as well. His team of installation guys and the electrician were also pleasant to deal with and happy to deliver good quality.

Philip and his team at Medoria Solar are highly recommended by us. They set up solar panels on our fibre glass flat roof, and installed batteries and an invertor. Philip explained all options to us carefully and enabled us to make an informed decision as to the most appropriate system. The work was undertaken very efficiently with a minimum of disruption. The entire team were friendly and informative about each stage of the work, which was of high quality. Philip provided follow-up support to help us set up and use the system. The overall price was very reasonable and we are very satisfied with the outcome.

Philip and his friendly, hard-working team have just installed a 6.7Kw PV array to our property in Leeds. Philip arranged for a new inverter fitting, but when the engineer arrived he explained that the original inverter had not been wired correctly and, although faulty, was never working as it should. Between Philip and himself, they came up with a solution and duly fitted and rewired 2 inverters. Hopefully now we can reap the benefits from the setup. Would highly recommend Medoria. Thanks Chris

We had our solar pv system with battery installed in August 2022 and feel really lucky to have had medoria solar who did a first class job from start to finish. There was NO hard sell, Philip simply gave us all the information we needed to reach the final system specifications that was right for us and we then contacted him to confirm the order. All the trades people involved were very friendly and helpful during the installation. One of the reasons i chose medoria solar was because it is located near me and I couldn't be more happy with the service and final outcome. Philips knowledge of the different aspects of a solar pv system was brilliant and you can tell he truly believes in what he does! As the days get shorter I have recently contacted him about battery care during the winter months and he personally came round to help me set up a timed overnight charge, for which I'm very grateful. Wishing him and his team all the success for the future as they all deserve it.

Cannot thank you enough for such brilliant customer service we rang at 16.45 on Friday afternoon 23 hours later our inverter had been replaced and we were back up and running all for a reasonable price and even waited a couple of days for the invoice to arrive to be able to pay. First class service from initial contact through to installation. Solar panels and batteries fitted. After discussing options with Philip I felt confident to follow his advice, very knowledgeable with no hard sell tactics. This continues through his roofing and electrical team, all very friendly, competent people who conducted themselves in a professional manner and got the job done in a single day. We already had solar panels on our roof but were planning a dormer conversion so needed the panels removing then re-installing on the new flat roof. Even before providing a quote, Philip went through in detail the steps that would be required and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and level of service. The quote itself was very reasonable and when it came down to carrying out the actual work, this was done in a timely and minimum of fuss manner and I was more than happy with the final outcome. It's rare to come across trades people that are so professional, a pleasure to deal with and don't charge an arm and a leg but Philip definitely falls into that category.

We needed a replacement inverter, and had been let down by another company so we decided to ring Medoria. Literally within an hour of making the call, the engineer had arrived, assessed the problem and replaced the inverter. They were so efficient and fuss-free. I was highly delighted with their service and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

We had had an awful experience with a big company who had talked at us for 4 hours and used real hard sell techniques. Luckily we had Medoria come out the same week. They were like a breath of fresh air. So down to earth and straight forward, knowledgable, listened, and quoted quickly for exactly what we asked for. We went with them, and the quality of service just continued throughout. No deposit to pay, we were kept informed at all times, and they worked round us for availability. We couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently they installed the panels on the day, and the group of workmen were lovely. The electrics were done the same week, and the whole job made no mess and they look stunning. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

My inverter failed on a Friday, this company replaced it on the following Monday at 9.15. at a very reasonable price. Brilliant service.

Great products and service, we now have free electricity, I charge my EV with solar, and we are super sustainable ( at least until it is cold enough to turn the gas central heating on!). The customer service is faultless. Don’t ask for discount or cheap as they are not really into that. All round brilliant work, products, after care and service. Thank you.

Excellent service from quote to install. Always kept informed of times and dates and they stuck to these. All the tradesmen were professional and helpful and the system is now fully up and running without any issues. After service is great as Philip is very quick in answering any questions that I have.

