RETROFLOW GROUP LTD

My experience with Retroflow hasn’t been good. At first they seemed like they wanted to help, although their response was often very slow. Once the problems really started, though, everything changed. Calls and messages became very difficult to get answered, and it felt like once they decided something wasn’t their responsibility, they weren’t so willing to do anything. Even getting through to the office is difficult. The phone often goes through to an extension where you can’t even leave a message. There’s no proper company greeting or anything to tell you who you’ve actually reached, which I find quite unprofessional. I’ve spoken to different people and, overall, I’m very disappointed with how things have been handled. When things go wrong, they don’t seem so willing to help.

Retro flow Group installed our solar panels recently and was super impressed with the service from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and professionally; with everything was working to a high standard before the installation team left. Already seeing benefits! Fantastic work!

We’ve recently had an ASHP, solar PV and battery system installed at our home in Houghton le Spring and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. From the initial survey through to completion, everything was clearly explained and we felt well informed at every stage. The entire team – from the scaffolders to the heat pump engineers and PV installers – were professional, knowledgeable, and a credit to the company. The work was carried out efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the site was kept clean and tidy throughout. Any questions we had were answered clearly and honestly, which gave us real confidence in the system and installation. A very smooth, well-managed installation process overall. Highly recommended

I have had solar panels installed yesterday by the guys at retroflow. They were fantastic !! The workmen were absolutely immaculate whilst carrying out the work , everything is so neat and tidy. I will however need to replenish my tae and coffee supplies now tho haha 10/10

We recently had solar panels installed by RetroFlow Group Ltd and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the initial consultation through to installation, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Everything was clearly explained, there was no pressure, and the installation was completed efficiently and to a high standard. The system is working perfectly, and we’re already seeing the benefits. The installers were tidy, respectful of our property, and made sure we understood how everything worked before they left. I’d highly recommend RetroFlow Group Ltd to anyone considering solar. A smooth process from start to finish!