Philip was excellent in helping me source and install a pair of new Pylontech US2000 batteries to add to an existing pair inc a suitable cabinet to house them all in. Superb communication throughout and is certainly a subject matter expert in this field. Installation was quick and efficient, cant really fault. Quote provided was more than fair vs some of the other so called providers out there. I wished I knew him before I had my original PV and battery installed - honestly can't recommend him enough ✌️

Philip replaced my metre on my solar pv system. He was very good price, turned up on time and completed the work straight away.. From initial contact to the installation of our panels Philip has been helpful at getting us to understand what we can expected from our panels and helping us understand the options available to us. Even after installation Phillip has been available to answer questions or ease any worries. Couldnt recommended Medoria Solar enough to people.

One of the solar panels on our fourteen panel system had been damaged by the storms at the beginning of the year. I contacted the company who originally fitted the system for us, out of the nine phone calls i made to them, the first three calls they didn't return, the fourth call they lied to me , the fifth call they said they would sort it out and to leave it with them, the sixth call they said they couldn't find a replacement 250 watt panel but were still looking for one, the seventh call I was told our system was obsolete after only six years and I would need a complete new system fitting, as they couldn't find a replacement panel that would fit, the eighth and ninth calls were never returned. This had all gone on for a number of months and so I decided to see if another company wanted the work. I contacted Philip at medoria solar on the Wednesday late afternoon, after explaining what I needed doing and giving him some details about my system , I felt I was finally speaking to someone who actually knew what he was talking about. The following day Phil text me to say he had sourced two different panels of different makes and to ask if I had a preference. That evening he got back to me to say that he and Craig the fitter could come on Saturday morning at 9am to do the job. 9 am they both arrived, they took down the damaged panel and replaced it with one from the back of the house incase there was a colour variation between the old and new panels. The back of the house had the new replacement panel fitted and to be honest I couldn't tell the difference between the colours of the old and new panels as the new panel was such a good match. Professional friendly guys who managed to sort the job out from start to finish in four days. Very highly recommended 👌

I telephoned Philip this morning (25/5) to explain the problem on our system with the apparently faulty inverter and by afternoon he was at the house, checking the system and replacing the inverter with a new one. During the whole of the operation he was friendly, polite and constructive and concluded the replacement successfully. A tradesman to be recommended ! Further to the above, It's now a month since Philip installed a new inverter (now 25/6)and, obviously, he uses good quality products. In that time, the feed in system has generated more solar electric than the previous inverter used to do in 3/4 months. If only he'd been around when our system was originally installed in 2013 !!! We used Medoria Solar to replace our old Solar power inverter which had developed a fault. Philip arrived within 24hrs of first contact (exactly at the mutually agreed time) and 4hrs later our new Solar power inverter was installed, tested and fully operational. In these COVID-19 dominated times Philip arrived wearing appropriate PPE and made great efforts to adhere to the Govt. social distancing guidelines. When the work was completed he tidied up the area he's been working in to ensure our house was left in good order. All in all Philip combined excellent customer service with first class technical expertise. I would recommend this firm.

Our Aurora inverter had a fatal error so it needed to be replaced. Medoria Solar were able to do this the next day, so fantastic service.

I had my system installed by medoria solar in 2015, from initial consultation to job completion Phillip offered personal project management to make sure the job ran smooth. Post customer service is also excellent. Would and have highly recommended.

We've now had our solar panel system for nearly three years and it has greatly exceeded our expectations. I record our readings at the end of each month and it has only failed to hit the predicted target three times out of 34 months. On 12 occasions it has exceeded the target by more than 10%. We were confident throughout the process as we were not asked for a penny until the PV panels were up and running so there was no financial risk on our side. The installation itself went smoothly and was completed within a couple of days. The project was managed efficiently from start to finish and Philip helped us with our Feed-in Tariff application. Overall, a very good service.
